I always used to come here and spend all my money but lately the service has been awful had to walk out twice cuz there's no one at the cash register had to leave on an occasion because no one was there on Sunday at 9:30 am dump

Melanie was EXCEPTIONAL! My engine light came on and I was worried. She read my “check engine light” and told me what it stated on her machine. It was good to know and I really appreciated her desire to assist me since I am a woman. The customer service by Melanie was over the top and this is definitely where I would spend my money if I was purchasing parts or car accessories. I am a very pleased customer and wanted to share my positive experience.

Sadly every single time I have grabbed any replacement parts for my car this place has failed even now just getting a gasket for the drain plug they didn't have one besides a complete screw with gasket. And after the zoul Change not even a day later I notice oil leaking all over the place and the oil is not cheap 5 gallons for 65 bucks. For me it was the last time I have spent any of my money at advanced and will just deal with ordering what I need at Amazon.

The staff here is amazing. I had a four hour nightmare that ended up being a battery issue. It was late by the time I got a jump and this store was still open. The manager (I believed her name was Melanie) helped me select the right battery and changed it for me. The old one was so corroded that it was fused to the terminals. It was pretty cold and dark but she didn’t give up even though it took 30+ to break it free and was so friendly and kind throughout the whole process. She got me fixed up and on my way after a long horrible day, couldn’t be more grateful to her!

Derek M at this Advanced auto parts checked and replaced my car battery for free so quickly and professionally, I tipped him and promised to put in a review. Great people at this shop, very friendly and very knowledgeable! Thank you Derek!!

The team helped get me some snow tires chains and showed me how to properly identify the ones I needed. Had to wait a little, but the staff was friendly.

DJ was so incredibly helpful. Not only did I easily get the battery swapped out but there was an issue that he went out of his way to help me on. He was so kind and knowledgeable and made sure that everything was fine and safe before I left. Seriously shout out to this guy!!

Very few options in Boulder on a Saturday afternoon for an out of towner with a dead car battery. Luckily this one was, and double lucky that DJ was working. He took fantastic care of everything - replaced and installed the battery, cleaned the terminals, and checked the alternator. Thanks AAP AND DJ for making what would’ve been a truly terrible situation a small bump in the road.

Our battery had been acting up and stopped in here to have our old battery tested. Sure enough it failed the test. We purchased a DieHard and had them install it at no extra cost. Great experience...excellent customer service.

Came in to buy a simple mirror for my Tacoma. Asked in the beginning if they had any with turn signal. They looked them up and said they had one. They asked if I wanted the cheaper one after I had clarified my needs. I said yes because I had clarified what was needed. I even asked once more at the end to verify it was the one with a blinker. They special ordered and charged me freight which was expected. A week later the part shows up. I open the box and no blinker. They wouldn't even pay me back the freight they charged me for the wrong. All they said is " you said you wanted the cheaper one" even though I explicitly said with the blinker. They never even had the correct part so they litterally just sold me what ever they had. Jon and Martin. Take responsibility for the mistake and make it right! I will never go here again.

Great store, awesome service. Sean S. and Erik are top-notch, easy to work with and helpful as can be! I had a tricky multi-part repair with core charges and other craziness, but it got handled perfectly! I'd give the guys at Advanced on 30th in Boulder six stars if I could!

JON is the man!! I am a local and a regular and every time I come in I get the best customer service. Everyone is great at this location but I try and get helped from Jon every time! Exceptional service, great attitude he is a golden example of fantastic service especially at a auto part store where service is extremely vidal in the success of basic maintenance and upkeep. I have been doing business with this storefront for over three years now - the team here is always dependable, incredibly knowledgeable, and will help you with whatever issue you may be facing. I have learned so much about my car from this team - specifically Sean, John, and Erik are amazing. I will definitely keep coming back - the customer service is top notch!

Went to O’Reillys who were not open despite store sign saying they were open an hour ago. Hopped over to Advance. The manager helped me out, found the exact part despite the computer saying they didn’t have the right one. Helped me on a quick installation and saved me a couple hundred bucks at the dealership. Top notch service, well done and thank you! Will be my first stop next time I need parts and support.

Shout out to Nate who helped my daughter, at student at CU Boulder, find the right part at the right price to fix her headlights. He was professional, respectful and helpful in replacing both bulbs. My husband and I really appreciate knowing there’s a great company with great employees nearby to help when we can’t. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The staff go the extra mile to take care of their customers, and I experienced this in my visit yesterday. I bought a new battery for my car keys, and the cashier went ahead and changed it out for me on the spot (without me even asking him to do so)! I also bought a part of windshield wipers, which ended up being incorrect for my car. Sean went truly above and beyond to ensure that I not only could return the windshield wipers in exchange for the proper pair (Initially, I hadn't asked for a receipt, which was a bad idea!), he also took the time to explain to me why they were incorrect. He then installed the new pair for me! Fantastic service; I will be relying on this store for all future auto part needs.

Super helpful and great customer service! I had to replace a gas cap to pass emissions, and Nate was friendly on the phone to confirm they had the part, and Erik was awesome and helped me swap it out and made sure it fit. Really fast service and was able to get emissions dones quickly after. Thank you!

Everyone was super helpful and Eric was so kind and patient as he put new batteries into both of my key pods for me. Great service from when I first called to see if they had the car battery I needed, install of that, and then the key pod batteries which were a pain!

I don’t know much about cars which I understand can be frustrating for auto store staff. Sean was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I felt a lot more confident when I left as to how I should proceed. He got me all of the parts I needed, helped me locate and clean my MAF sensor, and was just overall pleasant to be around. Definitely will be returning!

Erick was so awesome and helpful along with the other employees too. They stood outside in 10 degree weather to educate me on the quality and condition of my rotors and brake pads to make sure I wasn’t getting ripped off at any repair shops. Best and most honest auto shop in town.

The best customer service I’ve ever received at a business. The people who work here truly go the extra mile to make sure you’re well taken care of, whether it’s installing your new windshield wipers, helping you buy the correct parts for your car, or giving you honest, knowledgeable advice about your vehicle. The manager, Sean, could not have been more kind and helpful when I came in stressed out and confused about how to deal with a failing alternator. So glad I found this place!

Love this store! Sean helped me with a diagnostic that saved me alot of money. Also sold me the part that holds my hood up, AND he installed it for me. He said the dealership would have charged $40 for a 3 minute install, and that "he couldn't let me pay that." These people are the best!!

I needed a battery tested (ended up needing a new battery). When the test initially wouldn't run, the staff was very helpful in explaining why. After I purchased the battery, despite the pouring rain, the staff were extremely helpful in installing the new battery and ensuring everything worked as expected before I left. They also do a very good job organizing the store and ensuring all the isles are clean when they aren't busy with a customer. Overall extremely satisfied.
