Took my car to Crazy Al's Auto Body a little over a year ago to get hail fixed. The quality there is TERRIBLE. AVOID THIS PLACE. They used filler and cover paint to fix door dents and used bondo on my entire roof which is now beginning to crack! I gave them a call and they said they won't cover anything over a year! Paint should hold up for well over a year if anyone is familiar with automotive paint. If taken care of it should last a lifetime! Not only that you don't bondo an entire roof! Do not take your car here they will destroy it and steal your money.
I had a repair that my insurance company was reimbursing, and Gypsum Auto Body did a fantastic job working with them so I didn't have to be involved hardly at all. They negotiated with the adjuster, got the repairs approved, and all I had to do pretty much was drop off my vehicle. When they found additional items to fix, they worked it out directly with the adjuster. The repair work on my truck was great too!
I had some general questions that I needed answered for some possible work. When I called they picked up by the second ring. The staff was so kind, knowledgable and courteous that I had to write this review. Thank you.
I have been to Crazy Al's several times with my vehicles. They have the best prices by far anywhere and the EVEN helped me save my deductible! I think they were very professional. I have absolutely no complaints. I will continue to take all of my vehicles there and recommend them to everyone. Thank you Crazy AL and Joanie
If your looking for the cheapest $ paint job in town this place is it. But the quality of work is sub par. The owner is more than willing to correct discoloration, dirt in paint job, peeling of clear coat, bubbles in clear coat, and unsanded clear coat. But they don't catch these obviouse imperfections on their own. I had to bring it to their attention and each time I bring it in for warranty it comes back with a new problem. For a minor scratch on my bumper it has taken me 4 trips so far to get things to an acceptable level. Hopefully this is the last time.
