We had a trash truck tip over, onto its side in a ditch. This was the first time our company has encountered this situation. Westside was one of my very first calls. The dispatchers were friendly and helpful. I received a call from the operator with in minuets.
It took two trucks to get our truck back up right and pulled out of the ditch, but the whole process went quick and smooth.
Their crew is very professional, friendly and helpful! We can’t thank them enough for all their hard work, help, and compassion they showed us through out the entire process! I can not recommend them highly enough!
The whole process of getting my car towed with Westside Towing was very smooth and really put my mind at ease. The operator on the phone as well as the driver were very friendly and professional. The driver arrived right on time and it was very apparent that they took a lot of care with my car. They really did a great job. I'd rest easy letting these folks take care of my vehicles any day.

Oscar is the most awesome, friendly and funny guy we've met in a long while! He let us wait in his cab until our ride came before he towed our vehicle. He made a completely aweful situation (when we broke down in Castle Rock), actually enjoyable with the great stories he shared, upbeat conversation and reassurance about our situation. Shout out to Westside Towing! When my half asleep zombie self got home from work, I locked my keys in the car. When I attempted to go back out to the car, I discovered that my keys were still in there and the door was locked. I called these guys, who picked up on the first ring, and gave me an ETA of 30 to 45 minutes for a lockout. The driver arrived SIGNIFICANTLY faster than that. The driver was respectful, explaining to me each step of the process so I knew what they were doing.
They got me back into my car in less than 2 minutes, but what was just as impressive, is how pleasant the driver was, when I'm sure I dragged them out of bed first thing in the morning.
Westside Towing opens at 8:00 a.m., I called them at 8:05, and I was back in my car by 8:30.
I needed a car towed from on ramp at I-25 in Castle Rock and called Westside Towing at 8:15AM by 8:30 the driver (Oscar) called to confirm by 9:00AM the car was in my driveway. Oscar was friendly, professional, and great to work with! I highly recommend Westside Towing!

On Friday, 8/15/25, my F350 dually diesel truck broke down off I-25 in Castle Rock and my diesel shop is down in Colorado Springs. I called West Side Towing and the truck showed up in only 39 minutes! The driver's name was Tim Baker and it was obvious that not only does Tim like his job but he is extremely proficient. He obviously takes great care of the tow truck which was pristine and perfectly clean. He was super knowledgeable and congenial and efficient with his work, got my truck loaded up in no time and I thoroughly enjoy the conversation with him all the way back to my diesel shop. This Company is top notch and they'll be my first call any time I need a tow for any of my 5 delivery truck and trailer rigs. Tim Baker is a phenomenal asset to their Company and if I could I'd request him every time! Great job guys!
Tim transported our mobile home from Larkspur to Lake George yesterday, and he was absolutely outstanding! He handled the oversize load with incredible professionalism, confidence, and efficiency, getting it safely to its new location without any issues. Eli with Westside Towing towed our truck for us from Castle Rock to the Springs promptly and properly! He was very respectful, kind, knowledgeable and professional. He picked up and dropped our truck quickly while doing everything correctly. I highly recommend them for your towing needs!
Took 30+ minutes just to get through the initial phone call to get a tow. Another 2 calls and they finally understood where I was (gave them very exact details). Then we had to wait another 60 minutes for the truck. Wouldn't use again.

We got stuck on the side of the highway with our brand new camper. A company came to help but was unable to fix our camper. Jason with Westside Towing came to our rescue. He fixed our camper and towed us home! Jason, thank you for all your help! You saved us today!
I had the unfortunate event today that my car broke down while driving close to Target in Castle Rock. I requested towing services through my insurance and they dispatched Dustin, with Westside Towing. What a lucky woman I am to have had Dustin and his wife helping me. They were courteous, friendly and professional. They were there extra fast and took my car down the street to Firestone. Unfortunately, I got all distracted with the mechanic and forgot to tip him. I wish I could connect with him and give him something.
If you need towing services, do yourself a favor and call Westside and request Dustin. Absolutely the best!
Five star experience, my tire blew on I25. Gave Westside a call, and was told they'd be there in 20 minutes. It took just a little longer, but Oscar was GREAT. Very friendly, took care of my vehicle and obviously knew what he was doing.
Got my sister and I out of a tight spot on the highway. Very friendly dispatch and driver and it ended up being cheaper than the quote. Will definitely use them again when in need
February 15th 2025 I was rear-ended on I-25 just south of Castle Rock, my insurance company contacted Westside Towing to tow my totaled vehicle.
I want to compliment this company because they were amazing, they arrived super fast before 5:00 in the morning, the driver was very friendly and extremely helpful when I needed to look for something in the car. The driver gave me their business card and thanked me for choosing them, I was very flustered after seeing my car totaled, I really appreciated this driver's help. When I got to the lot a few days later to take more things out of my vehicle the office personnel was very friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend Westside Towing enough, these guys are great!
They charged $250 less than another company for an 8-mile local tow. Took less than 10 min from when I called for the driver to arrive. He was fast and very nice and friendly. This will definitely be my go-to company for any tow needs going forward.
What an amazing experience we had with this company. Our car was impounded by a scam tow company and its tires were flat so we needed a tow from the lot of the recovery tow people. This other company had our car wedged behind a bunch of other cars that they had to have their driver tow about 5 cars so our driver could get to our car. This man from Westside was so incredibly patient and kind. The whole process was a nightmare but this saint of a man made it so much less stressful. He never tried to charge us more even though the entire process took over two hours to complete from arrival to finally dropping our car at our home. The pricing is extremely fair (they didn’t even charge more for all that time it took we actually were charged less than the quote!)and the employees I dealt with from the girl on the phone to the tow truck driver are amazing. If I ever need a tow I will always call this company, I’m a customer for life if and when the need arises. Hard to find a company that’s honest these days but this one is and should be so proud of their ethics and integrity.
They are an amazing towing company. My bus was impounded. They are very courteous kind caring and professional. I would give Dustin double the amount of stars if I could! Unfortunately I had to call Westside towing today since I broke down in the middle of the road in the middle of a U-turn. He pulled up within 15 min of my phone call. Dustin was very professional and easily able to get my car loaded up and a ride up to the mechanic all super quick. He was easy to talk to and friendly. Would highly recommend this company again. Thank you!!

Garth is amazing. So kind and helpful. We were deep in a ditch during a blizzard. Triple A bailed on us after 3 hours of waiting and Garth happened to be driving by and stopped to see if we were okay. We asked if we could get a tow because we had no other options than to call a tow company which would have taken them an hour to get out to us. He was very efficient and assuring that he could help. Highly highly recommend Westside Towing. I would trust them with my first born child.
Garth and Mark were extremely quick to respond, happy, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them after their recovery of my 40' Class A motorhome stuck on 85 in Castle Rock during Friday rush hour traffic with snowfall.
Had boat trailer fail in construction zone south of Castle Rock. I hit a rough patch in road and heard trailer making bad noise and could see sparks in rear view mirror. I slowed down and dragged it 1/4 mile to nearest shoulder. Called these guys and Dave showed up in 45 minutes. All his batteries for the impact wrench were dead so that was not too great but we still managed to get the trailer separated from the truck and towed it to a Fox Ridge Tailer in Castle Rock. Dave said they did good work and he was right. The bill was reasonable. Overall good experience.
