really poor experience here at Scott's... He quotes one price for something over the phone, but then changes his mind, and says he can't sell it at that price when you arrive... fishy, undependable... unbusiness-like, low trust factors. So I have to say he is a waste of time...

These people are awesome! Got some new back glass for my CR-V and it was around 1/5th the price of new and basically in like-new condition. You can save a bit by going somewhere like LKQ Pick-Your-Part, but it’s sure nice to know that the part you want is going to be there, and they take it off for you. Super nice too!

These guys are the nicest auto recycler people I have ever spoken to. Josh and Dave were more than helpful with what I needed and informative. They were the only shop to have everything I needed and gave me a great price on top of it all. Too bad I couldn’t meet them in person but just for being my over the phone experience I was astonished. Thank you guys and your incredible team, I appreciate all your hard work!

The best in Fort Collins, hands down. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and I've never had any issues with the parts they've sold me. I even returned a seatbelt assembly past the return window when I realized it wasn't an exact fit. The guys there issued a refund without any hassle. They're my go to salvage yard because of all the positive experiences I've had there. I highly recommend checking them out.

Called in for a part on Monday and they said they would have it pulled the next day. Next day comes around and I didn't hear from them so I called in. They told me my order got pushed back for whatever reason. I told them no problem, I understood things come up and that I could try and leave from work early tomorrow. The guy I was talking to said "Nope! We promised you the part today, we'll make sure you get it by the end of the day today if you need it." I rolled up about 5 minutes until they closed, without hearing from them, and I figured at this point I wasn't getting my part today. Walked up to the counter and asked if the part was ready. Before the guy at the counter could turn around a technician walked up with my part. They kept their promise and I didn't have to leave work early the next day. They pulled through even though they were swamped. A++++ service in my book! Will be returning for parts in the future!!!

At first we thought they were great. We needed a fender to a vehicle they just got in. One of the guys said that they were just waiting on the title from the owners before they can release the vehicle. Ok understandable. They said it will take a couple of days. They would call us. We waited for a few days then stopped by to see the status since we haven’t received a phone call. Still nothing. We were dealing with another guy this day. Super nice but wasn’t sure what was going on. The original guy we were dealing with comes in...seems annoyed...and says “I have your number. I said I would call you...” We waited for a week and a half. My husband went there today and “poof” the car was gone. The guy today didn’t know what happened We understand if plans change or if the car was sold or the owners took it back...but all we wanted was a phone call. Now we are back to square one. Th ani’s for the communication 😡🤬

I was attempting to zipper merger when in traffic and their driver, Adam aggressively swerved into my lane. I did not leave my lane and I was acting in the manner that the DOT recommends, to zipper merge as it saves time and decreases traffic. The driver assumed I was trying to cut the line and swerved into my lane three times trying to hit me. I should have called the police. I called and talked to David, his boss and he was not sympathetic and thought I was lying. He stated this is not something he has heard before. There is a review stating their driver is cutting people off etc. This is poor business practice.

If you've ever been to a traditional auto "junk yard", with cars laying around in the dirt, you will be very surprised at this operation. They are running a very professional. clean, neat and well organized operation. All their cars are stored neatly on racks, and their dismantling shop is spotless. I was very impressed. They had what I needed, and the price I paid for parts was fair as well.

I've dealt with Scott's for quite a while now I just got a transmission for my brother he sent it to me I didn't even have to pick it up and he's always taking care of me one way or the other he's very straight up tells you the truth whether you like it or not on your old car or not but I highly recommend them for any used parts that they may have they're always Fair on price they're pretty competitive, Patrick

This is the nicest wrecking yard in northern Colorado, clean, organized and reasonably priced. I have called here looking for parts and if they didn't have them they located them at other yards for me.

Ordered a COMPLETE motor and it came in with no coils, a few missing sensors, rusted pulleys and evidence of major oil leaks and residue. The motor is in terrible condition. I called to try and resolve this and was told there is nothing they can do. They said even though I paid for a complete motor, it really only covers the internals. If that’s the case, I shouldn’t have been charged an arm and a leg for a complete motor that is in terrible condition and missing many parts. There was also a terrible miscommunication and the motor was shipped to the wrong address. They took no accountability for this error. Extremely disappointed and buyers beware!

Bought several parts from them, very good experience! Friendly staff and management, willing to work with you. Quick to make the parts available and very resonable prices. Will defenitely buy from them next time I need parts!

I got some diesel engine parts from these guys and they took great care of me as far as logistics, pricing, and even getting everything loaded. Dave was beyond professional, and if I ever need parts again I will be going through these people.

I must start with how clean the showroom is, it surely reflects on how they handle business. These guys are great. Used parts of course but they are highly recommended.

I will never do business nor recommend to do business with this company, I ordered a rear axle for my Jeep Grand Cherokee, what arrived is an old axle and it stated on there website it was in very good condition, well that’s untrue, the whole axle needs to be redone, seals bearings and needs to be repainted as well, after spending $400 on the axle now I have to spend another $500 just to use the thing, they told me that they would do a refund minus the shipping cost that I would have to pay, it’s nonsense, there’s other places that are better out there, so I guess it’s buyers beware

I have been calling salvage yards all over Wyoming and northern Colorado looking for a part and when I spoke with Dave on the phone he has the absolute best customer service and I never felt like I was being rushed or a bother to him!
