I am recommending AutoZone to everyone I know! My husband and I were traveling with my 80 year old dad on the side of the road going up the pass. Erica, a manager for the store, happened to pass us and pulled over to help. We were able to make it down the hill, she followed us to the store. The amazing staff continued to save the day. Kolton found the right part, Jess was able to fix it to the point we could drive to the shop that Erica was able to get us squeezed into, and Kolton gave us a ride to a hotel. They are all angels!!! What could be a very stressful experience was very positive due to the help and support of the wonderful people at AutoZone. Thank you!!!!

I have used AutoZone for quite a few years. Went into get a part, they had to order it, no biggie. Usually means that it would be there next day. Nope, it'll take a week to get the part, then if you pay extra it could be tomorrow. I paid. 2 days later, no part. Get told it's the carrier. Won't be there till later this afternoon 3 or 4. Used to get parts earlier in the day and next day no extra charge. Last time I will ever use AutoZone. In general your customer service sucks and being a very profitable company sticking folks with a shipping bill to get it ASAP. Instead of the way things were, which was better, you play this game where you charge extra, where a fraction of the charge is used for shipping and pocket the rest. Greed. No more AutoZone for me. Update now going on day 3. This is bull

Hi there I have used this store since 2009 and it has been a wonderful experience till a few days ago when I was there to exchange a battery for my car and when I walked outside I saw one of the employees that’s short with black Curley hair I think her name is Stacia she intentionally tried to hit another employee in a gray shirt while he was helping another customer standing next to a truck and she hot rod it and was very inappropriate I have not shopped there since

The store manager was so helpful !! I was so happy I stopped in to buy my blinker here. Friendly and even helped changing out my blinker for me !!! Great way to start my Monday ! 🙌🙌🙌😊thanks y’all

This store manager is outstanding. We were traveling through and needed a new battery for our jeep. He was great on the phone explaining the options - we asked about install and he said “if straightforward we can pop it in”. When we arrive he looked at situation in jeep - offered options - and with the best attitude I ca. remember in a retail environment installed the battery. It’s clear why this young man is store manager - I had his name in my mind but it’s been a crazy day.

Came in for a new battery on a cold snowy day (always when the weakness of the old battery shows up) and Sergio was awesome. Helped me pick the right level and then installed it right there in the parking lot. I really appreciate you Sergio and AutoZone!

Had to change spark plugs while passing through town. These guys were super helpful, let me borrow tools, gave some advice, and made sure I got the right plugs etc. Someone should should give them a raise!

Fantastic service, came in because my battery was giving out, Sergio was extremely helpful in figuring out what battery I needed and even replaced the battery for me although the corosion made it a difficult job!

I walked into the Salida Autozone this am, I asked if the gentleman could help me with my check engine.. He quickly came out to the car, determined the problem and turned the light off! Sergio, thank you so much for your efficient, Enthusiastic assistance.. I highly recommend the Salida Autozone. I will only shop there from here out.. Sergio was awesome!

I didn’t know what was quite wrong with my car when I was traveling through Salida. I stopped at the AutoZone and was helped by Sergio. Not only did he figure out my problem fast but he also fixed it in less than 5 minutes! Thanks to him I also bought new windshield wipers because mine were so bad and he installed those for me too quickly. I would recommend anybody go here for the friendly and efficient service! Ask for Sergio if he happens to be on the clock!

They were so helpful! My battery light went on two days before I was leaving out of state. They replaced my battery and when I also needed my alternator replaced they called two different places and found someone to replace my alternator on a Sunday. They rechecked my battery and alternator after the work had been done. Thanks to Sergio and everyone at AutoZone in Salida!

I can not express how thankful I am of them. My rare lights went out, 40 minutes away from them, gave them a call looking for a part and they waited extra 5 minutes for me to make it there and gave me the help they needed. The manager should be proud and the people who helped me, "Thank you so much" They knew exactly what I needed and helped me. I called the other stores and they had a bade attitude and didn't even want to help.

Drove into town with check engine light. Staff at the store was extremely helpful to us as we were stuck in Salida and the nearest dealer repair was over 70 miles away. They seemed genuinely concerned that we be able to continue our trip and did what they could to help.

Called a head for a clutch and clutch fork, they said they had both. Got there and they only had the clutch. They said they could next day order it for me but I told them no and went home and ordered the clutch fork online waited about a week for the part, it was the wrong fork didn't look anything like the picture, took it back to the store and returned it went to order another one but this time next day delivery was not available so I went to orileys and they had the part in stock. Worst experience ever buying a auto part. Drove over 120 miles trying to get a part and almost had to drive another 60 if orileys hadn't of had it

Worst customer service we have ever experienced. The girl working the counter was extremely rude and didn't even take the time to look up from her piece of paper. I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but I had too. Management needs to rethink who they have working. Customer service is about being friendly and helpful. Maybe she missed that memo! We finally went to O'Reillys where they were friendly and more than happy to help.

Every time I walk in the doors, there is always an employee asking me if i need help.. and I always do! They always reccomended the best products and always steer me in the right direction. Also always willing to install a battery or wiper blades. Saved my butt many times ♡

I don't have a need to shop here often, but when I do, I don't make it more than 20 steps before I have a personal assistant that leads me to what I need and walks back to compete the sale. Their knowledge and assistance is appreciated, even for my simple fixes.

Selection on a few things has gotten thin. But overall a great store with great staff. I've never been into an autozone and had to deal with bad staff honestly. Nationwide the 4 I've made a frequent over the days all hands down great service, and easy going helpful staff!
