Very friendly staff, but kind of lacking on the oil filter selection. Nice and clean and bright as well

I mean, I feel like that if I bought the parts online, they’re paid for and I call and ask for you to leave the parts outside because I’m not gonna make it by 7 o’clock when you guys close the parts are paid for their mine. You should leave them outside for me. I’m gonna be there at 7:10. If the part is not there when I get there that’s my problem.

Nathan was knowledge, helpful and polite! He helped install our wiper blades. Way beyond expected service. A+ would highly recommend and will be back!

This location is always fast and convenient and the staff is always friendly and inviting instead of cold - not treating you like you’re an idiot you don’t know anything about cars! 💯💯💯👍☺️ I’m about it.

I had an excellent experience at Advance Auto. The manager Nate was very knowledgeable and was pacient with all my needs. The store was very clean and shelves were organized. Will 100% return to this store.

It was a Sunday and I was trying to finish my bearing project and I thought I wouldn't need the tool that I had borrowed from a different store and returned. Low and behold they were open on Sunday afternoon and took a chance that they had the tool I needed and they did. It was the opening Sunday of football season and I had the attention of the entire staff and they were absolutely fantastic. They gave me the tool, got my bearing in and all was good. I appreciate those guys!

Was at the store today and the gentleman with the long hair was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

I was having issues with my car battery and went in to have it tested. Nathan helped me and found that the battery was toast. He offered to help me install a new battery. Putting a battery in someone’s car is not the most enjoyable task, but he did so with a good attitude and provided great customer service. I’m grateful that I won’t be stranded because of his help.

I was having battery issues and stopped into the store randomly, and Nathan was so incredibly helpful. Went out of his way to be helpful and his colleague Siv jumped in to help as well. One of those rarer customer service moments that I had to share. Thank you for the fantastic service and help!

First time at this location the staff was friendly, knowledgeable. Didn't try to upsell or anything else. Just gave me what I needed and sent me on my way

The employees at this store are so kind and helpful. But prices, selection, and general service of this company sucks. One recent example - they gave me a $10 gift card as rebate and the gift card didn't work. I don't care about the $10, just the principle of making someone jump through a bunch of hoops and submit a form to get a rebate, and the rebate doesn't even work....c'mon, guys! Waste of time to shop here...just order from Rock Auto instead and save $$.

Brian and The G man are the best!! I always get what I need at the right price. Always helpful friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. I would not go anywhere else. They also have the coolest guys dropping parts off for me too. Mike, Tony, Mr.T and one other that I’m not sure of the name but awesome too!! Thanks guys.

Kyle, Siv, and Kendrick are absolute lifesavers! My car battery unexpectedly died, but thankfully, I was close enough to the store for these gentlemen to step in and help. They quickly jumpstarted my car, installed a new battery, and turned a stressful situation into a great experience. Their service was exceptional, and I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond. They truly got me out of a tough spot, and I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism and kindness.

I went in have my car battery replaced, and the clerk claimed that the store had no batteries for my model of car. When I checked the website, it said that they had multiple batteries that were a match for my car. I called the Ralston location and they were happy to help. It seems like someone didn't want to have to do the work.

Beware of this store. Not affiliated with other advanced auto parts. Won't take a return. Kyle was understandable and reasonable, but the manager on Duty Nathan was immediately confrontational and dismissive. Highly recommend retraining. Insanely poor customer service. Update. I'm sticking to this review. I drove to the next AAP down the road, and the manager there figured out the issue in minutes. If you have the option. I'd skip this store.

Always a positive experience coming into these stores! Great customer service! Didn’t catch their name but one of the employees had 10/10 customer service, even helped me take my stuff out to my car when I was too stubborn to opt in for a bag for my stuff. Appreciate your guys’ hard work!

This is a clean location with a large inventory but they did not have the fuse i needed for my 2020 Dodge Ram Laramie. They were nice enough to give us referrals of where to go before everything closes even if that meant sending us to a competitor.

This is for the Advance Auto on 53rd and Wadsworth and my visit was on Wednesday the 15th of November. There were two young guys in the store and I had my battery tested. The guy said I needed a new one. I left my wife to to deal with the purchase as I just had surgery on my foot and couldn't stand on it, yet i went out and disconnected the battery in my car to make things go smoother for the store employee to do the exchange. Out walks my wife, lugging a battery to our vehicle. I got real hot at that. I've been a loyal customer of this store through 2 major upgrades on a Jeep and a 70 GMC and the guys were always great. Not only did these two guys watch my wife lug out an heavy battery they didn't even offer her a cart to wheel it out. This is on the Advance Auto website: " BATTERY INSTALLATION Get free battery installation when you purchase a new battery from us. Available for most vehicles." We paid over $230.00 for the battery but that didn't seem to matter to the boys running the store. One of the guys, he had long tangled red hair walked by when I was installing the battery and I asked him why he let my wife hand carry a battery right past both guys in the store and not offer to assist or to install it. He said "sorry" without concern or looking at me and wormed his way past me so he could go to his car. What kind of establishment hires worthless boys to operate an Advance Auto who refuse to be gentlemen enough to help a 62 year old woman carry out a battery? What a pathetic workforce this city is dealing with. Every single review I've done on Yelp I've complained about the young "men"...it has always been about young people...Now I wonder if I really needed a battery after all..

The people who work here are extremely helpful and very friendly. Last time I went there, the gentleman checking out made sure I got a deal on purchasing several items. I feel confident bringing my business here.
