Been a faithful and loyal customer of Thrashin Supply for years. Recently had a Black Friday package stolen at my address and Thrashin took it upon themselves to completely go above and beyond to reship me my entire order. Cannot say enough good things about thrashin and I will continue to outfit all my bikes and all my friends bikes in their parts.
Ordered a hat for Halloween got the mystery box gift added on. Package came in and not only did they send my hat I ordered but sent me another hat that’s equally just as badass!! And a patch! Highly recommend this company And the products are QUALITY NOT CHEAP MADE! Keep Thrashin y’all!! ??
Visited Thrashin a couple days ago and got there about 3:30 pm and front doors were locked. Drove from Texas so Was bummed for about 2 seconds then Courtney pops out from the side of the building and greeted us and was really nice. Purchased a couple shirts and gloves from the shop store ( I already have my Street Glide loaded with Thrashin Parts ). My son and I made our way to the side of the building and saw lance and Juan working on a bike. Did not get the opportunity to meet them because they looked busy and I did not want to be that guy and bother. Will always be a fan of their parts and riding gear. Maybe next time I’ll get to meet them and talk Harley’s.
Horrible customer service I ordered perch clamps for my 21 fat bob they came in they clearly do not fit based on the pic below , and install form Harley Davidson mechanic. Upon calling the company I was told I can send them back for a full refund, but I will have to be responsible for the shipping. I understand that that is a minor part, but I should not be responsible for that based on the fact that they advertise this is fitting softails, and after I spoke to their technician, he informed me that it does state that on the website, but it does not include the fat Bob as the soft because it has tapered bars either way They refused to issue me a $10 prepaid shipping label they lost a customer. Disgusting customer service for a company that big to screw themselves over for a prepaid label worth about 10 bucks.
Great experience today. Purchased gloves for my husband. I also purchased a long sleeve shirt, short sleeve shirt, and a Thrashin baseball cap. Great ambience, love the music outside I also enjoyed a delicious Coors .
Ordered an item august 18th, no shipping confirmation. Contacted customer support on the 21st. The got back to me telling me they’re unable to ship out until September.
In line with the other review I read on this business. They make cool stuff but their service level isn’t great. Only buy if you’re willing to wait!
I ordered a product that was showing in stock. The email from Thrashin says please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship. After 4 days I email asking when it would ship and was told it was: "due to ship out in October." (this is July 17th.)
It’s been 8 days and my in-stock order still hasn’t shipped. I thought ordering directly from Thrashin would be faster—big mistake. Should’ve listened to the other reviews and my friends. Order from somewhere else. Worst experience ever.
Dropped in on our visit from Australia ??. A warm welcome from the fella behind the counter, I got to shopping for all the things I had been looking at on their website. Jaun popped out and had a chat then Lance turned up at the shop and was happy to have a chat and take a photo. Love the Hoodie with thumb loops and the zip-up phone pocket is awesome ?? Thank you for the great hospitality, look forward to coming back in the future and hope to get there for the open house one year as I missed it by 30 days.
On vacation from the uk in Anaheim, after landing late Saturday, May 4th in Disney doing 32k steps then drove the 2.5 hours it took to get up Thrashin on May 5th, jet lagged and tired.
Sadly received a fairly frosty welcome from the two staff in the store - none of them were the guys from the youtube channel i must add. I arrived quite prepared to purchase apex floorboards, adjustable brake control, gear linkage, derby covers and anything else they were prepared to spend some time talking me through that would fit my bike (2024 Streetglide), sadly they were not really interested in talking me through what parts they had in stock or availalbe, instead preferring to talk about travelling to London (we are from the uk), and despite buying a shirt and coiuple of pairs of gloves that was all we ended up buying.
Could have sold a lot more if there was any interest shown in talking to me about the various bits they may or may not have had in stock, but sadly it just didnt happen....
Ordered the (LG) Stealth/red and blue stars and bolts gloves. Picture shown for sizing is definitely accurate. Great product. Very comfortable fit. And they look great while out riding. Ordered them and had them within the week with standard USPS shipping. Thank you to Thrashin Crew.
Got myself bars and risers, everything bottled up perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the quality. Forgot the guys name at the front counter, but he was knowledgeable and super friendly. The coffee was fantastic too.

Well this is hard because I really like their parts and content on social media I’m a big fan .Ive actually meet Cole , Juan and lance .I’ve spent a tone of money on parts from thrashin . I had an issue with bottom tree with shipping then found out that part did not fit on my new road glide . Called customer service and got no help other than I’m stuck with the part that cost $450 bucks . Sometimes it’s the little things that showes a company’s true colors . Now I start the process of removing all my thrashin parts for I can no longer use because the way I was treated by customer service . Lost faith in this company .

When you want the best for your ride, this is the place to go. Great staff and great products true and tested by the designers themselves. Even down to the packaging. Most supplier’s will packages their parts in a plastic bag. This part I just got was nicely packaged. This is the 4th product I got. Pictured is my new cover that I can’t wait to install and my handlebar bag installed. Happy with them all. Proud to sport such a quality name on my 86 FXWG. ⚡️?

Paid $8.55 for expedited shipping for Father's Day. No package, no tracking information and no customer service response after emailing twice. Very frustrating that there is no live person to talk to.
UPDATE: changed from1 to 5 stars because evidently my emails went to spam, received refund and apologies. Still would be nice to actually talk to someone but I totally appreciated the customer support and I realize they are busy.
Some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with Kelly was an amazing help and these bars are amazing. One of the best upgrades I’ve done to the bike if you need anything or have any questions, make sure you shoot them a call they will immediately help and are really nice.
Had a small defect in a pair of gloves I ordered. Total fluke as I have ordered them a few times before. Sent an email and asked about my options. Lori replied quick and had a great answer to help me out. The best customer service.
Side note - You all need to buy these stealth gloves. Been riding for 30 years and always hated riding with gloves even if it meant sore or cold hands. These are amazingly comfortable and still good to use your phone with too. BUY A PAIR ASAP, trust me!!
I received from ups and box was damaged missing parts no invoice. Called Thrashin spoke to Kelly, top notch Forsure. Showed her the photos she sent the other parts out priority. Kelly deserves Al pastor tacos for lunch for going the extra mile. I wouldn’t have ordered from here again thinking they didn’t package correctly but she saved the customer. Also everyone super helpful asking questions I talked to a guy in tech and he was all about helping with sizing and is a bmw guy. definitely a company I’ll shop with again. NEW T BAR SET UP GETTING PUT ON THIS WEEKEND
Made in the USA quality products. Love the fact that these guys are right here in Southern California. Really makes the bike ride a lot nicer. Seems more nimble after the bars and risers for sure. Floor boards and hard parts are fire. Haven’t been disappointed in any purchase I’ve made from Thrashin Supply Co. These guys ride! And love tacos as much as I do… so.. get on it

My brother once laid his bike down pretty hard and I thought we had to buy new bars and risers…. Their products; not only looks good but also build tough.
