My car broke down and I couldn't drive it, but I got help. Mr. Luis from this company came and tried to assist me. But because the basement was too low to load and difficult to getting inside garage but he was very talented, helpful and nice. I appreciate his help and highly recommend it to all of you!

This was my very first roadside assistance experience, and unfortunately, it turned out to be quite disappointing. I was charged $250 for a short 3-mile tow, which really caught me off guard—especially since most towing services in the area quoted around $75–$150 for under 10 miles. While I have no complaint about the driver or the service itself—they arrived within 30 minutes as promised and handled the towing professionally—the pricing felt unreasonably high. Afterward, from home I called another company to verify, and they quoted me $140 for the same distance right away. Even I said I’m just looking for a better price & she willing to lower down & talk to his driver. It’s disheartening to feel taken advantage of during a stressful moment, especially when you’re in a panic and just trying to get help. I hope this company reviews their pricing policy and provides more transparency so future customers don’t experience the same. The girl that I talked really sketchy when she gave the price. I’ll post this to all social media so other driver be warn. BEWARE!!! Date happened 11/02/2025 12.45PM UPDATE: After discussing the matter with the business owner, I was able to share my concerns, and he provided his perspective. He acknowledged that the pricing was on the higher side, attributing it to the quality of their workmanship and the fact that they are a licensed provider. As a gesture of goodwill, he offered $40 refund which I appreciate. We both recognized that there was a communication gap, particularly on the part of the dispatcher, regarding the scope and nature of the services to be rendered. Despite the initial misunderstanding, I am satisfied with the resolution and have updated my rating to 3 stars.

The driver arrived fast within 20mins (our insurance agent told us will take 30-45mins). The driver is professional , helpful and patient, takes care of our stressful situation effectively.

One of the most bizarre and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a company. From the very first call, the representative clearly had no idea how to help and kept putting me on hold to ask someone else basic questions. The only redeeming part was that the driver gave me a heads-up when he was on the way—so I’ll give one star for that. Then it got weirder: someone called me as the tow truck arrived and asked for my credit card info—but wanted it over the phone, which already felt sketchy. When I tried calling back, the voicemail didn’t even mention the company name (“Unique Towing”), which made me even more uneasy about handing over sensitive info. But the final straw? I asked the driver—Chris—if this was the usual process for payment and receipts. His response? He called me a “smart ass.” When I asked him not to speak to me like that, he turned around, walked away, said “have a good evening,” and left without towing my vehicle. This entire company is unprofessional, disorganized, and frankly, incredibly disrespectful. If you have any choice in the matter, avoid them at all costs—even if they’re contracted by local authorities. My experience was not just inconvenient—it was infuriating and shady.

I want to give 5 stars to our tow technician that helped us out today. Raymond, a new employee of your company, went above and beyond to make sure not only a smooth pick up of our vehicle, but took extra care while loading our vehicle onto the tow truck. Making sure that with our specific needs of the tow, that our vehicle was safely and securely loaded onto the truck! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ would definitely request him as a driver again!

Parking illegally completely blocking the Bicycle Lane when they should have used the middle median to unload. Doing their Job without any safety concerns for others yet always asking the public to think of them when driving?

Unique Towing was one of the two that responded to my call, last early Saturday morning. The lady on the phone, was courteous and gave me a reasonable quote. Driver came on time, courteous, and quickly hooked my car , and we got to the car shop in Milpitas with no damage to my car. Great Company!

Driver name and number: Steven 133 Steven was really pleasant person. He arrived ealier than the estimated time, checked if we were fine, and then checked the car. He was very professional through the whole process. Even though we had a car accident, it was a very nice to work with Steven.

Had a flat tire at 4am on 101, didn’t want to attempt fixing it myself so I called the first tow truck service that came up on google. Really happy with the service. They were there within 45 mins! The spare was also pretty flat, so the mechanic helped me use the air at the nearby gas station so I could safely get home. Really appreciate the fast and friendly service during this unfortunate car incident!

Wrecked my car yesterday and the shop sent Unique to tow my car to their location. They arrived super fast, with great phone and text communication updates. Steven, driver #133, also called me almost immediately with his ETA. He called again when he got onto my street in the Santa Cruz mountains, because PG&E had two big trucks blocking the road and his big flatbed wasn’t getting by. He got out and talked to the work crew, then called me to say that they’d be done shortly so he’d be a few minutes later than planned. After getting up my long driveway he safely loaded my car onto his truck. He was super friendly and very professional, which made my less than happy situation much easier to deal with. He even called me when he arrived to the repair shop to let me know that the vehicle had arrived safely. Overall a very good experience!

My car involved into an accident and need to be towed to body shop.
