Great service! Always a pleasure shopping with them. Autozone treats women with care as a women myself that doesn’t know much about cars they help me with the parts I need and make me feel comfortable in the environment. If your in patterson I recommend shopping at autozone!
Been shopping here for a while man can I say what an improvement. I use to hate coming here and preferred O'reillys due to the customer service, Ismael changed that for me not only does he know what he's talking about he goes above and beyond to find the parts I need. If your in the area and you need help from someone who knows what their doing ask for Ismael he's the man!
Laurie Manager was very impatient person, I don't know why she makes it so freaking difficult to buy stuff, because of her I can't even buy stuff here, she always angry and doesn't want to do her "job" she needs to be more patient with customers and don't give attitude like she was the owner, because of her I can't buy from here anymore and rather drive to Modesto to buy stuff.
Some people are helpful, and some are not. It's hit and miss here. They didnt seem to know what they were doing? I'll stick to O'Reilly auto parts. At least there, they are always helpful and very nice.
Fantastic! That frosty night we just had killed my aging battery. I got a jump and headed over to AutoZone for a replacement. I was immediately greeted when I entered the store. Roxana was super awesome. She helped me pick out a new battery and installed it in just a few minutes! Great staff 👍 and excellent customer service.
Had my dad take a battery back since it has warranty but he didn't speak English anywho they gave him the run around for the battery told him they'd call him when the battery was charged within an hour to see if that battery was good or not he ended up going since he didn't get a call only for the lady to tell him they don't call for that. He ended up having to pay anyways please make sure management is on they're A game and to not be rude if not change them
All u have 2 do is ask one of the workers what your looking for they will help u if they dont have it they will get u just about anything u ask them for.
Thank you for being open that early as we were travelling back to SoCal from Portland OR and our windshield wiper we never use in CA decided to split in 3s when a freak storm happened!!
hi went in the store today to buy a bunch of parts but seems like they were closed like at 1 cause i walked in the store waited inside for at least 10 min and the store was abandoned u can hear employees doin something in the back who knows but oh well had to go somewhere else
This autozone is way better than the one in newman they even let me return an item after the autozone in newman refused because the package was open but the autozone in newman had given me the wrong part but could know that unless I opened the package so thank you patterson autozone!!!!!
Heading to Oregon from L.A. and we had a headlight out. Called ahead and had them hold a replacement. For just $20 and they even replaced it for us. Only took about 15 minutes. Back on the road just before dark!
Used to be my first choice before O'Reillys came to town. I still shop here when I need a part that I cannot get from O'Reillys or Walmart and I need it before it could be delivered on the internet.
They gave me the wrong part, sent me to another store to exchange it, couldn't because the part # didn't match the receipt. I had to buy the correct part in Newman, return the other one in Patterson, then they realized they had the correct part after all. They cost me hours of running around trying to get the right part. I will not be going back to Patterson AutoZone
Autozone in patterson got be there worse. They had a young kid named rigo that was a prick. Asked for part and had problem. And dumb doesnt know anything about parts. Need hire people that knows about cars
okay service.that aside, they have had a 'now hiring' sign up for months.as I am an experienced parts professional,figured i would apply for the part time position they had available,yet after numerous inquiries and resumes,no response or they say the posistion is no longer available.yet the sign has remained for months. I suspect race has played a major role in this, as I am not of hispanic decent.my suggestion is to take your business to oriely's, where they dont discriminate agianst hardworking americans.
