I checked the website to see if they had what I wanted (parrot jaw locking pliers, dot 4 brake fluid and a master cylinder bleeder kit) they had everything at a good price. Lots of parking, easy to find.
I can’t thank Matt enough for helping me and my daughters out over Fourth of July weekend. We were on our way to Pinecrest for a camping trip when my truck started overheating. Since it was a holiday, every mechanic shop was closed, so we stopped at O’Reilly Auto Parts hoping to figure out what was wrong. Matt came outside, inspected my truck, checked the oil and coolant reservoir, and found that a coolant hose had burst. He repaired the hose and filled the cooling system with coolant, which was almost completely empty. If Matt hadn’t taken the time to come out and look at my truck, I probably would have just added oil and kept driving, which could have blown my engine. He very likely saved us from a huge repair bill and saved our camping trip. It was a really hot day, and he and the rest of the team were so kind—they even invited my daughter and me inside to cool off while he helped us. Matt’s kindness, knowledge, and willingness to go ABOVE AND BEYOND made all the difference. Thank you so much, Matt! O’Reilly is lucky to have you.
This place has about the best prices in town for automotive parts even though they're still very high if you ask me everything is too high but this is the best place for the best price in Sonora
The employee's there are super friendly, Jazper the assistant manager went out of her way to help me figure out why i had a DEF light on and how and where to put it in on my new van and she even put in there for me so I didn't have to worry about it and got me back on the road quickly and friendly
What a kind and professional man Bill is. I witnessed him help a family like it was no big deal. The store is great too but this man went above and beyond.
