The driver parked his truck right in front of the King Soopers store impeding the flow of traffic, to go inside and get groceries. Has his flashing lights on. There is a big parking lot with plenty of room for him to park. 6:30pm Friday night. This isn't a small truck, big flatbed.Making cars go around or wait for room to proceed through. Pictures if you would like to see. Ok this driver is constantly doing this. Lazy lazy lazy. Elderly people have to park in the lot and walk, making people avoid your vehicle and wait to go around you. Not working at the store or a delivery driver. I'm sure it will still happen I contacted the manager of store to not allow this to happen, I happened to be there the other day and a small SUV was parked in the same spot and the paged the driver asking them to move it, it's blocking the lane to get through. And this company thinks it is ok to inconvenience everyone driving through. Have video of the driver pushing his grocery cart to his truck, putting a bag in the truck, leaves the cart in the middle of the sidewalk. To lazy to push that cart a few feet out of the way or even to return a few feet.

Driver today felt laws don’t apply to them and drove well above speed limit in construction zone. Why hire drivers who put our community at risk?! Let’s hope that driver finds a new line of work before they kill someone!
Gary did an amazing job of loading up our Ram 2500 Mega Cab onto the truck from our garage. His confidence was a plus, and he was very friendly. What a great experience out of a bad situation for us.
Had a blowout at the top of RMNP. AAA and Hertz were terrible, but Gary from Shaun’s Towing was incredible. Thoroughly enjoyed the ride to Boulder with him, and he was a professional every step of the way. His passion for towing was unlike anything I have heard when I asked why he loves being a tow truck driver. He truly seeks to help people at some of their hardest moments in life. Gary has a gift, and he used it that day. If only everyone could be as passionate about their profession as he is. I only wish I had taken a better picture of the Shaun’s truck and Gary after loading up the rental van, but we were ready to be off the mountain by that point. First they sent a driver and truck to my home that wasn't able to tow my AWD hybrid vehicle. Driver insisted to tow it the way the manual says not to. They wouldn't provide me their liability waiver prior to sending another truck and driver. The dispatch person was extremely rude. Explain to me why I should not have legal documents prior to your arrival? Shady people and complete trash company.
Tico was a Godsend for us today. The van died on top of the hill on a very busy highway in a construction zone. As I was freaking out on the phone with 911 dispatch, I noticed a truck behind with his lights on. Tico got behind us and offered assistance. I was dumbfounded. I thought, that was too fast for dispatch to get someone out. Sure enough, Tico stopped without prompt. He quickly got cdot assistance, got us loaded and mom and I safely on the road to our destination. Mom and I are still in shock at how quick and helpful our guardian angel was today. Awesome representative for this business. I’d highly recommend giving them a try if. You need their services!

We had to get jump starts due to car problems 3 separate times. Reggie was very helpful, responded very fast, and somewhat fair priced (about 80$ for a Jumpstart) he got our car running until we were able to make it to a shop and figure this problem out !
Best tow service in the valley! Julian was able to jump my vehicle and get it running on the spot. He was highly professional and knowledgeable regarding his job and provided some insight on my battery and alternator. He was able to save time/money. I also left my bag in the truck and he dropped it back off for me! If you need a tow, Shaun’s towing is there for you!
I was very happy with the service I received when my car broke down. I didn’t wait very long at all for a truck to come and help me. The young man who came was very knowledgeable and very helpful in getting me towed home. I will definitely use their service again. Hopefully not for me but anyone Who may need their service I will definitely refer them

My car died up at Lily Lake right near Estes Park. Javy was prompt, super professional, and had great communication every step of the way. I highly recommend him and Shaun's.
Aaron was quick to respond, gave a call ahead to ask the pertinent questions, and let me know how far away he was. He loaded up my vehicle quickly and gently and we were on our way. The drive was fine and we dropped at the expected destination without issue.

These people are life savers! I was driving on I-25 when my car just died IN TRAFFIC I lost power while driving and luckily had the smallest spot to pullover in between guard rails. I was so scared and I didn’t catch his name but one of their guys drove by on the way to another accident and asked if I was okay and that he would be back after he helped with that accident but suggested I call their company so I did and Joshua B came and was amazing and went above and beyond. He was so kind and made sure he updated us if anything changed! If I ever need a towing company again they will be the one I call

After playing phone tag ... mostly due to me losing my phone for a day ... i did get Arron to meet Mee and tow my vehicle.... The Service from Phone call... Josh got me unstuck in about 30 minutes, record time in my opinion. Couldn't have worked with a friendlier guy who obviously loves what he does!

Shaun’s towing is a life saver and I’m so appreciative and thankful for having them in town. So my van got stuck on a steep icy hill in little valley and slid back into a snow embankment thank god not off the mountain. I first called Bob's Towing, they showed up in a timely manner but the truck they sent was not equipped for what needed to be done. They could not get my van out and didn’t even attempt to because their chains broke and tires weren’t the greatest. The poor driver first broke his phone then had to tie the tow truck around multiple trees so he wouldn’t slide down. After about 3 hours just dealing with their tow truck issues I’m grateful he was able to get me home once we were able to get his tow truck unstuck but my van was left overnight blocking the road. The next morning I called Shaun’s Towing and they were quick to respond and he was able to pull my van out in like 10 minutes. Thank you so very much for helping me out and shout out to the driver Joshua B. For the quick service.

Absolutely amazing service. Car was hanging basically off our steep mountainous driveway. We called so many towing companies and AAA before Joshua B. picked up and rushed over. He got it unstuck in half an hour and somehow my car escaped any severe damage. He was so calm and confident. Badass driving and towing skills. I will recommend him to everyone I meet. Pretty good company during the recovery process. Brought my vehicle to my house and parked it the wrong way on the street. I live in Eaton so cops are quick to give tickets. 95 dollar tow fee after my tow service covered 50 dollar, but now I get to tack another 70 to that bill. I called to get a receipt from them and the person I talked to hung up on me multi times. Extremely unprofessional, Especially when all I was doing was explaining what had happened and I needed a receipt. I understand that was probably a driver i spoke to, but all he had to do was refer me to the office. Hopefully this isn't how that individual treats most people. I would recommend using someone that knows how to deal with people better
My driver, Aaron, was very kind and courteous. He had a very professional attitude about everything and took very good care of my little car. I highly recommend his help/service. He was phenomenal and I'll definitely be telling everyone about him and Shaun's Towing.
