Had a dead battery, so I got a jumpstart and drove here. Ricardo was really helpful in choosing and installing the new battery, informative and very quick turnaround.
I called to purchase wipers and was promised in-store installation if I made the purchase—which initially sounded great. However, when I arrived, after buying the wipers and asking about wiper fluid, the employee explained he couldn’t help because two customers were already waiting. Instead of installing my purchase, his rushed attitude and focus on selling left no room for proper assistance. With more customers arriving, I realized I’d be left waiting indefinitely, so I decided to return my items. Typically, their service is good, but this time their “installation with purchase” promise proved to be nothing more than a tactic to rush customers out the door—focusing solely on making sales, without offering advice or assistance.
Sebastopol O'Reilly's guys, and gal, are great. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient. I wish they would have expanded into the bank nextdoor, but they rarely don't have whatever it is I need, so there's that.
This place is great! Guillermo helped me with my battery and offered to install a new headlight. I didn't even have to ask! Very professional and excellent service. Will be going back!
Saw they had what I needed online and ready for pick up. I called to confirm the part I needed was there. Drive 35 minutes to go pick it up and it wasn’t there. Seems to be pretty common with O’Reillys.

I'm writing this review cuz I just had a less than satisfactory experience.
Inside the store there's a display with coin batteries automotive key fobs. It has a little radio frequency test device on it that when you press the button and press the button on your key fob if the light lights up your key fob is working etc. pretty handy if you don't know if your key fob is working or not. It would have been handy anyway if the battery in the tester wasn't dead. I brought this up to the kid behind the counter and he muttered something about not wanting to mess with it and that was that. I would have pressed the issue had it not been a warm day and and I had to leave my dog in the car
It wasn't particularly busy in there were several employees that look like they could have pretty easily just popped a new battery in that thing. I'm disappointed they couldn't be bothered.
I called this afternoon because one of my brake lights went out. The employee I spoke with helped me identify the exact replacement light bulb I needed and gave me a few different options and let me know their prices. When I showed up at the store, he had already set it aside at the register for me. Another employee, Horacio, helped me replace the bulb efficiently. All employees were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I will return for all my auto needs in the future. Thank you so much!
Amazing customer service! I needed to fill my windshield fluid, coolant, and brake fluid. They answered every one of my questions and they were very kind about it. The young gentleman that helped me out the most was wearing a cross and glasses! Very kind young man! I definitely recommend this place!
Good service .could not get my part .but did every thing they could .to get part #. And offered to order it .I ordered it my self . sHaWn I think .guy with 1 inch ear lobe holes. Ya you ....thanks
Came to Oreilly’s for some leather detailer and refuse to price match with Wal Mart who management does not consider “competition”. $16 before tax for a bottle at Oreilly. $9 at WalMart.
I’ll be shopping with the competition for the same exact products for nearly half the price from now on. ✌️
I needed to get a rear windshield wiper with a special attachment. The one they sold me was the wrong one (and the guys swore and even offered to bet that it was the correct one) but they let me return it , no problem

Great place full of solid blokes who know their stuff. Good size inventory for such a small place and they can get most items delivered extremely quick! I haven't used it, but they do (or did, I'm not sure) have a free tool rental too which has saved a couple of my mates.
Oreillys always has the part that I need. If they dont they get it for me the next day!
As long as they continue to value the customers the way they do. I'm sold!!!!
The people working here are always very nice. They take time to understand what I need and to help me find it in the store or get it for me quickly. Also super easy because it is close to home.
Old dudes know their stuff. Decent prices on name brand components and fluids. Dont buy their line of anything hard parts, unless you are prepared to do it again soon.
As usual, these folks were on their game. Nice, knowledgeable and prompt help. I went to two closer competitors prior and was so disappointed. I'll gladly make the drive next time.
Great team over there. Had to get my 2000 Toyota Corolla car jumped today so took it over to O'Reilly and they tested my starter and battery to determine issue-at no charge. Then got myself a battery at good cost according to tests, and installed for free. Fernando and Jack (John) were great! Thank you
