These guys are great! A friend told me about them a decade ago. It's always a bit of an adventure following Google Maps here, but it works! Since then, I've gotten car batteries here for 3 different cars over the years and they have all lasted 3+ years. Can't beat the price, and bring your old car battery back with your receipt for 10 bucks back~ call ahead and they quickly confirm if your battery is in stock. Hope this local place stays around. They will always have my business. Thanks guys!

Don’t even try!. an old, hungry- woman don’t deserve our money!. When You own a business You have to be professional, courteous, patient and kind… then if You think You DONT need customers!. State in home and Keep with You, all Your old bad- behaviors and poison.

Stopped here for a Group 31 battery. They didn't have one but the gentleman working directed me to a place nearby that had whet I needed. Would recommend stopping here first to support a local small business.

great place to find an affordable battery. was greeted right away, and walked out with a working battery in less than 10mins with 70% less cost than a big box store.

This place rocks! Where else can you get a battery with a warranty for 30 bucks? They may not always last as long, but I usually get 3 to 5 years out of them, which is worth it. Think about it, most batteries you purchase are recycled anyway, so why pay over 100 bucks for a name brand to do the recycling, when you can cut out the middle man, and get one that is recycled locally? Do you really need a fancy label on a car battery to make you feel better, or do you need it to start your car?

My car wouldn't start and I figured the easiest thing to try fixing it was to change the battery. I pulled it out and brought it down to RMBR. The tech came out and was very helpful. He tested the battery and said it was fine- no need to replace it. I still don't know what is wrong with my car, but at least I was able to rule one issue out. Thanks much.

The place is great but Marleen, an employee likes to rip people off. He doesn't give you the money you should have coming to you. Even after telling you the price for the metal and how much it weights he comes up with a reason to give you less. Too bad. The owner is nice and fair.

I have used this business for many years. I recently referred my 83 year old neighbor, they treated him very bad and he opted to not make the purchase of the battery because of it. I will not use them EVER again, and each and every opportunity to refer them will now be used to inform people of their rude and unjust treatment of senior citizens. I regret every purchase and every time I have EVER recommended them over the past years.

I get batteries from these guys from time to time. They are awesome. Cheap and work great! Way better then a Walmart battery and for a 1/4 of the price

I'm so grateful to have been able to do business with them today! They had the battery I needed for a fraction of the price you'd find anywhere else! What a blessing!

I've gone to recycle copper and aluminum here 4 times. The first time seemed fine. I asked a few questions and guy was helpful and friendly. The second time I was somewhat surprised at the weight and amount I was given for the copper. My husband said immediately that I had been ripped off. The 3rd time I took the time to weigh everything before I went and sure enough I was given about half the weight and also paid for No. 2 copper when clearly what I brought in was no. 1. Same thing the 4th and final visit. I wanted to be sure and there's no question he considered me too ignorant to know what was happening. Certainly burning your customers for such a small amount of cash would be very detrimental for the business! I'll take My business to Martin's in the future. Just really sad and upsetting.

I have been buying rmb for years out of the lvld office do to my large fleet of vehicles and have never had a problem returning bad batteries, I have never been charged a prorated rate for a new battery. When I picked up a new one the guy didn't have it ready and quickly did it in front of me (I had a feeling I shouldn't take it) well a month, month and a half later it won't start barely jumps. It was during Xmas and holidays so I waited till I planed Jan but turned into feb. Well if I had been charged a $1 per month after 90 days I would have returned it once it was dead and got my money back. So in Feb when returning the battery for 1st time the 1 guy on the property working in the cans I had to flag down to find the correct door to use was the guy who I in turn had to deal with. Had a " I interrupted him attitude, looked at receipt and said where is it. I told him the truck and got it he saw it and quickly said you will have to go to the FTC store we don't have any 65s well the receipt shows what size......well he got more and more rude and acted like I had the problem and attitude. He follows me out to the side of my truck where I was putting the battery back and keeps arguing and gets in my face as I'm opening up my truck door and acts like he would love to hit me..... I have been having customer services issues for Lil while at the lvld store and that was way way to much. So I called the owner Dean and told him the situation and said he had to stop reconditioning the batteries at the lvld and I would need to go the the FTC to get a replacement and his guys there would help me out and get all set. So now I have spent a lot of time on this one battery. I go in and the guy wants to charge a prorated rate (have never done before and I have stacks of them with the dates just extended). So no manager no one who has the authority to deal with dicisions was there so I have to come back monday. Well I had busy mon tues weds, and call Thurs morning and Dean is in the Virgin Islands. ..well I have a car I need to move and service with no battery. This is just days after my 90 days return policy they are trying to uphold now. So I'm waiting to hear back from the owner, and I will let all know what happens.

They like to rip you off on copper so go to Martin's instead people. It used to be a well run place until rmb took it over and they are rude and unpleasant act like we are a inconvenience. I take my #1 & #2 copper to Martin's where I paid the right price and weight

I just had a great experience dropping off some old hard drives and misc. electronics here. I called ahead of time to verify what was accepted and when I arrived it was very fast and easy. Thank-you, Rocky Mountain Battery Recycling.

Called to ask about selling pallets from my whearhouse. One time they say they do buy pallets the next time they say they don't. I'm wondering what the truth is. Seems like a dishonest business.
