I picked Castlerock Ford because of their excellent on line reviews. We are traveling through Colorado and wanted great service.
I called CR service on 9/18/23 and scheduled an oil and filter change for my F350 6.7 liter diesel Super Duty. The fast lube lane was easy getting into and they did an outstanding job. I brought my own oil and filter and was totally taken care of. ? professional, I highly recommend this dealership! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
The people were easy to work with and they’re very thorough, but the service took several hours longer than estimated and the price they charged for the service was almost double what my local mechanic shop charged for virtually the same service when my wife brought her vehicle in there
Sabrina-Not helpful and did not care about my concerns. That is why she was not liked in all of the other Ford dealerships that she has been a part of. CRFord can do better with out her on the team.

The service center was great I was in and out with out any problem the people are very nice and give complete information on your vehicle I feel as if the people Really care about me and my truck
Always a bit longer then quoted, but normally able to get in promptly and get all services needed complete in one visit. Cost is compatible to other big service centers, but like to know the parts are oem and service is done right.
These guys were amazing. Phil Long overfilled my coolant and oil by over a quart on my 2014 GT500. I called quick lane medved and talked to Allison. She was super professional and got me in the next day. Justin and Vicky took amazing care of me and drained out the excess oil and coolant. Highly recommend this place. Ill be back!
My tire was losing air and I found a nail in it. I took it to the Quick Lane at Medved Ford and specifically told them where the nail was and that I wanted them to fix it. I had even taken a picture of the nail before I took it in. They called me and I picked up the car. They charged me $27 to repair the tire. The next morning I got up and the tire was flat. The nail was still there and they had done nothing. They gave me an invoice when I picked up the car and it specifically says they had repaired the tire.
In addition, I had a coupon for a tire rotation and an oil change. I know they never rotated the tires because the nail was in the right front tire and it was still in the right front tire when I picked the car up. We called to complain and they never returned our phone call.
I took the vehicle to Discount Tire in Castlerock who immediately fixed it without a problem. They didn’t even charge me.
As customers, we don’t need this. There are lots of car dealers in both Denver and Colorado Springs that we can use without having to deal with this place.
We have lived in Castle rock for many years and have purchased 4 cars from Medved. I won’t be going back as they have gotten progressively worse over the years.
Quick Lane is fast and efficient, the service advisors are very friendly.
They have a new management staff and are doing Super! I would recommend them to everyone.
I always had my 2011 F-150 Serviced at this location since I purchased my truck. Never had issues and was treated fairly. But, the last 2 oil changes/tire rotations have been horrible. Both times they forgot to rotate my tires resulting in cupped tires (have goodyear wrangler tires so its very noticeable). Now have a terrible rattle in my undercarriage after an oil change as well. Never had this issue before the last 2 services/oil changes. I will have to find a new service location in Castle Rock.
Though this is the mechanic shop, just wanted to recommend buying a vehicle through Brad Hurley. As a service member I was warmly welcomed by Brad who is also a veteran. He made the process worthwhile. Will buy my next vehicle there!
I visited on a drop-in Saturday about 1:00 pm. After about 30-40 minutes two new screws were placed at no charge. I was very pleased. A 5-minute wait would have been perfection but I was grateful for the short time it took.
