Friendly staff, full shelves, lots to look through. Needed a price and quickly got to me. Happy hunting ^_^

Very dirty pot $9.99 (cuisinart)?? Small $3 target fruit colander $4.99!! Overpriced!! Goodwill employee with the colorful hair has the best attitude though!!!! He is charming and has great customer service skills!!!! No more goodwill for me, employee told me they send the best items to their online shop . Disappointed.

The short Mexican girl, with the nose ring who works there, told my mom to hold on at the cash register upon checkout like we were bothering her. Very unprofessional establishment. They need to rehire new workers. If your customer service skills are non existent, go back to school and gather some proper communication skills.

Dresses are now $9.99?? This goodwill used to be better now prices have almost doubled.

Full of absolute garbage priced higher than buying new.

If you buy electrical devices, you don't have chance check by yourself and it is so bad . I am not happy about it because it should be chance check by myself speacily electrical stuff s .

Great place to donate! The drop-off process is super easy. Just drive around to the back of the store where you’ll see the Goodwill sign. The staff is friendly and efficient, making donations quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

I just dropped a bunch of stuff off and the guy in the back was so nice tall thin with the overalls !! I love shopping at this goodwill.

We always donate at this location. The new guy that accepts the donations is always friendly and helpful. Don’t know his name but tall skinny guy that wears overalls. We like him and he’s always so friendly to my kids.

Your Goodwill is fantastic the first time I've been in there better than a lot of them very friendly and helpful and fantastic deals I will be coming back all the time just moved out here

One of my favorite Goodwill locations. Staff is always nice and welcoming.

Lately the guys in donation area are rude. I’d rather throw my donations away. These guys have raised their voice, rolled their eyes, and yanked bags from my kids.

Lots of stuff & decent choices but most of their prices are too expensive in my opinion. All their clothes are 1 flat rate & I don't think so shorts are worth $4.99. Might only be worth $1.99 or $2.99 but you're locked in. Now it goes both ways though; some shorts are brand new & worth $4.99 or more. Maybe that's why it's a flat rate but Ii refuse to pay $4.99 for something that's not worth it even if I might get another item that's worth more. Hope that makes sense to you all. But I go to thrift stores to save money but if I'm only saving $1. from used to new I'm certainly gonna buy something new.

It was A real surprise,It was a very busy place,I was just BROWSE ING and I found the very thing I had been pricing And Wow I found a briefcase. That's not all ,it was A real leather one which I had been seeking I took it to get the price And it was 10$, Take a walk through at Goodwill Be surprised what you might find.

Worst customer service!!! Make sure you know you cannot get a refund for anything. The corporate side of the business is just as awful and rude!!! I will never donate or shop there again.

One of my favorite store of all the ones within my area, Simi Valley, Moorpark, Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park. Better selection than many of the smaller stores. I've found some rare scores in this particular one. Plus, it's kept quite neat and clean.

Great employees and they always have a good selection of movies a lot of the time.

I think Goodwill's the route to help people I think they should allow the homeless to come in at least once a month and pick out a new outfit or jacket or shoes

Customer's it seems are not always rite, where has good retail associate's gone :to the north 40? , with the cow's?

It's a good will most things are used so I really didn't expect much till my uncle took me to this one. It's a bit more expensive than a typical good will but if you look carfuly you find a lot of clothes new with tags still on them. I'm a very picky person but not rich so I travel far just to come to this particular location it has the best selection by far. I also liked talking with staff found them to be helpful and courtesy to my uncle and I.

It is pretty much a self-service store. When you are looking for help and responsibilities from any managers, you will be disappointed. So buy what you know. Do not depend on their advice or their help after sales. I have come to address my issue to one of managers, Brenda, who did not care or did not believe what I told her. She had food in her mouth while talking to me. And the food kept spitting out of her mouth. Do not be confused the organization with the people working there. While the organization is doing great things, managers like Brenda are just there for the paycheck. She does not deserve to be associated with the organization.
