Great auto store for parts and any chemicals you might need for your car. I came in today to get Dot 3 brake fluid. I was in and out in like 5-6mins tops. They are located like 40sec frommy house so that a very nice convenience. And the staff is very helpful and friendly. Thank you guys/gals.
Went to this O’Reilly and Luis was so helpful. Went in for a replacement bulb for the headlight and he replaced it for me. Thank you! It is truly appreciated!

Got new wiper blades. Techs had a tough time putting them on my 2012 Audi Q5 but didn’t give up. So grateful thanks to the whole crew for the teamwork.
My salesperson Kris was very helpful and made sure we found the best product for our car at the best price. They've always been helpful at this. I would highly recommend this particular O'Reilly's, it's way better than the others in the area. And a lot more friendly than Napa across. the street.
Y’all hella suck, bought a can of spray paint and I got the wrong color so I wanted to exchange it, I had the receipt and everything and just got it recently. Full can and they assumed that I sprayed it already like I just cause it had black spots around the can, I swear I never sprayed that can, and it makes no sense because I just bought it so why would I spray it lol. Overall these guys suck especially the nerd middle aged man he was the one who was “helping me”.
great customer service and I was able to get the party for my car and a little bit of extra things that I didn't know that I needed the customer service was awesome. 😄

Ordered brake drums I had purchased with my wife's card. Went to pick them up they said she had to come in with her ID she goes in they don't check her id nor ask her name.
Went here for some issues I had with my vehicle and Kris the bearded guy was so helpful. Absolutely went out of his time understand my issue and recommend the right parts I needed and explained what I needed to do. 5 star worthy easily. Absolutely would come back just for this service.
Little.over a week ago I bought 2 DC24 batteries for.my travel trailer. The staff is very knowledgeable and through the years Ive done alot of business with them
I did not need them to have an attitude I understand if they are out of stock or don't carry it but it seemed as if they did not really wanna help like usual
Friendly, helpful employees. Not only helped me find everything I needed, but even helped install my new wiper blades. Three people here are always really helpful
Bought a brand new water pump back in Nov. Which comes with a "lifetime warranty "...here we are 3 months later and I had to buy another one but cant get reimbursed on the one with the "lifetime warranty " because they cant find the record of it in the computer. Sooo frustrating!!
Busy on a Sunday is kinda normal but on a labor day Sunday with long weekend?! I see it a chance to get extra work done. I was excited to do it but had to wait too long for customer service. Everyone like it now and fast and I'm the same but I also hate lines. Open counters with an associate is what I expect from my favorite stores, (Home Depot, O'Reilly and Save Mart). Step it up because online shopping is weird and strange.
I miss the chubby assistant manager. He was amazing. Elena is a wonderful personality. She makes the day brighter. Ramiro is a wealth of knowledge. Armando is so helpful. Ivana Jason and Kris are so funny! Anna, Maria, and Carla know more about cars than most and are safe drivers.
This is a great place to find auto parts. Has good selection of products. Service is better than most. Will price match. Borrow tools, give advice, and help you in selecting the best item for your project.
Poor customer service will never use them again total waste of my time and money the Store manager was the worst I've never been treated so bad before by any one as I was treated by her. I gave One star only because the app wouldn't let me give no stars. If u need parts for your car or truck use any place but O'Reilly in Riverbank california 😕
Spark plug manufacturers use different numbers and complicated scales to designate plug heat ranges. The ladies on duty researched and gave me a set of Autolite 437/ 83 plugs. Later comfirmed those were hottest ones available for the Ford 8N. So far no more plug fouling.

There were 3 employees assisting people and I was 4th in line. It took 20 minutes for me to get to purchase my items and the employees did not show any signs that they were trying to move fast at all. Worst O'Reilly location I have been to.
I thought I would come here because they were able to order me a part without me going in to pay for it before hand. When I came in today they ordered the.part I didn't need. I specifically told them I didn't need the part with the motor which of course cost more. If I don't need it Im not paying for it. I had also told him the part was cheaper at the competitor and he said no problem. So he knew exactly which one I needed. This is so ridiculous. They offered a discount which I was still paying $25 more. They wouldn't be able to get me the part for a week. It had to be special orders which I should have been told that in the first place instead of wasting my time. I have to inconvenience someone who was doing me a favor to fix this for me. Let's just say the competitor across the street has my business from now on. I will not return.
