Tere was excellent - she helped me select the right windshield wipers and then installed them.  She went above and beyond to show me how to install the wipers.  I highly advocate for this store and for Tere.

Rafael is amazing!! I ran out of gas up the road without a gas can and 4.00 to my name and he bought me a gas can. Thank yu so much!!!!

Last week, Rafa was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and went out of his way to help me diagnose dashboard warnings on my Honda truck. The problem turned out to be a missing bolt on my battery harness. All the employees (Rafa and Eli) at Auto Zone by Costco are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! They all make you feel like an important customer!

This trip to Auto Zone made me upset because Tere Van O puts EVERYONE to shame regarding customer service. She went above and beyond the call of duty helping us with an oil problem. She probably could teach classes in how to treat people properly and make a zillion dollars. I’m sure she needs a raise. Tere was fantastic and please thank her again for us.

I came in today with new wiper blades but nobody could get my old ones off. I am driving through KS tomorrow and they’ve had 12-8” of snow. There were 2 really nice Autozone workers that came out and got the old ones off and the new ones on. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate them! Thank you so much!!

Eli is a superstar!! Our battery died while we were shopping at Costco. The battery couldn’t be jumped and was corroded to the terminals. Eli went above and beyond to get our battery swapped out and even gave us some tips on how to avoid the situation in the future. He made sure we had everything we needed and got things done very quickly. Considering we have a 3 year old and 6 year old who spent hours shopping, this was so important. Thank you Eli and everyone at AutoZone

Great customer service. There is a very kind and helpful woman that works here named Tere. She gave me some insightful information about an item I was purchasing. It was much appreciated and helpful. When you go to this AutoZone, ask for Tere!

Mike was super helpful!!! He connected us with several local mechanics and explained the warranty process for brake pads and rotors. Thanks to Mike and his mechanic connection we saved hundreds in repairs that we didn’t actually need. (A national chain told us we needed new rotors all the way around, but we only needed new fronts) Thanks Mike!!!!!

One of the best customer service experiences of my life! Mike fulfilled a warranty claim no questions asked. Bought a new radiator and when I got it home realized it was cracked. Jb welded and installed it just to get around. Called the place and Mike picked up, told him I had a defect and he immediately put an overnight order to get a new one in the shop. When I showed up to pick up the new one we found out the sales person who sold me the radiator apparently hadn't input warranty information, so James came and did it on the spot and got me the replacement no problem. Teresa was also very kind and helpful. Will absolutely continue to bring my business here even though I live all the way in minturn!

Went window shopping here yesterday while waiting for a flight to arrive at the nearby EGE airport. This store has some of the most genuine people and service I've had in a while. T hey let me browse around without pressuring me, while also making sure any needs I may have had were being addressed. The lady manager was so so nice. Great experience.

Teresa was amazing, very knowledgeable and helped us select the best battery and signed us up for warranty and an account . Do not let this awesome person ever leave. You are blessed to have her!!!

Tere is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. She changed my Silverado battery in record time, 13 minutes! She also answered all of my questions and taught me things I never knew. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks Tere!!

BEFORE YOU SCROLL PAST!!!!: Everyone say out loud to yourself “Gooo Tere, go!” If you’re feeling real ambitious, maybe even do a slight round of applause wherever you’re sitting or standing at the moment. I stopped into Autozone in Gypsum after the electrical cord wiring the lights to my food truck broke. After Tere gave me specific instructions on how to rewire it myself, she must’ve seen through the blank stare in my eyes that I had no idea what she was talking about and every detail was a different language to me. She looked at me, stopped talking and said “is it here? Come on, let’s go” and went outside with me and sat for 45 minutes helping me to rewire it in the parking lot! Even after we got it wires and every turn signal was off, she took the time to Google and rewire it a a second time, assuring all the signals were matched. I’ve stopped at hundreds of car places throughout my road trips and living in different states across the country and never in my entire life have I had such a personal and friendly experience as this. We even got to talking about our personal lives and the struggles we’ve both endured mentally and physically. It was like a therapy session. I just sat there, in awe, listening and learning about her life and her background and how she’s gotten to where she is now-such a beautiful and intimate conversation from a stranger- it was truly such a powerful experience. She may think that she just helped me learn to rewire the plug, but she did so much more than that. She taught me a valuable lesson that day in life and made an ever lasting impression on me in the value of kindness. SO.. if you ever find yourself in need of auto help and or free therapy- stop by Autozone in Gypsum and ask for TERE or any of their amazing staff!

Teranee saved us! We were very worried because we got the flat tire, but she replaced the tire. We tried to find the mechanic, but it was Sunday evening and no one was able to fix the tire. If it wasn't for her, we and our children would have been stranded in the middle of the road in minus 12 degrees Celsius. All the staff were very friendly and the store was stocked with great products. I will strongly recommend this place to my friends.

Sam and Tere went above and beyond today. Not only did they support me with identifying the correct wiper blades to purchase, they made great recommendations for which blades would be best - AND they installed them on both of our cars. I could not have asked for better support or kindness. I will definitely be back. Thank you both!!

Tere. Upon entering the store I was greeted by Tere. I had questions about small tires and she was very well informed about them. She helped me look up the item to see if it was in stock and recommended other options in the store. I also wanted some parts for my truck and she helped me locate them in the store and gave me sound advice on what option best suited me. She even up-sold me by recommending additional product so that I had an easier time with what I purchased. Every time I have come to this store, Tere has made my experience very easy. I recommend finding Tere if you need assistance with anything AutoZone offers. She is someone I rely on and keeps me coming back.

Just had the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a auto parts store, typically this kinda stuff is stressful. But the employee who help me, Tere, she made the experience so easy and even enjoyable. She even taught me somethings rather try to take advantage of my ignorance like most shops would. Definitely will be bringing my business back thanks to Tere.!!!

Insanely happy with the service I received the night of 1/30/21 from the lady and gentleman working the counter. They were able to find an emergency set of snow chains, taught us how to use them, AND gave us an old floor mat to protect us from the snow. Truly fantastic customer service. We wouldn’t have made it safely to our destination without them.

Great help getting a new battery installed from Tyler and the crew. Cold weather didn’t stop these guys for nothing. Great job. Battery was overpriced a bit but having it in stock with a fresh date and there installation made it worth it. Thanks

Such an easy and pleasant experience. The staff is impeccable and extremely knowledgeable. Tyler installed my car battery in a few minutes and checked the alternator all for FREE!! I’m definitely coming back and will be a regular customer from now on!!!! Way to go Autozone!

I rarely write a review for a company, but what I experienced yesterday from the fine folks at this Autozone was truly exemplary. My car battery died about a mile down the road. Luckily I had my bike on my car and was able to get to the store easily. Everyone I interacted with there was super nice, but one of the employees (Dale, I believe?) kindly offered to give me a ride back to my car to get the battery out and take it back to the store to test it, then after verifying that it was indeed a bad battery, drove me back out to my car to install a new one. This level of customer service is SO rare these days, so I have to give a big shout out to these guys! THAT is the kind of service that makes someone a customer for life. THANK YOU!!

Terri and her male co-worker went above and beyond to help my kids and I. My car was being weird with the battery they charged it for me while I was stranded I gypsum with my 3 kids. Made me feel comfortable in invading their space while I had to wait. So thankful there are still good people in this world!!!

Really kind and helpful staff! And a great sense of humor! My husband and I stopped here for some wipers for our rented van. They helped us find the right ones and even helped installed them.

Tyler absolutely saved the day for us!! We came on a road trip from Chicago area and got three rocks that punctured holes in the tire. We had no other options as it was a Sunday and Tyler helped us patch the 3 holes and put air in the tire for us. He was absolutely incredible! Thank you for saving our day and trip to Colorado!!!

Everybody there was an amazing help, but none more than Tyler. Dude went above and beyond. Hands down best service I've experienced at any auto parts store I've ever been too. Mad shout out. I don't know what hes getting paid but he deserves a raise

Update: Joe, general manager was super helpful even with it being a holiday! Thank you! We were needing new batteries for our motorhome and being new owners, we had a lot of questions! Super awesome bunch of folks! We got a flat tire in a mini storage lot and when non of the tow companies in town would come help we called the AutoZone to make sure they had the parts we need to fix it our selves they ended up just sending one of their guys to come help! Ethan coming and helping us get everything figured out and even came back to help on his own time! Great community over here!!!
