I paid over $900 for this shop to R&R used transmission in my Ram. The day I picked it up I was told by manager that he thought the transmission was bad. I drove it for several weeks and after a couple weeks I started hearing a lot if noise from transmission. I called and I was told it was most likely the bad transmission and would have to pay full price for any work. I was living 35 miles away and opted not to drive it there. A couple days later it quit going into gear. I called the shop and was told id have to pay out of pocket for any work. I let it sit after because my financial situation. I borrowed money to order a rebuilt transmission and as I took out the one shop installed i noticed one bolt missing for exhaust pipe to manifold and the torque converter bolts were not bolted to flex plate. I found one bolt and it had no locktight. I called shop again and left message informing them I have videos and photos prior to it going out and when I realized bolts were missing. I was told that the torque converter bolts don't require locktight, OEM requires it and the new bolts i purchased from Dodge had it already on them. I asked for owner to call me and haven't heard from anyone. I know someone else who has had their pickup there for over 1 year because each engine that was installed failed. At this point because of out pocket expenses and no professionalism im going to file reports with State, County and any other if it helps keep others from losing thousands of dollars.
If you like waiting over 9 months for a vehicle to "almost" get repaired then this is the place for you!

Atleast dean was very honest about everything mechanical and I didn't feel like he was trying to rip me off or take so long but need to manage time a little better.
Very friendly customer service.. very knowledgeable.. and affordable.. have worked with these folks for years.. from delivering vehicles to them .. to working on mine and family members cars.. not out to rip you off.. gives you options... I like that.. good folks..
Our truck broke down with a transmission leak outside of Denver. They were able to get us in right away and the job was done quickly and professionally. We were able to get back on the road with only a few days of delay.
Lovely place. They got us in extremely quickly, did the work we needed right away, and were friendly and joking with us the entire time. Definitely recommend.
This place is awesome. We broke down on the highway with alternator problems on a Friday. After we got towed over he jumped on it and was able to get it fixed up and back on the road in a couple hours. And had a beer and burger at Rookies while we waited.
Really impressed with this business. We showed up unannounced with motor home engine issues. Dean scanned it and advised on how to proceed.
I didn’t get a repair done but I was so impressed with their kindness and willingness to help us out in a bind. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anybody.
This place is great! Really good people and professional about their work! They have always helped me whenever I had a flat tire and they always are available no matter what happens! They will be flexible with your scheduling and try and help in any way possible to make you happy!
Kevin has had our truck since February and it is now August. We paid for a new computer install. He said the truck was fixed. It was not. Then said again it was a sensor this time. Replaced and still not fixed. Worst part is the guy won’t answer our phone calls. 6 months no truck and no one answering the call.
Headed to West Colorado from Kansas City and had a flat tire. It was after hours and Kevin thankfully was still there and willing to get us back on the road in no time. Thank you so much. We are very appreciative!
Dropped my car off for an oil change, had a beer at Rookies bar next door, and 20 minutes later it was all done. I would definitely recommend you give them a try.
I was an employee for Kevin, and I had my control arm replaced by him. He replaced it with a non adjustable control arm and told me that I needed to go get an alignment (which is normal after suspension repairs) however after paying for an alignment I was informed that he installed a non adjustable control arm.... so I contacted Kevin and he said that's what was on it before it was replace. Then I sent him the pictures (he didn't think I had proof) showing that the control arm that was replaced, was in fact adjustable. He back pedaled real quick and told me to come in and get it replaced with the right part. He upcharged me for the correct part, and replaced it yetxagain. This time I looked at it, and he had only replaced half the control arm with a new part and left the old part on the other half. In the beginning he told me he couldn't order them seperately...... but he upcharhed me to put half the part on in the first place. I was charged for parts I didn't get, and lie to about the work done. 10/10 would never recommend this place, this is how he treated an employee, imagine a stranger.
It was wonderful to have Kevin work on my motorhome, very knowledgeable, friendly,and his prices are very fair. I personally don't know Kevin, but he will be my, to go guys from now on.
We needed the fan replaced in our RV. The mechanic was great. He showed us our broken fan. He found a replacement part and had it changed out in 2 hours. We were very happy with their service.
Had absolutely amazing service. Had been an emergency and we we're lucky his shop was close. Got us in with no problems. Had to wait till Saturday for part to be delivered , but he had us up and running soon after. Highly recommend him
I feel SO LUCKY that my car broke down right before this exit. Dean was so friendly and helpful. I didn’t even get any work done to the car, so he helped me for free out of the goodness of his heart. Thanks for restoring my faith in humanity today!

I have been to every auto place in Strasburg for years I have a 1998 chevy 1-ton 6.5 diesel. Well, the other shops just could not come up with a solution for the injector pump. Kevin did he knew right away. This is after 7 years going back and forth to the other shops and they are poor mechanics they are parts replacers not problem solvers. Kevin is reasonable and his work is excellent I would recommend this shop and rate it A+++
