We have been getting our several vehicles serviced here for about 8 years now. We will not go anywhere else. Chris and Amanda are who I have always worked with, and they have always been very professional, and the work they do there is second to none. Could not more highly recommend C & T.
I was told by the GM dealership that I needed brakes rotors and a front axle seal, and of course they handed me an estimate that was shocking!
So just to be sure that i really needed all this work done I took my 2011 Sierra 2500 HD Duramax LML 6.6 liter diesel to C&T auto in Strasburg. When I arrived I met Chris and Amanda they agreed to take a look at the vehicle and gave me a timeline and a general estimate.
After Chris checked out my truck it ended up only needing a front brake job. He knocked the job out in the timeframe that he gave me and saved me a bunch of hassle and money.
He even showed me the condition of the rear brakes and the axle seal that the GM dealership wanted me to replace for no good reason. One the of other shop team members named Wyatt test drove the truck for safety and turned it back over to me. Amanda did the billing work and I was on my way!
First impressions are everyting and this shop hums like a fine tuned engine. I don't think I'll be going back to the GM dealership anytime soon :) C&T Auto has won me as a new customer.
The best part of this story is ......they're honest,truthful, hardworking people, providing services at a fair price, they stand by thier words and they get the job done without any non-sensical over doing what doesn't need to be done!

I have brought my truck here and the old shop for tune-ups, valve work, oil changes and various needs to keep my Blue in good woking order. My truck is getting a new engine, old one has 405,857 miles on it and it is time. The quality of the work done at this shop it's awesome. I highly recommend Chris and his team to work on your vehicle!
Chris is an amazing mechanic! I highly recommend C & T Auto! Amanda and John are awesome. The customer service at C & T is second to none. I would never take my Duramax anywhere else! Their prices are unbeatable and they are so prompt and so honest. The shop is nice and clean. A great experience every time!
We were pulling out of the KOA across the the shop this morning headed to Wyoming and our water pump went, they were able to fix it for us and we are on the road, thank you so much for making us a priority!
UPDATE 2/2022: Like most things around here, these folks started out great and the service and quality has fallen off a cliff.
They claim they rotate tires free. The truth is, they don;t rotate them at all at least not in the last 4 oil changes that I have had. Hell, these guys can't even reset your oil change light. Let me tell you what else they don't do
-Check TIre pressure
-Top Off Fluids
-Inspect Brakes
-Inspect filters
-Checl Belts or hoses
It's really a shame, becuase they started off so awesome. Everythying I mention below is non-existent now. I'm taking my business eleswhere and I suggest you fo the same.

Customer service is absolutely outstanding. I was able to get in quickly and my truck was done when they said it would be. The staff that I met was knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. The young men in the working on the vehicles that I could see were actually using torque wrenches and tightening thing properly as opposed to the shade tree shops.
Back to the customer service, these folks called me to ask about fixing things they noticed while my truck was in their shop as opposed to ignoring them. That's huge in my book.
These guys do some quality work and the prices are very competitive.
Very professional, exceptional, and kind. They flagged 3 issues for free when I went to get my alignment, then made time to reschedule when they were over-booked so I could be ready for a trip.
When I came in they told me they were running a bit late - they still started my car before the time of my appointment. Small town and unique feel, with great value for pricing. Honest work, deal with confidence
At the KOA close by, ran over a large rock that damaged radiator on towed car late afternoon. Only here for a few days! 😳
Expressed a need for ASAP service and they came with a ATV and pushed it to their shop around the corner. Advised they would do their best to expedite service.
Amanda called back within the hour with estimate!
Called within 24 hours that car was ready!! at estimate!!
Chris and his team have been amazing. We have been doing business with them for 7+ years now with at least 15 visits with various vehicles and every single instance has been handled with professionalism, done on time and on quote and done correctly. I could not make a higher recommendation to him and his team. Love the small town business and they treat their customers like it.
Chris has been our mechanic for over 5 years. He's the most honest mechanic we know. He Doe's empeckable work at a price that can't be matched. C & T's automotive is the best shop in the business. Don't waste your money by going any where else.
You're rolling the dice with this clown!!! I entrusted Chris with a mint condition pickup truck to replace a heater core that was plugged. He scratched the dash beyond repair; parts of the dash had to be replaced. He created an antifreeze leak that soaked my interior carpet and insulation which both had to be replaced , put a hole in the headliner. He's just a wannabe shade tree mechanic. This place used to be good but I wouldn't trust him to work on a bicycle. He did refund me but the damage that he did to my vehicle was extensive !!!!! And cost a LOT more than the refund!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Took care of my truck. Major issues with the truck, but was back on the road in 2 days. Price was much better than expected. Use them for any diesel issues. Fantastic!
Once again, its C&T to the rescue! Had our truck serviced. They listened to us, made recomendations after troubleshooting and did great work for a reasonable price. What more could you ask for? We will be back!
Chris was amazing to us! We were having car trouble while traveling across the country from Colorado to Florida. He was able to check the vehicle right away for us and made us feel confident in knowing our car was safe to drive. If I lived in this area I would trust him to be my regular mechanic.
Highly recommended! When I took my car in, I was able to get a ride to work and they picked me up from home to get my car. Everyone I talked to there was caring and knowledgeable. I will continue using their great service!

First time Chris done any work on my ranger was a free oil change he does for free every year for the people in need.that are struggling.than we bought a very nice car from Chris . and now having him work on our other car. The best people for the best job .very honest. Up front with pricing no hidden surprises. Best place along I-70 Corridore .
Chris, Randy & John are very experienced mechanics. They get the job done and communicate with their customers very well. The office staff, Macy, Liz & Debbie also have their act together. I've been to the other shops in town and this shop is by far the best. You'll get straight answers from these folks.
Very fare priced and honest! I was worried I had a bad PCM and expressed this to the mechanic. He assured me it was just a sensor and had it replaced and ready to go that same day. These guys are awesome and will be my mechanics for a long time to come.
We threw a belt on a Friday after they had closed. Mechanics offered to stay late and Debbie in the office even drove her own car to pick up a part for our vehicle. Amazing people and stellar service. Would highly recommend!
Rolled in Saturday morning with a 30Ft RV and a flat tire. They are 800 feet from the KOA park we stayed in and we couldn't have hoped for a better place to roll into! Staff was beyond friendly and helpful, they got us in quick for repair and checked all our tires for us. The waiting room was comfortable and facilities clean with complimentary coffee... More then happy to continue their 5 star rating! Nice job C&T!
These guys are amazing I took my dodge in for a new fuel pump on Tuesday afternoon and got it back the next day! The customer service is what I grew up with which is top notch and the staff couldn't be more friendly and reliable. I will recommend everyone to C&T.
Incredibly happy with the service. Had a glitch where the installed alternator was bad (this happens sometimes) and the folks at C & T went out of their way to help me get this repaired fast and had me back on the road quickly. When I had to bring it back in, they prioritized my car and were very communicative during the process. Great overall experience!
Fast, friendly, and reliable is the best way to describe CT's Automotive!! It was almost a year ago now that I got fed up with all the other shops within a 20 mile radius, and decided to give these guys a shot.. My Honda broke down almost 20 miles from their shop, the ball joint separated and left the front drivers side of my car on the ground! It was late afternoon and cold when I called CT's for the first time..The owner "Chris" got on the phone and said that if I could wait till around 7pm he would personally come with his truck and trailer to tow my car!! He showed up promptly, got it loaded up quick, and charged me 1/2 of what it was going to cost me to have it towed!! The car was fixed without breaking the bank, and back on the road the next day. These guys have worked on/serviced 3 other cars of mine since then, including my racecar and I would recommend them to anyone! From minor services like brakes and oil changes, to timing belts and motor rebuilds they've gotcha covered! The owners always there, I think that says something about a business.. Hope this helps someone else find stellar service in a small town!!
