I’ve been here twice and my expectations were beyond expectation!!! The people here are friendly and super helpful. Tobias today was amazing and not only helped me figure out what exact light bulb I needed and even helped me put it in. Maybe to some that may seem like a small thing to do, but for someone as clueless as myself this meant the world!!! He was also super friendly and sweet.
Very helpful staff… I had a problem windshield wiper during a rainstorm in I-5 and pulled off and slept till they were open. They grabbed a tool and tightened it up no charge and sent me on my merry way! Thanks so much!!!
Team members are very helpful and always have a smile on their face. Never got any tone or rudeness when going in to get parts or fluids for my vehicles.

As a single mom who doesn't know that much about cars it's nice to know that someone at O'Reilly's is more informed than I am and they don't mind just taking a look at whatever the current problem is! I need new bulbs for some of my brake lights and the guy there came out to my car figured out what I needed and installed them for me. I even tried to tip him and he refused to take it. Very helpful and VERY appreciated!
David seese that works there the older gentlemen with the white beard is very knowledgeable and very helpful amd knows what he is talking about whenever I have a issue with my car I go to him

Normally O'Reilly is my go to place over Auto Zone, today in this store, I was not at all happy and felt very uncomfortable in there. First over have the staff are wearing mask, except for one girl, who put on after a stare. They have no control over how many customers are allowed in and are not requiring mask, this is a small store and pretty crowded with the merch and then add the people. Very Disappointed.
At the store the manager and an old worker with no face mask attending customers, there is a sign at the door saying is mandatory to wear a mask. Then two more workers arrived un a O'Reilly's car, they parked in the handy cap spot, also they has no face mask. 🤔🤨😡😡
Like the items, however, the wife states the store smells of Prop 65. When my wife asked about the smell. The clerk ignored her at first. My wife is so sweet she finally got an answer. Nice place to shop as long as you don't have allergies.
Best auto parts store in Patterson and sometimes even less expensive than autozone. Look for deals on the oil and filters and definately take advantage of the rewards program.
Hands down best auto parts store in this area, amazing service! The staff at this location go above and beyond with helping you figure out what you need, I can not say enough good things about how I am treated on each and every visit! I will also add, the asst manager Christian is outstanding!!
Really, really helpful staff. I blew a bearing in my trailer axle and was stranded in Wesley, 150 miles from home. Christian advised me on all the parts and tools I would need to fix and made sure I had all the right sizes to fit my particular setup.
Good customer service. They assisted me in what I needed and even went out and looked at my car to make sure part was the one I needed. They were pretty stocked up for a small town.
We like to go there instead of Walmart it's smaller it's quicker and the good thing is they match price with Walmart so for us it's so much more convenient especially since we have a little business it helps us a lot they're very friendly and helpful
Needed a new battery for my 2006 4runner. Forgot the guys name but he did an electric system test and determined the battery was bad, he offered to change the battery and added battery j hooks and bracket to keep the new battery from sliding around. Great customer service.
awesome people there, very helpfull, knowledgeable and friendly.they were able to get me the 121 gigawatt flux capacitor that i needed for my 88 dolorian. gonna go back in time and deport everyone from autozone
