I needed the tires rotated on my 2025 Tesla M3 and needed a service center that was "Tesla Certified." I called and spoke to a gentleman (not sure his name), and he got me all set up within a couple of hours. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with kindness and politeness by Emily. She's very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I've asked. Zeus was the technician and he was awesome! Very quick and knowledgeable in his work. I liked the service so much that I ended up taking my vehicle home and came back with another vehicle to get serviced as well (for BOTH rear tires that had nails in them), which they didn't charge for both the tire rotation (on the M3) AND patching up the tires (on the Honda Civic)! Definitely would recommend this place, and will be coming back in the future. Keep up the great work guys! 👍
This place is amazing. I got a flat tire on a Sunday and none of the big box stores were open - and so glad they weren’t. Big brand had an amazing buy three get one deal and spent time educating me the tires. I thought I wanted run flats but the front desk lady was so honest and told me they really arent worth the extra costs. From women to women, I appreciated the transparency and real advice instead of trying to upsell or take advantage of a girls girl who knows zero about tires.
While I was waiting I also saw her have her tec replace a guys spare for free, while she ordered me an uber AND offered to stay late tomorrow when I go pick up my car because I’ll be coming from work. Beyond accommodating, which isn’t what I would expect from a car place! So I got a great deal and so happy to support a local spot with people who have good energy and are genuinely good people. Highly recommend Big Brad tires. They turned a crummy start to the day around with their great service.
Came in day of to get my bronco aligned after getting it lifted and new tires put on. They were extremely knowledgeable and I was only there 45 min with everything fixed
The techs diagnosed my starting issue- thankfully just a battery! Also got me in for an oil change and tire rotation and fixed my faulty door lock. They worked with my warranty company to get that repair covered at no cost to me and had me in and out the very same day! These guys do it all!!
I purchased four tires from Big Brand Tire Company that came with a 60,000 mile warranty. Despite proper maintenance, I only received about 30,000 miles out of them before they were worn and eligible for a warranty claim.
When I attempted to warranty the tires, the claim was denied because I performed my own tire rotations. I was told they “couldn’t prove” that they did not perform the rotations themselves and therefore refused to honor the warranty. The warranty did not clearly state that rotations must be performed by Big Tire Company or that customer performed maintenance would void coverage.
I have the proper tools and knowledge to perform tire rotations correctly, and I maintain my vehicle responsibly at regular intervals. Denying a warranty under these circumstances without citing a specific warranty violation is disappointing and feels misleading.
Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about trusting the advertised tire warranty.
UPDATE: The owner Robert messaged me for the appearance of trying to make it right and never responded to my emails. I guess it was just to make it look as though he cared to make it right.
It's been 2 months or so I got some tires and had the spare changed they did a good job. But I got to Kansas notice the plug missing for the spare. Whet backend told them they said I must have lost it happens I never touched it then they said they take of me still haven't heard anything and it's been a few more months now. All I have to say is check your stuff before leaving. It cost me 54.34 to replace.
I do need other services done and repairs to the vehicle I will be following up with shelby. She seems to be knowledgeable about how to deal with the situation and she was very informative on my first two visits.
1 star since 0 is not an option.Went in today 2/1/26 at about 1:20pm to see about getting a tire on my SUV that has a screw in it repaired/replaced. Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes. Saw the same guy twice. He spoke/did not acknowledge a potential new customer zero times. I even called while standing there. Nothing. Needless to say, my business will be going elsewhere as I have nothing nice to say.
I had a punctured tire and needed new tires anyways. I called to see if they could fit me in right away. They were able to do so and made sure they had tires that fit my vehicle in stock while still on the phone. The service took just over an hour and I was on my way. Highly recommend this business!
I purchased two sets of tires from this store. One for a truck and one for a SUV. Both were Nokian tires which are very very well designed and Big Brand is one of the few stores that sells them. They gave me a great deal on both sets, had both cars done in one day and did a quick once over of each vehicle for other potential maintenance items which I appreciated. Shelby at the front counter was awesome and very attentive! I will be coming here moving forward for my tire needs!
Love coming here. As a former automotive tech I found a shop i can trust. I bring my vehicles to when I dont want to work on them myself and I know the work will be done right. The crew here is amazing and shelby is very upfront and honest with what my vehicle needs and what can wait.

They realigned my SRT after Christopher Dodge World test drove my vehicle and hit something and took the alignment out really bad. The shop also noticed really bad damage to my tire from the inside sidewall that was hidden until they took the rim off

I had 3 burned out light bulbs, marker, license plate and reverse light. They offered to replace those three mini bulbs, (that I went and bought for $18.00) for $89.00!!!😅

I ended upI with a nail in my tire, they were able to repair the tire. I made an appointment w/Shelby and she had excellent customer service skills. There was no charge in the repair. I will definitely stop back in when I purchase my next set of tires.
The check engine light kept appearing even after several attempts at changing the air flow sensor by another in town mechanic. I finally decided to take my car to Big Brand Tire. Shelby triaged the issue and explained what her recommendation was to resolve the issue. Her insight proved to be right and the issue was finally resolved! I made the right decision to take my car to Big Brand Tire!!

Do not use this company. They lied to me about fixing my car after waiting 2 1/2 hours. They said they told my son they talked to me about the car which was a lie. We found my car sitting outside the building without them contacting me. I repeat DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. The manager was very rude. I would give them a minus 10 if I could. DO NOT GO THERE READ THE CURRENT REVIEWS.
10/10 recommend! The most friendly and helpful staff. Our car was down for about a month, when it was finally time for us to get it fixed, Sean got us in with no hesitation. Parts provided we needed the alternator and battery replaced on our Dodge Journey. It was done within two hours! So pleased with everything! Will be brining our car back for tires very soon :)
Terrible service. Drove 45min to pick up set of tires for my Nissan Xterra i talked with the guy on phone and said they be ready on Tuesday noon pick up.
So I get call voice msg from him later that day saying they only except cash, so I stop by bank to pull out 500$ for tires and when I show up he says they dont have them in stock and forgot to call me. Thx bud! Don't quite ur day job oh wait maybe you should...

I went to see Sean and his team because I was quoted a price of $2100 for replacing my battery & alternator. At a very popular chain. Big tested and discovered I only needed a battery! Saving me over $1800. It’s a woman’s worst nightmare to be treated like I was at first place. So I’ve found a new place to take my car where I know I won’t be lied to or taken advantage of! Thanks!
I Had four tires mounted there after purchasing them online. They were great to deal with. Soon after the install, I had a problem with the lug nuts and brought it back to them and they immediately took care of it 100%. Incredibly helpful and prompt to take care of things… Regardless however any Install goes, it’s how they take care of issues that count. I’d use them all the time!
We searched everywhere to put air in our tires but our tires need to be inflated to 44psi. See they were open and they promptly filled our tires. They were the nicest people & are hard workers. They deserve a raise for their customer service. Great job. Keep up the awesome work!
Had an emergency flat in a buddies right across the street. Gage brought a company vehicle and tools over to remove the flat tire, returned to his shop to fix, and came back to reinstall. Never even had to leave the parking lot. Great service, kind technicians, wonderful experience. Thank you Gage and the gang! Give everyone a raise!!!
