Bill was beyond helpful trying to help me with rancho lifetime warranty. He took down my information, called me back after he looked up receipts going back 10 years searching for rancho quick lift I purchased from garage that has since retired.

I am shocked that the castle rock location would have an employee like Rich, he was very disrespectful and unprofessional! I asked him for help on returning a core part from my work, he denied it, but when I tried to understand the reason I would not be getting the credit and asked him if he could look up the part in his system with the invoice number from my work, he was visibly annoyed and then started cursing me out. He is the reason I will not be visiting ANY Napa stores again. Napa also lost the business of where I work, they can’t trust or work with a company that would have someone that treats people like Rich did.

Great place, amazing staff. I needed 6 iginition coils, and there were only 2 in the state. They got the rest ordered from 2 different places out of state and got them to me in 48 hours. Amazing guys, thank you!

Very helpful guys. I called about a part and they had it waiting for me when I walked in without me even asking. I appreciate the service.

The worst!!! Bought parts at a different Napa in the same county and the employees can’t perform a simple return. They are either lazy or incompetent. Either way that’s bad service and I wouldn’t trust them to recommend me windshield washer fluids!

Patrick is the absolute best and found my dad a mystery part online and didn’t give up cause they didn’t have it in stock. Truly good worker and very knowledgeable

So I picked up a very expensive set of headlight bulbs and when I went to install them a couple of days later I noticed that the bulbs looked like they had already been installed in another car, took them back and explained the situation, NAPA took the bulbs back and ordered me in another set No questions asked! Thanks Rick was great in helping me get the parts I needed for my 71 VW dune buggy!

I've been coming to the Castle Rock location for 22 years! They are a very reputable, family owned and operated NAPA franchise!!

This is my favorite auto parts store. Team is extremely knowledgeable. My husband calls before he sends me out.. sure makes picking up parts easy. Thank You

Took 2 days to get a part that was supposed to be ready the day of. On my first visit the guy behind the counter was extremely unprofessional and began arguing with a co-worker that was trying to help him find my order.

I bought a master lock hitch pin lock from the castle rock location. I had the product for about 2 months before the key broke off in the lock. I didn’t keep the receipt because seriously... if I kept a receipt for all that I I buy ide have an library. Anyways I was a member and knew they track the purchases so I thought it would be no problem. Well when the associate came to help he said he would have to ask the manager before he did anything. Really, for a 20 dollar product you have on the shelf right now? and ide have to wait at least a day because I didn’t have the receipt.I thought that was weird because it shouldn’t be a problem to do an exchange anyways but I told him I was a member and he should just be able to look it up on my account. Well looks like when I bought it... the sales associate didn’t put it under my account. So I didn’t have the product tracking. Either way I can’t understand how an exchange for a defective product would be such an issue. I’ve worked in retail and defective products get sent back to the manufacture at no cost to the store. Especially with someone like Napa who spends millions on locks and such. The associate said he could not help me... but I just think he didn’t want to. so not being as clearly petty as Napa is, I threw the lock in the trash along with my membership to Napa. Right where it belongs. I’ll be traveling farther for my auto parts now. Amazing how a company is willing to lose a dollar to save a dime. So disappointing. By the way... this just happened.... time stamp it management. It’s a good training opportunity if this isn’t how you normally operate. By the way... this easy my first ever attempted exchange in a Napa. It’s really unfortunate because the company I work for also has an account with Napa for dump truck parts. Seeing as I’m the guy who goes out and buys the parts... looks like someone else gets that business too. Napa lost way more than I did with this breakup lol.

Always have enjoyed my experiences with the Castle Rock NAPA. They are knowledgeable and very helpful for all of my needs and wants. I recommend that anyone who just wants it done right. Head south to Castle Rock

It is a great place to get parts especially when you talk to Randy. He is their best employee. Always friendly & always willing to make sure you get everything you need when you have him helping you. There is one guy there who isn't as professional as Randy but maybe it is because he is new or something.

Thank you Randy at Napa in Castle Rock, CO. You made mine & my husband's job so much easier to do. Thanks for all your help. Your personality & friendly manner is amazing. Keep doing what you are doing there at this location. The world needs more people like you working like you do. Safe healthy also through this COVID 19 pandemic. We appreciate all you help helping us.

I really love NAPA, definitely better than other auto parts stores, but their prices have become outrageous. $33 for a small AC compressor belt made in Mexico? Are you kidding me? You can get it shipped to your house for $10, and a good brand too. When basic parts cost more than 3x as much it's hard to give them your business.

NAPA doesn't have the parts like it used to, but it is great to have a local store that has pretty much all that's needed for most auto tasks, and can order in most others. The warranty is great too as I was able to walk in with a bad part, and walk out with a new one without any real hassle.

Its hidden away, but worth the drive. They figured out how to test an alternator that had a missing diagram and helped me assemble some parts in the store. The staff is awesome and they always have what you need.

Walked in to owner berating an employee in the back loud enough that it made other customers uncomfortable as we looked at each other. This must be normal behavior as the other employees didn't bat an eye. The owner then came to the front and started screaming at the customer checking out next to me about trying to use his credit card which wasn't signed. It's not 1985, many people don't sign their card so that their signature can't be forged should they lose their card (I don't). Simply ask for an ID you grumpy old man. Not going to support someone who treats others with zero respect and is ignorant of basic rules of commerce.

Terrible customer service complete with attitude. And, don't trust them, went to have rotors resurfaced. They said probably cant be done as they're too close to min spec and warped. But, he was happy to sell a me a new set, i was skeptical (another clerk wasn't any better) based on his attitude. ... I left and had them resurfaced at another shop who indicated they were well within spec and they turned well without issue. I was also considering a new set based on a 20% of sale online/in-store. However, they wouldn't honor the ad and said the rotors were an "ineligible" product even though I COULD order online and receive the discount..not ineligible there... They won't honor ads running on the NAPA website, bad attitude, and dishonest. I will never do business at Castle Rock "Rock Parts" NAPA store again and will recommend others don't either. I've always had a good experience at other NAPA stores, never at this one..

I can hear 2 Exchange a dead battery for a brand new one was very impressed that the attendant carry my battery to the car and put it in the trunk for me. I bought some other things and with the purchase of car air fresheners I got a free 5 gallon bucket that was decorated in camo definitely will be putting that to use. The battery has a lifetime warranty so they replaced my dead battery with a brand new one for free

I have never had an experience this good in a parts store in 20+ years of shopping. The staff (Keith in particular) were incredibly helpful, kind, polite, and knew exactly what they were doing. No condescending tone during their questions, no BS, there is not a single bad thing I can possibly say about them. I drive from 30 miles away, through dozens of other part stores, specifically to use this store.

I rate this store a HIGH 5... the people are funny, they are nice and they actually know what your talking about so much better than autozone.. I highly recommend and they deliver on the spot. No damages and no wrong parts.. definitely a HIGH 5

Im an automotive technician working in this area for the last 8 years. This Napa has always been a great source for parts for my customers. I have always been satisfied with thier customer service and warranty support.

Terrible experience, I called in and every time I get this lady that works there she is very rude. Can't believe they let her work there with such a poor attitude. The other guys that work there seem very helpful. Phone etiquette is so important.

Wonderful...My headlight was out on my Toyota, and Randy came outside to determine if it was low beam or high beam. Both were out. He then asked if I needed help installing them, and I was thrilled. Within 15 minutes I had two new bulbs and was on my way. Every time I have been to this store, it has been a positive experience. Thank you.

These guys are amazing! My son and I were fixing his brakes and the pads we bought ended up having a manufacturing defect. We brought them back and they didn't have any more in stock, so they had their driver turn around and go back to their Denver store to get new ones so that my son could get his car fixed and get to work on time. The pads they gave us were higher quality and they also gave us both a couple of calendars and a hat for our trouble :-)
