Very disappointed in the way that they run their business. I originally contacted them on ebay in regards of a part that I needed in the color black and they told me yes they have what I need and that they will go pull the part and send me pictures of it. I never got a call or message back. I've contacted them and spoke on the phone 3 or 4 times asking about it and the guy just keeps blowing me off giving me the bs run around. Last I spoke to him he said he was going to send me pictures of it and I havnt heard from him since. I called again after a week and left another message with my phone number and no returned call. I have wasted a month of my time waiting for nothing. I could of brought my business elsewhere with no time waisted. This is what I get for trusting the man's word and believing his bs. I wouldn't count on getting what you need from this company. Complete fail and waste of my time.
I’m a new (vintage) Mustang owner and needed a rear end to mirror my front disc brake conversion. I contacted Mark at Colorado Mustang and picked it up a few days later. Shortly thereafter, I found one of the brake backing plates was bent. One call and I had two replacements on the way and delivered the next day. This is standing behind your product. Today 11-22-21, I took the rear end to my transmission place to have it installed when they’re updating the transmission. They found the flange on the passenger side axel was bent. One call to Mark and a replacement is on the way. This is service and that’s hard to find these days. Colorado Mustang sells used and new parts, you will not be disappointed. Thanks Mark.
They were very rude and Disrespectful did not help me or seem to try to help me at all, there website was misguiding and they never answered when I tried to call when I got there they didn’t try to help at all and said I should’ve called even tho I tried multiple times And there store and yard is separate locations witch wasn’t stated on there website and when I handed them a list of parts the employee just dropped it and said find them yourself, I Would never recommend this place to anyone worst auto parts experience I’ve ever experienced
One of the people that work there is just absolutely rude did not want to help us out any we drove all the way from Albuquerque New Mexico calling them the whole time we are driving up there would not answer at all so we get there and the guy doesn't even seem like he wants to help us at all seems like he has better stuff to do and then he says well why didn't you callso I do not recommend this place for anybody I know it might be hard to find the parts you need but this guy does not deserve your money don't pay the guy to be rude
The older gentleman that helped right when the store opend was not helpful and zero customer engagement. I needed valve covers, he just pointed me to the wall. I tried to let him know what I was looking for but he didnt care at all.
I went here for a set of hardware to my leaf spring eyelets. The sales member handed me off-the-shelf bolts from Home Depot saying these are stock on my application. WRONG. the correct bolts are in picture two. the bolt he tried to sell me is picture one... Learn the correct parts! see the thread pitch is finer, the shoulder is longer, and the point on the end of the real bolt.
It's a nice place to get Mustang parts but the owner is retiring and they will close the shop in the near future. They sell parts from their parts what I was told.
They work quickly but at a price. They're transparent with the entire process. Overall they are a good establishment; mid to high in price-no real wiggle room there, the work is meaningful though.
Walked in, asked if they could get a trim panel for my 1985 gt? The guy asked which side, I said drivers. He walked in the back, and a few minutes later came back with the panel ! Amazing !
If your gear Head you know where this place is down in Denver bought a hood from him made my car look great work with me on prices good place to shop for hard to get parts the job guys rock on
Colorado Mustang was the only salvage yard I could find in the whole USA that was able to supply me with a complete front to back 70 Mustang, original floor, in nearly pristine condition. All for $200. A famous yard in Arizona wanted $800 for merely 2 small floor sections. Great place.
Colorado Mustang has got parts for older Ford Mustangs, which can be hard to find. This is just about the only brick and mortar store in Colorado that specializes in Mustangs. The day I went in the man with the hat on was really helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me with purchasing the right part. He even gave me a free parts catalog as I was leaving.
