Very helpful. I came in this morning right when they opened with a dead car battery. She told me she couldn’t install it so I would have to go to another establishment , but generously offered to run diagnostics on the battery for no charge. This family owned, NAPA AUTO PARTS store on Hwy 50 in Salida, next door to McDonalds, has EVERYTHING! The extremely helpful employees, (I specifically want to mention how nice Marc was), as they all
go out of their way to find you what you need!! It is well lit, clean and really, a joy to shop there! Thank you Napa for having the trailer lights adapter I needed, to avoid getting a ticket!
We had a light come on and the NAPA associate checked it out and informed us we needed a new alternator. He was so helpful and gave us a list of shops that could help us.
Had a problem with my truck while camping in Salida Colorado. Walked into the local Napa and Mark behind the counter knew a mechanic to call. I called he came in about twenty minutes and fixed our truck. Thank you to the staff at the local Napa in Salida!!!!!!!!!!
When you think about part stores usually you are in need of something and having a bad day. NAPA auto parts not only sold me the part I needed but sold me the trust I am now a loyal customer. they don’t sell you packets of stuff you don’t need for some competition in a corporation they are honest and will get your car going on the road again!!! They have a lot of things for campers going through stop in and check them out! Knowledgeable staff golden class! I’ll be back

Can’t speak highly enough of this place. I needed wires created for a van build and Jason was not only quick and helpful, but he took the time to explain everything to me so that I could do it myself in the future. He went over and above - love this place and I’ll be coming back for any other auto part needs!
Probably the best parts people. They really know their stuff. I went to advanced auto parts in town and ordered a timing chain for a Chevy 350 and they got the wrong part twice napa got it right the first time and were very competitive price wise.
Jason was a huge help when needed most! I came into Salida with an alternator that had gone out halfway into the canyon, and Jason helped to determine the root-cause to what occurred. It was a bigger job than initially anticipated, so he jumped on the phone and got an appointment set with a local garage to help get me on the way within a couple of hours!
