So, I'll admit it, over the years I may not have looked favorabley on tow truck companies. But this time around, when in a moment of need...I have to say that the Marv's family and staff changed my mind with their exceptional service and assistance
Great roadside assistance service. I got a flat tire at midnight and got stuck on my way home. They arrived quickly as soon as they got the phone call. The guy changed the tire quickly so I was able to get home. Thank you!

Fantastic service. Technician was able to get an intermittent starter going so I could drive myself to the repair shop. Very professional, very helpful. I would highly recommend them
Maxx at Marv’s Quality Towing was FANTASTIC!!! GREAT GUY!!! He arrived shortly after placing our call and went straight to work! I was in a ditch around a curve in Boulder Canyon which made things a little dicey. He took great care hooking things up and pulled me out in no time. I will recommend Marv’s to anyone who may need a tow!!!
Got in a crash. Marvs towed it. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, however, they used a bait and switch when it comes to pricing. I called the evening of my crash to ask about pricing for everything. The lady on the phone was helpful and told me the initial tow was 160$ or so, with 45$/ day in their yard, so she said it would be just above 200$. I had triple A come and tow the vehicle out of there the next day. Lo and behold, I get a "ok that will be $445". The different lady that was releasing my car was helpful in dropping it down to $330, with not much explanation as to how such a blatant price difference could happen. Once again, mainly friendly interactions but with towing being such a good business to begin with, why would you rip off people that would actually use your business if the Boulder police didn't contract with you guys. Oh yeah, most of the money comes from the city of Boulder. Pay taxes to keep you in business to then rip off those that keep you in business.
I needed to have my truck towed to the dealership for repairs. I used my roadside assistance benefit with my insurance, and they subcontracted Marv's Quality Towing. An operator named Maxx came to get my truck. He was professional, polite, and very friendly. We had a good conversation while he worked. He treated my truck with care, and also let me know when he had delivered my truck to the dealership a short time later. Who else does that? It was a pleasure to meet Maxx with Marv's quality towing today. He absolutely went the extra mile for me.
Had a really great experience getting towed after having a flat tire. Vince was really personable and kind in a frustrating situation! Shout out to Kaylee too for being ready to help before we got the right truck out.
These guys are awesome and completely on it. Vince came to tow my vintage 4x4 and was both personable and professional. He called me ahead of time and confirmed his arrival time, then showed up right on time. He had everything he needed and took complete care of my vehicle. I won’t call anyone else for a tow.
After turning on my brand new tundra, the dash looked like a christmas tree, its late January and this thing has 600 miles whats going on I thought to myself?? So I called Marvs Towing. Vincent, a great guy, showed up in a flash. He loaded the lemon onto the truck very efficiently and professionally leaving me without worry. The car wouldn't turn off so with his incredible knowledge he managed to find the right fuse to shut it off. What a fantastic experience with Marvs towing and more importantly, Vincent the top dog over there. I cant stress enough what a great guy he is and how his professionalism blew me away. i am a huge Marvs towing fan now, this is entirely because of the great people working there. Wow that experience was top notch! It has been a long time since I have had an above & beyond customer service experience! Maybe I am biased but I’m blown away it was with a tow truck company. The people who run this business are kind, courteous, and offer competitive rates (I called a few places and they were on par with others). Thanks for making my stressful broken down car experience dare I say, enjoyable.
Saturday January 18, 2025, our truck with a plow on it broke down. at 8th and Baseline, headed down hill, called Marv's for a tow you were very quick to send out a driver Kaylee K., she arrived in a timely manner and took a look at the problem and got to work in the snow and cold, she took her time and worked it on to her truck, she was up front and said she was not sure about the way things were sitting if she could drive her truck safely but would give it a try, she called her boss to fill him in on the situation, and off she went, she got the truck and plow to it destination, with no problems, She did an awesome job.

Writing this under a pen-name, but I just had my car towed with Marv's towing. They were quick and helpful over the phone--I wasn't sure on my timing, but they worked with me and met me at the time and place no problem. I was a little worried about how it would go, but Vincent was a pro and made it look easy, and he was able to get the car on the tow truck no problem. Super nice guy too. Just as easily as he picked up, he put it right where I needed it in a spot a couple miles up the canyon. I'm very happy with the service and would recommend. Something I was stressing about ended up being very quick and easy.
My dad recently had his car towed due to being in an accident. Not only did Marv's not allow us to take all of his personal belongings from the car, but they did not inform us that they had provided a release form for insurance to come and take the vehicle. (he specifically told the people at Marv's that he would be back to get his belongings and that he would like to be there when his car was released). The morning we were going to get his stuff we called ahead saying we were coming and upon arrival they informed us the car was no longer there. Not only that, but they did not know where it was. We ended up having to locate it in Denver and go get his belongings there.
Called Marvs twice in 2 days. First day was a later diagnosed bad alternator. The tow driver Kaylee, came and jumped the battery with enough power to get me to Oreillys. On the way there, my truck stalled in middle of intersection 😭. Luckily, Kaylee followed me and was able to jump it again.
Second, was to tow my truck from Oreillys to a nearby mechanic shop. The driver, Josiah, was a cool and friendly dude. Hooked up my truck, gave a ride, and made it to the destination. He has a very friendly, yet professional attitude, making everything seem great. It's already stressful enough for me as it is, with everything going on.
I love and admire Marv's Towing. Awesome customer service, super fast response time (10-15 minutes), and the drivers like Kaylee and Josiah were fantastic! Strongly recommend for towing or roadside assistance.
Could not recommend Marv’s more! I have had the pleasure of working with Marv’s for the last 3 years now and all the drivers/ office staff are always kind, understanding and helpful. When it came to needing my vehicle towed I knew I could count on them!
Had to two my bmw a couple of days ago called an the dispatch was amazing and very friendly the trucker was amazing as well very friendly and very cool loaded up my bmw with care an took it right back to my house with no issue will definitely use this company again . The battery was completely dead in my Jeep. Derrick and Thomas from Marv's Quality Towing showed up with a nice, new flatbed tow truck. My Jeep door was locked and I realized I can't open it with a dead battery and the spare key on the key fob wasn't cut because it was a replacement key fob. Derrick to the rescue! He had the locksmith tools (pump wedge and long reach tool). He popped the door open in 5 min. 2nd problem was how do I put the Jeep in Neutral? Derrick to the rescue again - he knew where the Neutral override switch was - I had no clue. Bottom line is these guys were friendly, knowledgeable and saved me from having to call a locksmith. Best tow service I've ever used by far.
My wife and I had the worst luck on our anniversary. We were really looking forward to a show at Red Rocks Amphitheater, but a blown tire in a pothole almost ruined our night. Luckily, Marv's Towing came to the rescue! They've been my go-to for tough situations since my reckless high school days – you know, pulling Jeeps out of ditches and stuff like that. This time, it was my beloved Audi TT RS they had to carefully load. Amish, the driver, was super friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. Excellent service - on the phone and in person. My car had troubles up Boulder Canyon so I parked it and got a ride down to get cell service. It's very difficult to find a towing company that could help with no specific address or mile marker with me. I called Marv's, a local company, and they were very helpful and friendly. They agreed to meet me at the base of the canyon then follow me up to my car. Everything worked smoothly. I am very appreciative of both Nick and the woman who helped me on the phone. Impeccable service!
Boy did Jeff take great care of us today! Flat tire on a 4x4 road outside of Nederland. He drove as far as he could and hoofed it in the last mile carrying tools and jack. Helped us change the tire, which we needed more support than what was provided by our SUV. Then we were on our merry way.
When the tow truck driver is too lazy to clean the rocks off of his truck so they wind up all over the highway.
My windshield was already cracked but extra cracks did not help.
Motorcycles would love the driver.
Dillon came out to my son’s home to unlock my car a 2021 Chev Equinox. My son lives up above Olde Stage Road and I only waited 23 minutes they were right on time! Dillon may be young but he was awesome AND knows what he is doing!
Kaylee went above and beyond to make sure our difficult vehicle did not scrape and was completely safe the entire time. The car is very low with a difficult differential under the vehicle. We have had other tow companies scrape this vehicle but Kaylee took time to make sure she took extra care. Thanks again. Will definitely be calling them if we ever need a tow again.
