Was qick and ez I don’t understand all the hate for a recycle place this is jsut a little recycle center u may not get a lot of money it’s ok I will take what I can get
I have been waiting since the listed opening time (9:30 am), and the gentleman working is just starting to opening center at 9:55 am. Looking at previous reviews it seems like this is a normal occurrence.
If you call theres a lady that answers to see what the issue is. She will ask a question and when you answer she talks when you are talkIng she is rude and seems like she really dont care how it is run. Theres always something! Never opens on time Terrible for people to have to wait for someone to open because they are never open on time. Nowhere else to take them in moorpark plan on spending an hour here just to wait for the guy to get to u no matter how many people are there
Don’t waste your time like I did. Showed up half an hour before they close with 3 people ahead of me. Guy is already loudly complaining about more work to do because of me, as I approach. I ask if he can manage or should I go. He assesses his workload and declares me his final customer, even handed me a special token stating the same. 20 minutes later he starts complaining about the time and asking if I understood they closed in 10 minutes. I ended up handing him back his token and leaving so I wouldn’t have to hear him mutter about me inconveniencing him by simply being there, especially after he gave me a pass to stay when I specifically asked if I should stay or go.
As with every other recycling center I've ever visited, there is almost always some wait time. The gentleman working here is efficient and friendly - provide you are courteous and respectful in return - and does his best to get people in and out in as timely a manner as possible. It's tough and by no means the most glamorous job in the world, but the worker takes it in stride and puts in great effort with as good a disposition a person can have doing the work he does. I appreciate the service and attitude of the worker at this location and have no intent of using any other company or location.
TRUE STORY: An old looking skinny guy who works here is so messed up to people. One time he told a guy that he would be his last customer. But then after taking other people's cans and bottles. He realized that it was past his normal hours and started to complain under his breath like it was our fault for showing up. Then told the guy to leave because he wouldn't have enough time. He just had only 2 people left... but I guess he had better things to do.
