I want to start this review just by saying that the only reason it's a 3 star is because Ryan Setterington has kept his word and has been responding to my questions and messages regarding the truck even almost a year after I bought it. (realistically looking back at all issues I've had it should be 1 star) Just because the business has great reviews unfortunately doesn't mean that they will sell you the truck in fully working condition as they promise beforehand. INSPECT IT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN BEFORE YOU BUY IT! (I almost didn't at all and also was in a time crunch as I don't live in Denver and flew in just to buy the truck) I have had numerous issues with mine (all issues that shouldn't be there as they aren't minor and their service team should have known about them. Here are a few - broken ac condenser fan (obvious at the front of the truck), malfunctioning heating in the cab, non-functioning glow plugs, huge thread difference in the front two tires, headlights shorting and going out constantly, false reading on the speedometer, non-functioning fuel gauge, leaking hose in the liftgate (fixed before I bought it after I made a point of it), major leaks in the box (not fully fixed even after a secondary visit there). What I paid for the truck was premium, even after they asked for $1000 on top of the asking price I gave it to them with the hope that I am actually getting an older truck but without problems (so they said). I do think that most, if not all of the problems that I discovered after the purchase, would have been addressed shortly after, if I lived closer to Denver and could drop it off with them, but that's not the case and that's not the point. The point is that even things that they knew aren't the way they should be (tire threads difference, problem with the heating in the cab, the broken fan of the condenser) were not addressed before I went to see/buy the truck that's very disappointing to me and have cost me a lot in order to get most issues addressed and fixed. They made effort to help and compensate, (ultimately most (NOT ALL) issues were addressed after 2 follow-up visits, but at the second one I also gave them another $1000, don't ask what my fuel, hotel etc expenses were in order to do those 2 visits) but that's too many issues to have in a truck that you are paying a premium for! Conclusion: if you live around Denver and have time, they'll probably address the possible issues that your used truck might come with, and you don't notice at purchase, if not - brace yourself for a lot of money spent on repairs on top of a premium price paid for the truck.

If you are looking for a truck you are at the right place and have no need to look any further. We have been looking for several months for the exact truck we needed for our business. We make flavored butter and are a small growing company with very specific needs. They were very helpful and very knowledgeable. I bought a truck from DTI 1 month ago. I waited to leave a review just to make sure. I worked with David and even a month later he’s been very responsive to my questions/calls. I even took the truck back for an oil change (we drive a lot of miles in a month) and it was fast and reasonable. They also do DOT inspections, which is really helpful! I highly recommend them!

Went in to get a hard to find used fuel filter housing and 20 mins later I walked out with a great clean lightly used unit., the yard guys removed it from a salvaged truck and pressured washed it clean and my parts guy Micah was knowledgeable and very friendly with helping me find my older truck parts. We bought a 2016 Freightliner M2 at around 76k miles from out of state. They assured us the truck was in good condition and that they tested it. Within one week of using this truck the engine and ABS light came on leading to multiple repairs costing us over $7,000 (so far as new malfunctions keep arising) and we have been having to pay to rent a truck for weeks costing thousands on top of the repairs. We have been trying to reach out to DTI regarding this but they just ignore us. Hopefully they will see this review and do something about it. DTI, please reach out to Gramar Stone Center to resolve this matter as it is entirely unethical.

I’ve been to the new DTI location on Steele st and let me tell you, these guys are the best! Micah hooked me up with some quality spare tires, and a seatbelt latch quickly and inexpensively to get me safely on the road again! They have a HUGE selection of engines and transmissions, along with an impressive lot of rigs getting parted out. They saved me hundreds of dollars over new parts, and I couldn’t be happier. My company came to look at a truck, that truck was not available (back in the shop) but David helped us look at another truck. Over all experience was great. During test drive the windshield wipers was randomly going off, and i felt I had something to do with it. DTI did not have an answer or had the means to fix the issue for me. Also the the posting for this new vehicle show it has AC, it has AC just dose not work. AC will be no problem but the windshield wipers stopped working within a month.

Showed up the day after the "bomb cyclone" and not much was happening but there were a few helpful and friendly staff members to assist. The parts department pointed me to the sales department (Caleb) and he was able to assist us with buying a flatbed truck for hauling our sheet metal needed for our metal roofing company. I brought my 2019 F350 into DTI trucks at 8080 Steele St. for a bed removal. The new Fords are tricky because when you disconnect the harnesses for the indicators on the bed it will make it so your hvac wont work and your windows wont roll down or up. This was the first new Ford these guys had to do so they were unaware of this and so was I. When I went back in to tell them about the issue they were all over it and made some phone calls and found a solution to the problem quickly. Marcus and his crew are friendly and more importantly will get the job done right.

I contacted Micah at DTI in Commerce City about a year ago regarding some used equipment. Circumstances did not allow the purchase at that time. Recently DTI Trucks happened to have some of the same equipment available. I contacted them again. Micah remembered who I was and again answered all of my questions about the equipment.
