Excellent caring, professional service. I hit a pothole towing my vintage camper up.Poudre Canyon to a campground. It messed up something under my camper, and the metal that got dislodged rubbed against my tire and almost disintegrated the tire. There was no way I was going to be able to tow it home.
It was a Sunday, and there was no phone service in the canyon, so I drove back down to Fort Collins the next morning. I called my mechanic who highly recommended Crossroads. I’m so glad he did. I was really upset when I called, and Kelsey was very kind, caring and helpful.
She assured me they would be able to come up the canyon, pick up my camper, and deliver it to my mechanic.
Rick came to the campground with a large flatbed. He was a super nice guy, and knew exactly what to do to best secure my camper and get it up on the truck. It took a lot of skill to maneuver my camper up there given what had broken, and he did a fabulous job. I’m glad they sent out someone who was highly experienced.
I could not be more pleased with the service I received. I highly recommend them.
Angel was our angel! Stuck on the side of the road with an infant. Angel came quick and parked behind us to make sure we were safe while waiting on our ride. I have a super narrow driveway on a busy street and he delivered the car perfectly. Very reasonably priced as well. I definitely recommend Crossroads and will use again! BTW, I've worked in the towing industry for a few years so I definitely know what I'm talking about! Great job, Angel!
They towed our tractor-trailer and said it would be about an hour and they were there within 30min Ryan hooked up to it and got us to the shop. Customer service on point and price was good! Would recommend them over any other company in a heartbeat. Ask for Ryan when you need a solid driver
I recently used Crossroads Towing to move a toolbox. The experience was outstanding. The drivers, Jacob and Angel, were respectful and professional. They showed up on time, loaded the toolbox promptly, and dropped it off at the new location without any issues. Kelsey in the office was a pleasure to work with; she was also very kind and courteous. Overall, it was a pleasure working with the Crossroads team. I’ll be sure to use them in the future.

A company ran by the best people. Above everything their customer service is unmatched - tried to get keys that were locked in for an hour and finally gave in and gave them a call! They answered immediately and were so kind to deal with. They were there super quickly and had me on my way in just a few minutes. Ryan (The Driver) and the whole crew at Crossroads Towing was more than professional and easy easy to work with. On a 4 hour trip (one way) with a VERY custom tiny home on wheels that was just barely ready for the trip, nothing was broken, safety was top mind, he made the plan was made out and followed well and I can’t thank them enough for making my dream of having a cabin in the mountains a reality.

Had to have our motorhome towed from Cheyenne, WY to Frederick, CO for repairs. Kelsey and the gang at Crossroads Towing and Recovery- Fort Collins, made the situation a lot easier to deal with! From Kelsey helping out with the logistics of what it would take to get the job done, safely and efficiently, to John Ryan showing up and loading our rig with ease; he really treated it like his own. My Semi and trailer had to be towed 12/27 from I25, Loveland, to the Freightliner dealership for repair. Very prompt service. Ryan was very professional, safe, capable and courteous. This dude knows his stuff. His tow truck was immaculately clean, which was impressive to me.
Good price and fast response time. My truck broke down late on a Sunday and Kelsey made sure she could get a driver to come pick it up fast. She was super friendly and helpful.
I think I put something in the ditch at least once a year and Crossroads’s is always on the move after the first call. In the middle of the night or even all the way out in Wyoming, they always take the call and job. Friendly and knowledgeable drivers as well. Kelsey is very professional and prompt when handling the calls. Overall, great towing company.

Absolutely the best service! I needed a shipping container moved and, was reffered to Crossroads from a friend of mine. I called and talked to Kelsey who was very friendly the morning of and, set up a time with her that afternoon. That afternoon a "very professional" driver by the name of Rick showed up and, new exactly what he needed to do to get it loaded up fast...it was definitely not his first time and, had it loaded up and, ready to move in about 20 minutes. He then drove it to the new location where he dropped it exactly where I wanted it. Thank you Kelsey and, Rick for the professional service!

Absolutely amazing people to work with and top notch service. Blew a tire on a heavy duty truck, the lady that answered was nice and helpful, trying to explain where we were at. The gentleman that came to help us, chance or chase I believe was his name, was fast and was able to get us back on the road fast and was also able to help us find a new tire. After locking my keys in my vehicle which was full of groceries, I called Crossroads and explained my situation to Kelsey. She was extremely understanding and professional and she had a driver to me in a different town, in under 30 minutes. Saving my groceries from spoiling in the car. She was also extremely reasonable on pricing, and the driver, Eric was very kind and helpful as well. After arriving at my vehicle, he had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend calling Crossroads if you have vehicle issues!

Gotta be bout 2 months now since this Amazing company and so very cool man, who operates one of their new badass towing trucks, towed my car late one night in late June after I was already back home.
Extremely quick and very easy to talk with.
was a Friday night and towing driver happened to be nearby and free.
Decided to use my insurance company (State Farm outta Windsor highly recommend them, Heidi Washburn) to cover my car towing expenses from one side of town to the other where I live due to a mechanical problem that I couldn’t fix that night, and Bingo!
Was able to choose from 3 different towing companies on State Farm app.
Choose Crossroads because I had them in my contacts from a few years ago but don’t remember to well when car slammed me at red light on JFK blvd crazy drivers here,

The generosity and care provided by Kelsey and the other members of Crossroads towing goes above and beyond! My family and I were driving from Texas to Yellowstone and our car broke down. We were stranded and unaware of the cities near us, but after calling Crossroads Towing we could breathe a sigh of relief because they rescued us! Not only did they come and tow our vehicle, but Kelsey drove out in her vehicle, picked us up, drove us around to find a rental car, and waited with my kids while we dealt with the unforseen circumstances. She comforted my kids and talked with them to ease their stress and anxiety. I recommend this company 100% and would give 10 stars if possible.
After calling and getting told up to $300+ to tow my car 4 miles I called cross road towing and they had the best price and the wait time given to me was better than every other tow company too but I didn't need to wait the 90-120min my tow guy was there in 45 min. Nice respectful guy S angel. Keep up the good work and I'll use your again if I need a tow or know any one that dose
