A call to AAA brought Jacob (driver) to our aide. He was excellent in assisting with towing our truck to the service station. He was very communicative, prompt, friendly and efficient. He went above and beyond to ensure that our starter issue couldn't be rectified before towing. He made my grandson's day (18 month old) that is fascinated by trucks. Jacob engaged with him and allowed him to check out all the cool things -- Thanks --
Ethan came out to help me with my spare tire when my tire blew up on me on the highway. He was sent out by triple A and they gave him a wrong location but after communicating with me he came and found me and helped me!! I am so grateful. They were quick and professional
We thought our vehicle may need to be towed to a near by shop. With Shawn’s help we were able to deduce that it was merely a battery issue. He gave us a jump, and we were able to drive to the nearest auto parts store. Although we didn’t need the tow-Shawn was still professional, friendly, and helpful. Thanks, Shawn!

My starter went out while I was shopping and AAA sent Ethan from your company to tow my car. He arrived much sooner than expected and assured me that he would be able to tow my car directly from the parking space. Within 10 minutes we were on our way to auto shop. Thanks Ethan for getting me out of a tricky situation so quickly and without causing any delay to cars parked around me.
Got threatened by the tower I think his name was Eaton he made me sign a waver saying that I could not sue if anything happened to my car then he was very quick putting it on the truck and angry with me that my car was still running ..the belt was not turning and was making a burning smell The steering wheel was so tight I could not turn it .I've had my power steering pump go out before where it took two people to turn but was not as bad as this..so he was pissed he had to tow already so I took a video to make sure my car wasn't damaged I hardly got him in the video at all ..once we arrived at Christian Brothers Auto he came up to my window and asked me to delete the video and said that I would be mad if someone videoed me at work ..then he said he was going to take my car back to my house if I didn't erase the video..I said that I would erase it once he put my car down safe and sound..he called his boss to see if he could take my car back to my house and his boss said to just leave it there.(Christian Brothers).he put it down and started to make the threats like you'll see what happens to you...now I don't know if he is going to tow my cars or destroy my property I don't know if I should file a police report I gave higher review than I wanted to because he did tow my vehicle
I called triple A for a flat, within 10 minutes they sent out Caleb. Super nice guy who worked hard to help me out. My spare was under my car and I had no idea how to get it. He was able to figure out the situation, and even got under the car in the snow. Thanks so much!

AAA called Jacob from Schmer’s and he responded promptly, arrived much faster than I anticipated, was super helpful and friendly, and had me on the road about 5 min after my car’s “surprise!” dead battery received the needed strong jump. Your driver in this truck failed to yield at aroundabout and nearly smashed into my car. Maybe focus on safety especially when youre driving a heavy weapon with someone else's property being towed on it.
Next Predatory Towing company is what the name should be. Towing without proper authorization from the property owner on Residential is not only wrong but illegal in the state of Colorado. Targeting only a couple vehicles out of hundreds of vehicles that park the same way as others have parked for years and in fact were told to park that way by several employees. Property owners, managers, maintenance, and other employees using this tow company to retaliate against certain people. No common sense from this place or the properties they tow from and they know the Colorado Public Utilities Commission has made very specific rules for Residential towing and they go behind the rules and still do what ever they want. They don’t even use the correct paperwork when sending notification of a vehicle that was towed to the registered owner. Predatory Towing- take what they want legal or illegal, who cares who authorizes the tow, screw the paperwork because that ain’t right either, they bully vehicle owners, and they only select certain vehicles or people and they let everyone else break rules and say or do nothing. File complaints people don't allow predatory towing companies to continue like Colorado allowed Wyatts Towing to go on for years before finally ending there actions.
I was in a time of need during a very unfortunate day and this is the tow company that showed up to help me out. Not only was my car that was stranded loaded onto the truck quickly and carefully, but the driver made me feel very understood and was extremely personable. Mason was the man and he was absolutely awesome. He felt like a friend in a time of need and that is extremely admirable. The character and integrity of him alone compelled me to write this review and I am more than happy to sing praises for him. Give him a raise! Thank you Schmer for taking care of me in a time of need. Mason if you read this, rock on bro, I hope great things happen for you. 100% recommend and would rely on these guys again.

Jordan with Schmer’s Towing was extremely professional and was quite the expert. He was able to get my inoperable car out of a tight spot in the garage, down a narrow driveway and up onto his truck safely and efficiently. I know who I will be calling every time I’m in a bind in the Northern Colorado area!
Needed a quick straightforward tow to a local alignment shop. Jordan was there super fast and had my car moving within five minutes. Super friendly guy and great service, even took some extra steps to make sure my bumper wouldn't get scratched (even though it's held on with steel wire lol). Jordan was a life saver and a total chiller. Down on our luck on the way to Montana, my car’s alternator gave way and Jordan was there to tow us to the shop AND drop us off at our lodging for the night. Had a incident with my car and needed towing. Made a call and they were very fast and efficient. The driver they sent was Chad and he was great, light hearted, clearly knew what he was doing and made the whole situation easier. Highly recommend this company and if you can get Chad I would definitely do so.
I called several companies before and whilst I am aware you pay for what you get, some prices were just ridiculous especially considering the distance of the tow being only 4 miles. By the time I called Schmer's I was already frustrated. When they answered, the guy seemed a bit monotone, maybe a little disinterested but as someone who has worked in customer service, I know we all have off days and he was not rude at all. He was still very polite and speedy in getting everything I needed done. They had a tech out where I needed within an hour and a half of my call and the tech, Sean was amazing! He even took time to try and get the tire off to save me some money but those lug nuts were stuck! I know who to call if I ever need a tow again!
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Schemers ...I had to call AAA because my truck broke down. I was a woman, alone, in a very remote rural area but Schemers tow driver Josh showed up in 30 minutes and was the absolute best! I have a truck with WIDE 40" tires and about 15" of lift...Josh was a complete pro and got my truck on that flatbed as if it was nothing. He was so professional and helpful..I am so thankful and will be a loyal customer in the future. Thank you Josh and Schemers for helping me and really making a cruddy situation so much easier!
Unfortunately my car got stuck in an inclines parking spot with ice and snow in it. I called AAA and they sent out this company to help me. Hey did great job. Within 5 minutes of their arrival I was in the road. Friendly driver and lovely service!
Jeremy did the damn thing! He was amazing! Super grateful towards him for taking the job to deliver our vehicle from Fort Collins to Denver. I will keep him and Schmer’s towing into consideration next time I need assistance. Jeremy was courteous and kept us updated the entire time which was super great. I honestly appreciated the communication they had because a lot of tow companies lack in that area. Definitely recommend this tow company and if you can request Jeremy, do it you won’t regret it. Last night I had the pleasure of having the Schmer's towing company, through AAA, tow my car an hour away from the pick up location. I've never worked with someone with as much professionalism as Patrick ! He not only made the entire process easy and simple he even went the extra step to ensure my custom painted rims were as taken extra care of. That level of attention to detail is why I will always recommended this company to anyone in the area that is in need of a tow or other related issue. The tow driver arrived on time and first tried filling the tire with air. He had me back the car out of the garage and did a safety check and then told me that he didn't think it was safe to drive to the local tire repair shop. He then quickly changed out the tire for the spare. The entire time he was very pleasant and professional. He also was very careful about how he removed the existing tire and attached the spare and took care when attaching / tightening the lug bolts. He was concerned for my safety and wanted me to be sure to get the tire repaired. I used AAA service who brought in Schmer's to do the work and that process worked very smoothly as well.
DOGS RIDE UP FRONT! Dave was awesome, loaded my car quick and secure, and let my pup come along for the ride! Great guy, safe driving, clean truck, awesome conversation, best tow experience I've had hands down. Dont hesitate, if you need a tow just call these guys, legit no one's better
