This should be your first and only call for towing in the Salida, Poncha Springs and Buena Vista Area. Chad was awesome to work with. He even helped arrange short term storage until the insurance company could take over.

Chad was great! This was the first time I’ve had to deal with a tow in the six years I’ve lived here. After scheduling a tow with A1 out of Salida with an open ended time, I called Chad to see if he was available. He told me he could be there in about 45 min. After calling A1 back to ask an approximate time frame, they treated me poorly, and basically said it will happen when it will happen. I called Chad back and he was there in Swissvale in around 30 minutes, even though he was meeting with a customer in salida. He was very, punctual, courteous, and professional. Make him your first call anywhere near salida for any towing needs.
Chad is such a kind person. He was willing to help us tow a truck many miles from Hartsel to the Denver area very late on a Sunday night. We tried to call many companies, some didn't answer and others didn't have availability to help with our tall order late at night. Appreciate so much that he was willing to save my stranded friend.
My Mom and I were stranded in Pancha Springs late on a Sunday evening, and Chad absolutely pulled through for us. He was a hero who went above and beyond in his service and really helped us out. Highly recommend calling this tow service! Chad was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure not only was my car safe, but delivered great customer service to make me feel he was a relatable and trust worthy person! He took me to 2 tires shops trying to help find a good spare tire, and if that was not enough he kept trying to find the solution for me and got my car towed 90 miles away safely to my home. Give him a call, I am almost positive you will have a similar great experience on a not so lucky day!

Chad went above & beyond what a towing company normally does. He helped move my grandchildren’s car seat and made sure they were securely buckled in. The 3 of us rode with him to the dealership where he transported our vehicle, and then he took us to our house. Any other towing company in Salida, Co would not have gone the extra mile. As a matter of fact roadside assistance told me I would need to call Uber or taxi service. Chad told them to have us cancel the taxi he would do it for no additional cost. He was kind & professional. I highly recommend his business.
Additionally, my son had to go 2 hours away from where we were staying to get a rental car at night. His business helped us with that as well for a good price.
Chad was literally our saving grace when our suburban broke down in the mountains. He went above and beyond to help us in a bad situation and made an impossible situation possible. We are beyond thankful for his generosity and kindness and cannot thank him enough!

Chad is an absolute pro. He helped me out of a terrible jam when my truck died atop Poncha Pass. Then he towed me home the next day when I learned from a mechanic in Salida that my truck couldn’t be fixed any time soon. Chad is the best.
We went on a trip to Colorado with my family and on our way back to Texas our truck broke down… we called the first wrecker service that popped up and no wonder his popped up first! He has the best customer service around!! He went way and beyond on getting us the help.. he took our truck to the nearest Chevy Dealership and to find out the dealership in Salida, Colorado didn’t have a loaner for us to go on our way, that town has no enterprise car rentals or any company to rent at all. Chad took us to the NEXT town 2 hrs away and waited for us to have a rental.. he didn’t have to do that but he did! We are very grateful we called him, told him he was a God given gift the way he took care of us Me, my wife, and my teenage son.. thank you so much Chad we highly recommend his service!! 💯
Can’t recommend these guys enough. I called Chad at 7 am on a Saturday morning after getting a flat tire. He met me in less than 15 minutes and had the tire changed quickly — in the rain, no less. Quality service from kind people!
