Connolly's Towing JunkYard in Arvada (CO)

I would highly recommend Connolly's Towing. Our Dodge Ram blew a tire on I 76 and we called Connolly's based on a recommendation and dispatch sent Eric to help us. Eric is an awesome person and did an excellent job getting all of us off the highway safely.

Great driver that dropped off a van at our shop, EAS. He was extremely accommodating and professional throughout the process. Brought a smile to everyone who talked with him. Thanks!

First time ever dealing with this company. Walked in and asked for a manager, a woman walked up. I Unfortunately don't remember her name but she helped me out big time. Tell her I didn't have a job and didn't have the full amount but she accepted the money I had in my pocket. They got paid and I got an awesome discount from a very friendly and helpful employee. Not going to lie she saved my ass because I don't know what I would have done if I would have had to come up with the other portion.

This place would get 5 stars if the front desk rep was a tad more friendly! My gf totaled her car and they towed it. We ended up leaving a sticker in the car and when we came back with 7 minutes left until they closed, the front desk lady had zero effort towards customer service. Other then that the employees in the back end are nice and friendly. 7.3/10 in my books. (Could be more customer service)

This Company is AWESOME!! Over the weekend my son was driving home from work and slipped off the road and found his car in a VERY bad situation. Connolly's Towing was the company we called. The first guy that came out was very upfront and honest. He told me that his flat bed truck was not enough for the job. By the end they needed to call in a 50 ton truck, a 4 wheel drive truck & the Flat bed that came out first. These guys were able to pull my son's car out, and didn't do any more damage than was already done. Which was amazing, because if they were careless about how they did it, and were just in a hurry to get it done and move on, my son's car could have been completely TOTALED!! When it was all said and done these gentleman did a great job, and cut us a HUGE deal on the costs. We were expecting to pay A LOT because of how bad the situation was, and we were astonished at what they did and how much of a break they were willing to give us!! If you ever need a tow, you couldn't go with a better company!!

The driver was great but the people in the office were another story. I needed my vehicle towed to a different location and they acted like they owned it. Zero cooperation

Connolly’s Towing was Highly recommended by my dealership Corvette Connections. I called and they came out sooner than the time they told me on the phone. My car was in a dangerous place on 38th and they called in another tow truck to block the street and get us out safe. Richard, the driver made the entire process easy and hassle free. He explained everything he was going to do snd made sure I felt safe the entire time. He made the ride back to the dealership super comfortable and made it a point to make me laugh to lighten the mood. Best service ever! Their prices where very competitive and the care that Richard took with my car from start to finish was bar none. Thank you Richard! I will most definitely plan to use Connolly’s exclusively in the future.

A few days ago my car was refusing to start. I couldn’t even get the ignition to turn to crank the engine. Once I contacted the company I got an immediate response, and they were super flexible with times to send someone out. Even though the car couldn’t be put in neutral, they were still able to get my car towed. I didn’t even have to wait! Super friendly customer service and they’re very timely with their tows! They’re 24 hours and the overall service was awesome. 10/10!

Awesome, and sympathetic customer service from the desk to the yard. They gave us options that were reasonable. Thank you very much from Mama. Shout out to the Yard Dogs.

I’m definitely not the person to write bad reviews. But I could agree 100% that the young women sitting on the first desk to the left is incredibly rude (seems like a very un happy person in her job position.) I don’t know, I like showing up to my job and treating clients as the humans we are and with respect. She had a lot of excuses for me to not be able to take the vehicle but gladly I had all my paperwork together. Her coworker on the other side was very respectful and helpful.

This place is amazing! My vehicle got stolen, and once it was recovered by the police department, it got towed here. They Jen was very friendly, and all of the staff helped me out through the entire process. They understood my situation and showed empathy and help us out alot. Most towing yard are rude and they don't care. Here is another story.

Fkwads towing. Paying $200 after the car got stolen, I wonder if towing companies are sponsoring the auto theft in Colorado? Just my 2 cents

I want to start off saying I'm not one to leave bad reviews. But if I can give minus stars I would. Went to their lot on May 20 2024 to pickup a car. First time I've ever been to this place and I ran into the owner, which I hope no customer ever does. He's a real miserable POS! Since I've never been there, I made sure to read the signs as to where to park and where to check in (habit from my truck driving days). After parking, where I thought it was an ok spot, I went inside the office to check in the impound side of the office. After a couple of minutes, I hear someone outside cussing up a storm ( the POS owner) I stepped outside after I checked in and turns out the owner was upset and looking for whoever parked the vehicle that was in his way. After he realized it was me, he started cussing me out, we got into a back and forth argument before he stormed out the place. The employees that witnessed the argument apologized for the owners disgusting behavior and comments. They said "sorry that's the owner and that's how he is". I don't care who you are, you don't disrespect people like that over such an insignificant issue. You decide who to call when you need a tow and who you give your money to for a service, I wouldn't call this company if it was the only company in town. I'd rather push my car for miles before giving a dime of my hard earned money to that racist POS owner of Connolly's towing. Customer beware.

They sent out a truck immediately and were able to do a difficult tow, pulling our car from out of a ditch after sliding off during a winter storm. TJ was very professional, did the job quickly and the price was very fair. Very happy with Connolly’s Towing.

These guys are fantastic! Excellent service and people that were so helpful and willing to help me so quickly! I got stuck at a job in my skid steer and out of everybody I called these guys are the ones that came through! I am so appreciative and cannot thank you guys enough for all your help! Should I ever need the services again? They will be the first ones I call and I will recommend them to all my friends, family and business partners thank you thank you thank you!

When you need to visit a towing company it’s never an idea situation. But over the past two days, I was treated with the best customer service, and people that actually understood me and what was going on. Having my childhood dream car stolen was the nightmare, Having Connolly’s take care of the situation made it a whole lot better. Thank you E91

Had one heck of a golf cart adventure with our tow yard concierge. The front office staff were pleasantly friendly and helpful. After a traumatic car accident I am extremely satisfied with this establishment. Good people start to finish.

Connolly's Towing did an amazing job for me! My truck broke down in Strasburg and I needed it towed to GMC at Park Meadows. It was expensive, no doubt as it was a long tow. From the person answering the phone to the tow truck driver, everyone was so friendly and accommodating! Would definitely recommend!! Thank you for your help!

The towing guys were great! But the young girl inside was so incredibly rude. I’m really not somebody who writes bad reviews but this woman talked to me like I was a cockroach. I do not recommend this place if you will have to come and talk to the office for any reason

I was happy they were right on time as quoted to me I just needed a jump start. Not cheap but I needed my car and I should of had road side assistance on my car insurance. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a jump or is having car trouble. Very professional service!!

Had awesome customer service, they were able to get out to me in less than an hour. First time I had called I spoke with Gabi she made the made the process very easy. The driver Chris was also a very nice. I will definitely recommend Connolly's Towing to my family and friends.

my car broke down and was towed by Connollys Towing. What also they took while towing my car was my home and everything i owned. I am the one that called the state patrol to inform them it was in a unsafe area and i could not find a tow service anywhere to tow it so that maybe the state patrol could get it towed. After tracking down who towed it I went to Connollys and spoke with the rudest non compassionate little girl ive ever met. because i just bought the car and had all the paperwork in my car but not yet registered it they refused to let me get anything out. I understand policy but this was my home and ive lost everything i own except for the clothes i was wearing 3days ago and that young girl did not have to treat me the way she did. she would ask me a question and rudely interupt before i was even finished answering her then would turn her back to me and walk away. i was calm and polite the whole time and she was yelling at me the whole time. they still have my car and everything i own and not only that i lost my job i just started two weeks ago. I even had the key and documentation with my name on it all over that car. They do not care about you or your property. they just want their money. Ive never written a bad review before but i felt i had to say something.

Joshua was fantastic when we went to the yard. He provided us with a lot of helpful information and was very patient with us as we emptied out a lot of things from our car. It's never fun having to go to a towing yard, but they made the process smooth and were very professional. Thanks guys!

Worst company ever I agree with alot of the reviews I was reading they are nothing but crooks peeing on and preying on the little people and unfortunate they have no sympathy or respect , they told me that the police officer involved in the towing of my vehicle had lied to me and should have just kept her mouth shut they have no respect for people or even the police who they tow for extermly rude and unprofessional don't trust con artistlies oh I mean Connollys this place should be shut down

Zach was our driver we are from Missouri and unfortunately our car decided to die. Zach was excellent and very professional and 10 out of 10.

This is the first time ive experienced any issue with this company, and i have used them before several times. Went to pick up my AWD car from here. Peaked through the fence and saw it being towed by a dolly, only the front wheels were secured. You can't not do this in an AWD vehicle. Upon informing the office of this, they became very standoff-ish, and claimed it did not happen. I showed them the video I took of it, and they claimed that they knew what they were doing. And informed me that in order to get my car back, I would need to sign a waiver saying I wouldn't sue for damages. They informed me that if the car stayed any longer, I would be charged more money. Didn't have any more money, had to sign the waiver. The drive train was destroyed and the vehicle had to be sold as a result of the cost of damage. It was a rare car and one that I will likely not find again.
