Great store if you need wiper blades and air fresheners but for parts just go to NAPA where the employees are all knowledgeable. I called to see if a part was in stock and had to hang up because the employee didn't speak English very well. There was no way to tell if it was the right part. This isn't McDonald's where you only sell the same 30 basic items. Employees need to be able to understand what it means that you need a bushing with i.d. of 25mm. A few great employees can't make up for the rest that are not able to do the job.

Walked in with an unrelated auto part. And walked out surprised as to the help and knowledge they had about helping me out with this situation. They did awesome and amazing job thinking outside the box

They have never not had what I needed and have always had it at a better price than the other options in the valley and you can’t beat the great, friendly service! Shout out to Melvin who is always willing to go above and beyond to help!

Wonderful Customer service.. I haved an incident with one of the parts that I bought on this location, but the manager called me personally to asked me what happened, and she fixed the situation. It's felt so well when they care about the client! Thank you!!!

What a lifesaver! O'Reilly Auto Parts in Gypsum was so incredibly helpful and accommodating when we needed a new fuel pump. Big thanks to Corey for his extra help and kindness bringing the part to us and thank you to the manager and all the great people there!!! Ya'all are fantastic, helpful, and the BEST!!!

Went in looking for a tire pump. As I walked in I was greeted by John and asked if I needed help finding something. I was shown to the pumps and I explained to John that mine had a leak, he asked me to bring my pump in to take a look at it and he disassembled the hose and took a look at my old pump. John showed me the issue with my pump and suggested ways to fix it. Ended up buying a new pump anyways. John provided excellent customer service. I was very pleased!

It’s an O’Reillys all right. Used to only go to them until they stopped sponsoring the NHRA. Apparently the hiring criteria for this auto parts store is being able to confirm the difference between a rock and a car. I had to look the pars I needed up on the web to give them their part number. As fare as the employee was concerned they didn’t carry the paints I needed, cause clearly they couldn’t find them on their register look up. But not everyone knows what a break line is or looks like.?

I don't even know where to begin with this O'Reilly's. I was driving thru Colorado from Minnesota and broke down near Radium Hot Springs due to a PACKRAT eating my alternator wire to the battery. Got towed here and the first employee to help, Sam, came out, and opened the hood. Surprisingly enough, the packrat remained alive thru the entire transport. Sam and another employee, Lexi, helped us literally ALL DAY trying to get this packrat out of the undercarriage of our car. I have no idea what we would've done without these wonderful helpers. You guys deserve the world and I hope you see this! Much love! I'm home safe now! Be well and hopefully see you sometime in the future.

Stopped in to get my engine light checked and oil/air filters changed. Tried autozone autozone and they didnt have what i needed and was pretty stiff an rude about it. Came here and Luis was awesome and helpful.

We usually use this location because this is where we normally get the help that we need, but my husband and I went in the other day and we got a SUPER rude lady. TERESA is her name; super disrespectful!!!! We went in to return something that we had and she was just making the rudest comments and talking nasty to us and about us under her breath. Her manager I think it was approved the return and when she had to give us a refund she threw the money on the counter and walked away. I def drive away and would rather go the extra mile to Autozone when she is there. Not sure why she works in customer service if she’s just going to treat the Latino community (especially)as I’f they were a pos and throw their money on the counter because the return “has not been reasonable to her ” and they speak only Spanish. she def should not be the first face customers see when they walk in there just plain rude.

Dont offer advice.Sell. Some of the more timid staff are great. Larger louder team members need to stick to selling not advising and remember what it is like to have car problems.

Super knowledgeable staff, went next door to the Napa Auto first and had a horrible customer service experience, luckily I drove next door here where they actually had my part in stock and it was literally half the price of Napa's. Had some trouble installing the part came back and they took the time to walk me through it. Amazing store, amazing staff. Only place to shop when your in the area. 5 out of 5 Stars

I broke down in the middle of a road trip with my little girl in a nearby town. The manager, John, was Amazing! He helped get our vehicle to his store, figured out what was wrong with it and fixed it too! Fantastic management leads to a fantastic store! Thanks so much, John!

Guy at the counter had a dip in but you get that at Napa and autozone too. It's gypsum after all. oreilly auto parts was not impressive. They can't find something so I give them the part number. They type in the part number and can't give me any information. They call their own internal help line and get put on hold. So I thank them for their time and leave. I go home and buy it on amazon for half price.
