Had a flat tire and needed to go down the road, about 1 mile. Other places charged nearly $100+ more. Was relatively quick for me ~30 mins. Driver was really nice and gave me a ride to the mechanic.
I recently witnessed extremely reckless and unprofessional behavior from Import Towing and Recovery while they were towing a vehicle for Evergreen Industrial through Fort Collins, Colorado.
Their tow truck (license plate DLG-641) was:
Speeding 15–20+ mph over the posted limit
Tailgating other vehicles aggressively
Using blinding high beams, making it unsafe for everyone else on the road
This kind of dangerous driving—especially while towing—puts other motorists, pedestrians, and even the towed vehicles at risk. It’s unacceptable for a company responsible for heavy equipment and customer property to display this level of disregard for public safety.
Do not use Import Towing and Recovery. They clearly have no respect for safe driving practices or the communities they operate in.
Ethan did an excellent job in explaining the process and safely removing my vehicle from our epoxy coated garage and transporting it to the car dealer for service. He was exceptionally professional and very careful with my vehicle!
I have never actually used Import Towing and I don’t normally leave reviews like this but we were almost hit by one of their drivers tonight. The driver was speeding towards a red light and decided to jump across two lanes last minute. Please be safe out there!!

Ashley and her team at Import Towing went above and beyond to help my family find affordable, practical solutions for our brother's car in the days just after he passed away, as we all live out-of-state and couldn't get to Fort Collins to claim it immediately. She listened to me with empathy, helped solve logistical issues quickly and efficiently, and eased my worries about trying to make arrangements for a loved one from thousands of miles away. Her compassion and patience were unexpected but profoundly appreciated. I'd give Ashley and Import Towing 10 out of 5 stars.
They towed my vehicle illegally, CRS § 40-10.1-405 (3)(b)(VI)(B): specifies that signs must be placed "Inside the private property so that the sign faces outward toward the parking area." And denied me photographs of my vehicle after it had been towed. They also denied me access to my vehicle. When I told him I was going to Lodge a complaint they said that's fine we deal with people like you everyday laughed at me and then hung up on me. I'll be filing a complaint tomorrow since today is Sunday. They are an unprofessional extremely rude predatory towing company. I have photographs of the lot showing there's no signs like that. So don't put your snarky little comment on the end of my review saying that you towed it legally cuz you did not. When I called the person on the phone today about this he says the puc doesn't make us follow that law, I replied so wait a minute so you're telling me the puc breaks the law and he says yep that's what I said. Totally rude.
Josh was awesome, service was great, price was affordable and the lady who answered was accommodating and very helpful. 6 stars! Use these guys if you like saving hundreds of dollars.
Stopped at ft Collins auto zone to purchase windshield wiper fluid a gentleman was taking pictures of my truck to tow . I waited to see what vehicle he was driving and obtained his tag now I’m digging in to see who the red dodge ram belongs to and post information publicly it works both ways
They appeared to be very kind to my vehicle when getting towed. Despite the circumstances they seem to take good care.
I didn’t see my car get towed but I watched them tow another car and it looked alright.
The total cost of $363, and the $100 “late night” fee Is gnarly. The late night fee seemed unreasonable.
I vote import should make the tow fee $200. Late night fee of $45 as well.
$363 is a lot considering they had my car for roughly 45 minutes.
I didn’t see the sign so it is my own fault. Just unfortunate how much the cost was.
If your cars broken down I’m sure they got you though.
Talk about a company who literally helps you out of a jam. I got myself stuck in a moving truck. Jeremy came out on a Saturday evening to help. He arrived promptly after calling, had a friendly attitude, and got me back on the road quickly. Would recommend!
Well, there’s rarely anything to beam over when your car is totaled and towed to a tow yard and you only have liability and it’s 100% your fault. Now that being said on two separate occasions (my own and a friend’s car) I’ve been here for similar reasons and both times Ashley was actually a total class act. She treats EVERYONE with equal respect and genuinely will try to work with you and realizes that you might be in a tough situation. I could find reasons to complain but ultimately those reasons are entirely my responsibility so I have to give 5 stars. Thanks again guys. Class acts.
I have been having a dispute with a neighboring home and it's residents that have resulted in numerous unresolved parking predicaments. The neighbors park both their vehicles in front of my driveway every day and it's just getting to the point where it's disrespectful. I requested service and Dave responded immediately. Dave was able to arrive on location promptly to rectify the situation. He was communicative through the entire process from beginning to end and even reached out afterwards to address any concerns I might have had, as well as informing me I could reach out in the future for any other service needed. Not only would it be at no cost to me, but it would be something that they handled at the expense of the vehicle owners due to negligence and actually being illegal to park like that. Not only did he inform me of the county compliance process, but I overheard his conversation with the neighbor's as well and he was very respectful and thorough. Hopefully this situation can be avoided in the future and I won't need to reach out for service - but should I have to, Dave is the only person I'm calling.

DO NOT use this towing service. They towed my bike illegally then charged me $740 . Then they stripped it and stole the handle bars,gas tank, both fenders, and seat . Do not use this towing service. I provided pics of what I had to pay $740 to get back. They are a bunch of thieves.
I was very impressed by the customer service and the speed at which I was able to get my car towed! I was in a pickle and their company was ready and eager to help. The driver was professional and was well seasoned. This made the experience breezy and fluid! I am so grateful for the this company! If I ever need a tow Import Towing is who I am calling. Super fast service, which is SO appreciated by someone who lives in an apartment complex with designated parking! Getting my info sent was easy, and everyone was so nice during the process.
This place made me pay over $300 to go into my totaled car to get my belongings. I'm not sure how this was legal. They got tje $352 because my son's school backpack and school work was in the car and he needed it the next moning. . This just doesn't seem legal or right that this company can get away with things like this.
Waited 7 and a half hours for a guy named fernandez to pick up my vehicle. at 11;30 he said he'd come only for him to call at 12;15 to tell me he has other cars to pick up for copart, said he'd pick up the car at 03:30. Get an update from hi telling me he can't make it, having some other guy to come get it at that time. The time it took to get picked up was at 05:30, and arrived at the requested location by 06:00 Pm. Despite all this i had to pay the full price despite waiting for seven and a half hours like an idiot. During this time I could've called a different towing company to come get the vehicle and have it be at the location way the hell sooner. I am not pleased and I am not satisfied and I don't think I will ever ask this towing company for help ever again when it comes to my vehicle breaking down. Thanks for...something I guess. I think the bare minimum is what I'll say due to the excessive wait time I had to deal with and paying full price.

I had mixed feelings about my experience with Import Towing. The dispatcher was polite and helpful, and the tow driver handled our small job just fine. However, I was quoted a price that turned out to be only half of what I was actually charged. I didn’t receive an invoice, follow-up call, or any sort of billing breakdown. Instead, I found out about the extra charges only by checking my credit card statement. They took my card info as a deposit but then billed me far beyond what was promised, without any explanation. Disappointing lack of transparency and communication.
I see past reviews on drivers going way too fast through town. Seems employees were never actually reprimanded. I had one of their tow trucks within a few feet of my car tailing me all the way down terry lake road this morning. Are your drivers trying to cause more accidents??
I was having a really bad morning and locked my toddler in the vehicle. They really prioritized my call and came quickly. They were so friendly on the phone and in person. Jeremy unlocked the vehicle with ease.
Julius was the driver who towed my car was very helpful took look under the hood with me helped me identify the mechanical issues then directed me to a better auto shop. Great work friendly talkative 5 stars
Josh was super helpful and took great care of my car and even managed to save me almost $800 by connecting me to one of his buddies who was able to do the work i needed done for half the price. Would defintely recommend this towing service
My 1979 mc9 broke down on 287 5 mis n of livermore. Jeremy is a badass. Not an easy job with an old bus in a tough spot, heavy Friday traffic on a sloping shoulder with a steep ditch. Nothing was 'normal". He was methodical and competent, took his time and figured it out. Bus was towed safely. I would recommend this outfit for sure
Just experienced a driver from import. He saw we needed help and turned around to help up. We never even called the company. We had trouble with a trailer hitch attached to our truck. He could have towed us to a place to have it repaired but instead he got out his tools and bent the hitch enough that we could connect to the trailer and get home. He refused payment for his help. If I need a tow In the future i will always call them. Thank you very much
Needed my trailer hauled to Denver from I-25 construction area going south just after exit 257 and before the ramp to get onto I-25 from 34. My dispatcher was told 8 am memorial day. I called a couple of places and import towing came to my rescue after I sat there from 1 pm. Absolutely amazing customer service and the driver was absolutely amazing thank you for coming to my rescue its absolutely appreciated. Wasn't leaving my trailer behind
My smart car hydraulic lift on my Volvo OTR Truck cable fitting snapped causing smart car to be stuck on the lift with no way to get it off.
The owner came out with a low boy and backed up to the side of the truck and I backed the Smart car off the lift and onto his lowboy. He then pulled forward, lowered the lowboy bed and I drove off. Easy peasy. When I asked the owner how much I owed him, he said it was free. I know he didn't have to drive far and the truck was at a heavy duty truck repair facility, but obviously he can't give his services away for free. He was adamant, no money.
It was a pure pleasure to work with this company and it's owner. Response was within 15 mins. He assessed situation and immediately sprung into action. I could not have had a better experience all around and would have gladly paid at least $100 for his time.
I absolutely and unequivocally recommend Import Towing & Recovery for all and any towing needs. You will not be disappointed.

We got stuck up in Red Feather with a no start on our diesel. Submitted a roadside assistance request through our insurance and we were lucky enough to get Import. Both people I dealt with were amazing and super helpful. I can’t remember the lady’s name who got our information but she was very kind. Sean was the driver who picked up our truck. He was awesome. He called when he was headed up and when he got down to let us know everything was good! 5 stars all the way. Thank you guys for making a stressful situation so much easier!
