Called AAA for a flat tire and they sent Patterson City Towing. Art was great! Got our Ford Transit spare on and gave us advice on where to get valve stem replaced on a Sunday (Aakash). Professional and personable. Recommend!
Patterson City Tow left me with a conflicting review. The driver and the availability of the towing were excellent! The politics in the office left me with a negative review.
They are a 24 hour tow company so when my son first called at 7:01 pm he was given a quote. He had to call our insurance and then he called Patterson tow company back at 7:34 pm and was given another quote that was almost twice as much as the original quote because they said he had called after hours. So how does a 24 hour company have after hours, especially when you advertise 24 hour service?
I feel they saw my son’s number pop up again and took advantage of him as being desperate.
If you use them, get a clear estimate up front and make sure you aren’t calling “after hours” even tho they are a 24 hour company.

I received a response from Patterson City Tow via this review. On 3-28-25, I called them as they suggested and asked to speak to management but Josh took my call and listened to my concern. He explained what “after hours” meant and said he would pass my concern on to the appropriate department and I would get a call back. It’s been over 3 weeks; I don’t think they are calling back, nor do I believe they care that they took advantage of a family. It seem apparent they really don’t want to “rectify” any issues we had during our experience.
Lesson learned is to ask questions and more questions and get all information upfront. They have gotten good reviews but I can’t give them one. I am out $1200 for this tow due to greed, but at least my son and his car were delivered safely thanks to the awesome tow truck driver. The driver was the only positive part of this.
Art went above & beyond the normal service from a Tow Truck Service Driver. My Smart phone slipped out of my pocket while riding in the cab towing my vehicle home(at approx 6pm)... it was returned to me at my residence early the next morning. How awesome!!! Thx!
Came out immediately when I locked my keys and my pet inside my car, and got into the car right away. I was ready to break a window but City Tow saved the day. Thank you!
Noe was the driver who towed my car. He certainly knew what he was doing. Very professional and got the car home safely and fast. City Tow is the only place I call from now on.
