Highly recommend Marvs towing! A couple nights ago my WRX started misfiring and Marvs towing helped me get my car towed to where I need it. I have a lowered car so that was a little stressful until they pulled up and knew what they were doing. 10/10 Marvs will have my service again

I had a terrible experience with Marv’s Quality Towing Inc. Communication was poor from the start, and the wait time was far longer than promised with no updates. Manger and staff was yelling at me for sending email and physical showing her identification when requested. And threatening me on calling the police for trespassing. The staff was unprofessional and dismissive, making an already stressful situation worse. The pricing also felt excessive for the level of service provided. Overall, this company lacks reliability, professionalism, and basic customer service. I would not recommend them and will not be using them again.

I highly recommend this tow company. They had my BMW picked up and in my driveway within an hour and was very polite.

I was stranded on the side of the road on Hwy 119 Hwy 52 on my way to Boulder with my Harley. Amish came from Broomfield to pick me and my broken down bike up with amazing speed. He took the time to secure my Harley!! Which I was nervous about . and took me and my Bike home safe and sound owe him and Marvs quality towing big on quality and big thanks.

Warning to Trucking Companies Our experience with this towing company was terrible. They overcharged us and added unnecessary storage fees — all because they damaged a check that was mailed to them. This caused major delays and extra costs on our end. If you’re in the trucking or commercial transportation industry, do not use this company. They might be fine for small local tows (car from point A to B), but for any commercial or heavy-duty towing, their billing practices need to be audited. The way they operate feels like a scam toward trucking businesses.

Called this company who was referred to me. I asked for a quote to load a fuel tank. The lady on the phone said they could do that and would get me a price. After sending them the pickup address, pictures etc and 4 emails I never got a price. After 4 hours and making several calls, another lady said I should be receiving an email that they are booked. Literally wasted 4 hours trying to give the work and giving them the benefit of the doubt. A local customer/business man referred them and they blew me off. My customer who lives in Boulder was blown away that they treated me like this.

I needed my car towed from the repair shop to my house. I called and from that moment to delivery of my car in my driveway was 50 minutes. The driver was friendly and communicative. So easy.

Called for a voluntary tow and was given a reasonable quote. Once they had possession of my car they upped their quoted price 5x and held the car hostage until I paid. I find it hard to believe their rating is legitimate.

You guys and your staff are amazing. I literally just saw two of your employees helping a lost dog return to his master as he crossed the road. It was so touching and made me feel proud to have a company like you guys in our town.

Towing tech Nate came out to tow my car and did an excellent job! Very professional especially his customer service! From now on ill be using this company only! Thanks nate!

Marv’s Towing is the most reliable tow company. They saved us when we needed it most. Joel our tow truck driver was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and a life saver. Will in dispatch was friendly and helpful. We use Marv’s for heavy duty towing at my work. Brent has always been a reliable heavy duty tow truck driver. The team at Marv’s is great. If you need a prompt and reliable tow company do not use anyone else. We needed a tow for the Denver metro and Marv’s was there so fast to help us. I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a company I can trust, reliable, and prompt. Thank you!!

Marv's Quality Towing is far from quality. I don't think I've ever disliked a business as much as this one. I unfrotuantely had to interact with them when the police towed my car. It was the most ridiculous situation ever because there was a huge wind storm in Boulder with 90+ MPH winds that had blown down the temporary "No Parking" signs. Pairing this with the fact that I parked at night, of course I didn't see the signs... Naturally, when the road work crew comes to do work I get towed, understandable. I have someone drive me to Marv's to try and get my car back and they've charged me the tow fee and the daily rate from holding it which all makes sense. However, since I was towed by the police I needed to go to the police station to get the papers to have it released. This is something they failed to mention on the phone when I called and gave them my license plate number. They also forgot to give me my ID back before I went to the station (I just used my digital ID). I went back to Marv's and tried to get my car back and after everything I went through it almost felt like they had been intentionally trying to stall me so they could charge for a second day of being in their lot. Lucky for me, someone drove me but in another instance how do you expect someone to go to and from the police station when you have their car?? It all seemed super shady and predatory I'm not sure why the Boulder police goes to this company. The cherry on top was the part where the front desk person was literally a 12 year old girl at the front desk vaping right in front of my face. Think she would've been better off in her middle school class learning not to forget so much. When my car broke down I called this company as they were the only company I have unfortunately had the privledge of knowing in the area. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I explained exactly where I was and was told a truck would be there in about 45 minutes. After waiting well over an hour, no one showed up. I called back multiple times and each time I got a different excuse. First they “couldn’t find” my location, then they said a driver was on the way, but no one ever arrived. I just ended up calling another tow company. So odd to see a business try to snatch every penny from me when I shouldn't have ever been towed but then when I need to be towed they're not there to take my money??

We recently had our car winched and towed down a mountain, and I can’t say enough good things about the service we received. Josiah, our technician, was phenomenal. From the moment he arrived, he brought such a bubbly, outgoing personality that instantly put us at ease in what could have been a very stressful situation. Not only was he extremely professional and skilled, but he also went above and beyond to make sure we were safe, comfortable, and fully informed throughout the entire process. It was clear that he genuinely cared about taking care of us, not just about getting the job done. It’s rare to come across someone who combines expertise with such warmth and customer care. Josiah turned a tough day into a surprisingly uplifting experience, and for that, we’re truly grateful. We would recommend him and this company without hesitation.

My car broke down and Vince came to tow it to a mechanic. He arrived and loaded it onto the truck very quickly. The whole experience of breaking down was pretty stressful for me, but I road with him in the truck back to the mechanics in Denver and he was super friendly and massively boosted my mood which I was very grateful for. He also did some impressive maneuvering in a very busy lot at the mechanics. Thank you!

Service was good over all. Little confusion with dispatch but that was resolved quickly and professionally. Marco was great, friendly and personable. The thing I liked about this company is that it was quick. Having a car towed is a always a stressful experience but a company that move's quick takes the sting out a little bit. It was from the highway to my house in a bit over an hour. That's something to build your business off of.

Marvs saved us again. Our truck broke down filled with just purchased spring time plants/landscaping. They were quick to arrive and get us to the auto shop so we could unload and save the plants. Savannah was great to work with as well and the dispatch team.

Derek did a great job helping move my 1962 Triumph Spitfire - the brakes aren't working so it needed to be towed. He was very careful getting it onto the flatbed truck. Many thanks!!

I needed to have my truck towed to the dealership for repairs. I used my roadside assistance benefit with my insurance, and they subcontracted Marv's Quality Towing. An operator named Maxx came to get my truck. He was professional, polite, and very friendly. We had a good conversation while he worked. He treated my truck with care, and also let me know when he had delivered my truck to the dealership a short time later. Who else does that? It was a pleasure to meet Maxx with Marv's quality towing today. He absolutely went the extra mile for me.

Writing this under a pen-name, but I just had my car towed with Marv's towing. They were quick and helpful over the phone--I wasn't sure on my timing, but they worked with me and met me at the time and place no problem. I was a little worried about how it would go, but Vincent was a pro and made it look easy, and he was able to get the car on the tow truck no problem. Super nice guy too. Just as easily as he picked up, he put it right where I needed it in a spot a couple miles up the canyon. I'm very happy with the service and would recommend. Something I was stressing about ended up being very quick and easy.

My wife and I had the worst luck on our anniversary. We were really looking forward to a show at Red Rocks Amphitheater, but a blown tire in a pothole almost ruined our night. Luckily, Marv's Towing came to the rescue! They've been my go-to for tough situations since my reckless high school days – you know, pulling Jeeps out of ditches and stuff like that. This time, it was my beloved Audi TT RS they had to carefully load. Amish, the driver, was super friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. Boy did Jeff take great care of us today! Flat tire on a 4x4 road outside of Nederland. He drove as far as he could and hoofed it in the last mile carrying tools and jack. Helped us change the tire, which we needed more support than what was provided by our SUV. Then we were on our merry way.

When the tow truck driver is too lazy to clean the rocks off of his truck so they wind up all over the highway. My windshield was already cracked but extra cracks did not help. Motorcycles would love the driver.

Dillon came out to my son’s home to unlock my car a 2021 Chev Equinox. My son lives up above Olde Stage Road and I only waited 23 minutes they were right on time! Dillon may be young but he was awesome AND knows what he is doing!

Eric was an awesome guy! I have a super low sedan and he was very helpful with getting it on and off the trailer. Drove my car from Boulder to Loveland and Eric kept up with us and got there in a timely manner too! Not my first time using Marv's but they are great people and my go-to tow company in the Boulder area. 11/10

They were fast, professional, and great to work with. I ended up hitting a pot hole and popped my tire. We ended up having to tow my vehicle to Discount Tire because my lug nuts didn’t match the spare rim. I did have some concerns but after speaking with Brandon, he made everything great! This company went above and beyond for me! I’m shocked that good ole fashion customer service still exists. Thanks Bill & Wolfe as well!
