I'm not sure how to rate this. I paid for a light bulb for my vehicle, asked the first gentlemen if someone could install it for me. he said sure. I heard the first gentlemen ask the second gentlemen if he could install the bulb for me. The second gentlemen told the first gentlemen that he didn't know how to install it, the first gentlemen responded by saying "today is the day to learn." The gentleman was very nice but not very knowledgeable. He broke a little piece off near the head light area trying to replace the bulb and didn't complete the job. I'm very disappointed in this location as I always visit O'Reilly first before anyone else. By the way, after viewing the installation on UTube, its very simple and I will do it myself.

I had an old lead acid AGM motorcycle battery that I needed to recycle, so I brought it to this store. At first I thought I would have to pay a fee. But Brenda said no, that actually, I would qualify for a $10 store credit. She gave that to me on a gift card. From now on, I will be doing ALL of my automotive shopping at O'Reilly's and nowhere else.

Just walked out of here the worst experience I've ever had in a O'reilly's ever the worst service ever the individual who checked me out couldn't even say hi when I walked in the door when I greeted him he didn't say a word to me extremely rude acted like I was putting him out for him doing his job by the way his name is Andrew

This place is okay. If they can get your part right. The only thing is that people who work here are just people pushing buttons on a computer. Not lot of knowledge about different stuff. What the computer says is what it is I guess. Nor like the older days when you actually had people that have experience. But it is what.it is

You can call this place at any given time of the day and the phone will continuously ring for 10 plus minutes.go to the store, several employees wondering around. Guess they think people enjoy having to drive 15 minutes to check part’s availability.

I have never been treated this rude as I was today by Matthew. I wanted a key for a shaft, on a lawn molar wheel and he would not even help me as I tried to explain what it was. I had the wheel with me. He just walked off as I was trying to explain it, and left me at the counter. A customer helped me and told me ACE across the street would have it. I will not go back to your store again. I have shopped there for 11 years, but after this I will go to Napa from now on. I collect cars and have 25 plus cars. My mechanics is the one who always shops there although he has gone to Napa several times. Now I know why he prefers Napa. Andy

Every single time I go there, total of 5 times they have given me parts that don’t fit or just plain wrong. The non- returnable lug nuts I am in for 2 packages and still looking. Really burns me up how much time and effort it takes to start all over again!

Always has my parts. Clean looking store and professional employees. You can tell them by the O'Reilly company shirts. Unlike AZ. Plus, they respect us Vets with a discount. Always friendly. 100% of my automobile needs.

O'Riley's was helpful in assistance with getting me the parts I needed for my free diagnosis when my engine light started blinking. When I needed to make a return it was as simple as bringing the receipt. Thank you very much, Happy New Year! ⛽ 🧰 🛠️

After exploring the “web” to find the product I needed at the best price and called around for availability found myself at O’Reilly’s. Not only did they have what I needed but they upheld their policy on price matching without interrogation or delay. The store was clean, prodcuts are easily located and service exemplary. I know more than most the people who work here. But overall always a pleasant experience. Service like Napa minus the high prices. My go to since Autozone lost my business during the pandemic.

I walked in. 2 customer service folks were at the counter. Neither acknowledged me. I got my 2 items within a min. I then went to the counter. No one was there. One customer waiting. I was behind him. I waited 5 mins. A team member walked from one part of the back to the other. No acknowledgement. I waited 5 mins. The gentleman behind me left is 0 star it but it doesnt allow.

I was very disappointed with the service my friend and i recieved here. I had a list from my husband of what he needed and the young men behind the counter sat on there stools and pointed in the direction of the things we needed. Needless to say we had no clue what we were looking for. Finally this very nice woman came out and helped us. I was appalled by the service from the young boys .

Good selection, staff is a knowledgeable as parts store staff should be. They are not mechanics, and shouldn't be expected to know what mechanics do. Store is always clean and well stocked, and parts are generally in stock or only a day or two away.

I had to buy a battery on this day. It's been awhile since I've bought one. It was around 179.00 but the cashier said it should last 4 years. Lots of parking . One last thing a lot of parts have to be ordered, so you will have to make a return trip.

I just wanted to share that today I needed oil in my car and a really nice man at O’Reilly named Clint so the oil to me and then he went above and beyond and offered to put the oil in my car. He was super kind and patient and smiled the whole time. Every time I’ve gone there I get excellent treatment.

I was in my work truck and a rock took out my headlight. So I bought one from them and soon discovered I didn't have the right tools so they literally installed it for me for no charge! Outstanding customer service!

I just left here and an employee named Bob was EXTREMELY patient and helpful with me as I know nothing about cars. He politely explained my questions and really went out of his way to make sure that I not only got the discount, but came out and checked my car part in question. Bob really was a stand up guy in every interaction and as a result I will only be coming back here in the future.

Jordan was so helpful and went out of his way to help us when the check engine light on our car turned on in the middle of a road trip. He helped diagnose he problem and took the time to answer all of our questions and print out information for us and actually look in our car. Jordan's help got us back on the road. He was great.

Super helpful! Passing through, I stopped by to have my battery tested. It was old and it had been showing signs of weakness. They happily tested it. Test confirmed it was toast! They had a better replacement in stock. The clerk had all the needed tools and was extremely helpful. Thanks again!
