Amazing customer service! Josh at the local Boulder Napa store turned a what was headed for a bad experience around 180 degrees. (Heads up to watch for "Accessory" purchases online which can't be returned at local stores) Continued great customer service online rounded out the experience.

Upon being greeted exceptionally well verbally, my eyes were greeted with well dressed handsomely educated young men. I can immediately tell presentation is often implemented as I was astonished with the amount of eye candy walking around! Great job Napa university in boulder colorado! Keep those standards high! Definitely will be returning! Thank you!

This is the only place to go for car parts! I drive to Longmont one from Boulder because the guys here are so good! Always go to Napa before you go to any other shop. Otherwise you'll end up with a ton of problems with O'Reilly's parts failing after 2 weeks!

Exemplary customer service. I came in requiring a car battery replacement for a Ford Explorer Police Interceptor Vehicle. The store manager went above and beyond to assist me in remedying the car battery exchange. I truly appreciated how helpful, cordial, authentic, and professional the staff members were. Jake is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Called 7 different NAPAS trying to track down the correct part for my truck. Out of all 7 people I dealt with on this day Jake was the best one!! He explained the differences between the 3 different part options. He also was the only one to tell me to go on line and order it because I would save %20. Saved me $48. Great job Jake!! Will be back to the Napa just to deal with him.

Amazing customer service from Rosco. Had some urethane primer ordered online, auto cancelled due to hazmat restrictions in CO. Called in, Rosco on the phone found an alternative and got it shipped in same day, saved the project in my short weather window in December.

The crew here at Napa is a great crew. Lalo is great at his machine work. Roscoe manages the crew great. Lobby is always full of goodies. My go-to place for all my auto parts needs. Brenda and Cole, the owners, are great people.

They did not have thr part I needed but offered to order, told me pric we and about time of arrival. Also, O'Reilly recommended I try Napa. I appreciate both places

Had to go back to get the right part. They also didn't refund me for the correct amount due, I did not apply a discount the first purchase and used the discount to make the 2nd purchase and that made it so the refund was discounted also. It's just simple things like this that people miss but it's your job to make sure I'm getting the correct amount refunded. And the correct part. This was the first and probably last time I will shop here.

Came in to get help on a hydraulic line. Once I arrived I got greeted good. I was told to go to the guy at the very last counter. Once I approached him. He ignored me and kept scrolling through his phone. Thankfully one of the other counter men had to tell him I was waiting for his help. Wouldn't recommend him for anything. Will keep coming in but will avoid the last counter....

Occasionally, things go wrong. Repair gets delayed or a communications gap happens. This store's management steps up and not just takes responsibility but fixes the problem by going the extra mile. The staff is polite and. competent. Top class people.

Online hours and hours on door don't reflect actual hours. Was there Saturday at 5:30 nobody there. Went by Sunday 9:15 still nobody there. I get it things are weird and people are short-staffed but at least leave a note on door .

I've been in here many times and dealt with some grumpy individuals behind the registers on many occasions. So much so that I have started going elsewhere when I can. But recently, your employee, Josh, went out of his way to help me solve a problem and did so with a great kindness and eagerness to find me a solution. I haven't seen service like that in ages. Thanks to him, your score goes from a 2 to a 4, though he deserves a 5, and I may be in more often. Thanks Josh!

This store is amazing. I've been buying car parts from University Auto Parts for over 10 years and I've always had great experiences. Most recently, I came in with a set of severely warped rotors that came with a "limited lifetime warranty". With ZERO hassle, Heather exchanged them with new parts. Fantastic customer service. Thanks again!!

Just went in and got the best customer service from Lalo! Not only did he help size the wiper blades but he helped install them. Thank you so much for positive and helpful experience, you don’t find this at most chain stores.

This store really used to be the best in Boulder. Now it’s just another parts store with an awful and unhelpful attitude. Went in today to return a core alternator, they were unable to return it because I didn’t have the original box. Had original receipt and everything. Wouldn’t help at all.

I reserved parts at the Erie store, went to the store to discover the parts weren't actually I'm stock, was sent to this store in Boulder for a similar lesser but compatible part, as they are ringing me up they quote me a significantly higher price than I saw online. Not real impressed. 3 stars are for the employee who overrode the price to give me a small price break closer to the original price quoted.

I went to this location for a set of rear brake pads and asked for the entry level grade which was priced on the website at $35 a set. He said the cheapest they had in stock was a $45 premium set. Also online there was a 10% off promo for Father’s Day. I asked the sales associate about it. He said there was no such promo but would give me 10% off. After purchasing the brake set I went online to check in store availability of the brake pads I had originally found prices at $35 on the website. It reflected that they were in stock at this location and eligible for the 10% off Father’s Day discount. Overall it felt like a very dishonest experience. Either the sales associate wasn’t familiar with store promotions or what was eligible or couldn’t explain if it was online only. And either there was a glitch in the stock system, he wasn’t knowledgeable of the sales system or just straight up lied about what was available. I’m finding more reasons to shop at other auto part companies due to their straightforward-ness.

Didn't have what I needed but Marco offered to bring the part in from out of state for me. Not my normal neighborhood Napa store. Just killing time and decided to make a quick stop for some oil. He was very helpful and genuine. He even took some of my items to my car to help me not make 2 trips. Service I rarely see anywhere any longer even my neighborhood Napa (who in my opinion typically go above and beyond) but this Napa raise the definition of exactly how far beyond really is. Thank you for a rather fast and enjoyable visit, keep up that extra service it makes a difference on where I shop more than almost anything!

They were very friendly in here and helped me look up the best tire chains for my vehicle and which were in stock. Would shop here again. It's a family-owned franchise location, not owned by NAPA.

I cannot say how much I appreciate the service I was given at this location. Michael was so helpful. Nothing like having a dead battery 100 miles from home. After I got roadside assistance I arrived at this store. All staff members were friendly and there was a really good vibe in the store. I was given my options. After paying Michael was even able to install my battery in just a few minutes. He was so pleasant, professional and funny. What a great customer experience for me. They had me on my way in no time and now stress free! Thank you NAPA Auto Parts in Boulder. I really appreciate you!

These guys were awesome. Great customer service. I came to buy a few parts for my engine rebuild and one of the guys really helped me out as I was in a bind. I will definitely come back to these guys.

Helpful and friendly staff, well stocked with tools other shops may not have, reasonably priced. I did experience a NAPA parking brake shoe which did not fit my vehicle and I had to return it but they took it back no problem.

I have only had 2 ops to buy anything as my cars are fairly new. On both occasions, the service was very good and polite. The parts of course , were of good quality. On my recent purchase , the young man that helped me was very knowledgeable and polite. He carried the battery , which was heavier than most, to my car. He also advised me to make a copy of the receipt as the thermal print might fade, so that i would have proof of purchase if there was a problem with the battery in the future. This is a quality store, not one of those retail stores that specialize in cheap aftermarket crap and polish.

I purchased what I thought was a new radiator from the Boulder, CO store on Arapahoe Ave. on 02/24/12, that had been ordered from their warehouse. I did not check the box in the store because I assumed that new meant new. When I got home 30 miles up in the mountains, I opened the box, and the radiator was filthy and damaged in many places. What is Napa trying to pull here! When you buy something new, it is not refurbished or used. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Napa, as now I have to wait to fix my car that is unreliable with the current radiator, and I have to wait another 4 or so days and make a return trip. Boo Napa ! Resolution: A Napa employee from the BO store called me and told me they would deliver the part up to me in Nederland. He also said he would refund me the cost of the radiator, which hasn't happened yet and does not need to. They made good ;and delivered on the part. Apparently the Napa warehouse had sent me a part they must have mislabeled as new. Napa is generally the standard in auto part care, and I was surprised at what happened. Though they made good and brought me the part, so I'm rating them 3 stars up from 1 based on the previous incident.
