Frankly, for my first time there with my brand new car, I was a little disappointed. I was surprised that it was an all day scheduled to wait for a job that couldn’t take more than 45 minutes. This was my 5000 mile check up. I think they rotated the tires and did a check on the systems. Since the car is only 5000 miles old I felt it should’ve been in and out. I was told the car would be ready by 3 o’clock. It wasn’t ready till a little after five. Then they asked me if I would like to wait 15 minutes for the car to be washed. Why wasn’t it washed at some pot time during the day when everybody was waiting to start the work. I think the sequencing for brand new cars and new customers could be handled better, and if something could be done prior to the work being started like having it washed then that should be done all on all my first experience wasn’t as good as I hoped I would give it a C at Best. I also thought and/or expected that the oil would’ve been changed since it is a new car and that’s a typical item to be done within the first 10,000 miles. I hope they do it next time. This was a free service So maybe that was it

Jaime was my point of contact for my certified vehicle service this past week. It was for an oil change but I also shared concerns that a previous issue with my brakes was occurring again. She made sure that the service techs ran the proper diagnostics and they were able to confirm I was right about the issue returning. Although it took a few extra days, repairs were made and and I picked up a freshly washed and vacuumed vehicle! Thank you!

The service at Lexus Stevens Creek is top-notch. Michael N. my service consultant, is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a great overall experience with the service provided—keep up the excellent work! Appointments, payments, and communication were incredibly easy through online and text. The loaner car process was seamless, and communication was quick and efficient throughout.

I changed my *fave* service location to this one after trying 3 different locations. The service rep Marcos Rodriguez was the reason I prefer going here now since last year. He's super professional, efficient, AND friendly. I've encountered at least 6 different reps in the past 4yrs and he's gotta be the best one! (And I AM VERY PICKY per what my husband says ^^) Just being honest when I say he's just good at what he does and has all the answers to any question I have. Currently, my husband and I own Lexus vehicles and our next car will probably be another Lexus (without a doubt). As long as he is working here, I know which location to go to and who to book with (Shout out to Ricardo as well, who helped me with a loaner this past weekend. The process was super smooth and quick). Thank you Marcos for your hard work as always. My husband and I will see you on our next maintenance visit! Ivy

Made an appointment to have maintenance on ny vehicle. I got to my appointment a bit early and the staff took my vehicle in with no hesitation. I waited in the lobby until the service was done. I enjoyed a warm cup of coffee and got some work done. Truly appreciate all staff and the service.

I brought my car in for the 50,000-mile maintenance and a recall. My service advisor, Hong, was fantastic—as always, she never disappoints. She is consistently responsive and ensures everything goes exactly as planned. The entire dealership staff is polite and incredibly helpful.

I love having my Lexus NX300 serviced at this location. I keep coming back because they take care of my needs when it comes to my car and my transportation while my car is at the shop. I work with Jaimie, she is amazing! The front end lady (I didn’t get her name) she was really nice accommodating me with an issue I had when I picked up my car on Saturday March 7th. This is why I keep coming back! They really do care about you! Thank you Lexus Team!

I had a warning notice of “ check hybrid system “ on my car dashboard so I took it to Lexus Service Center. And my consultant Samson was so attentive and put me at ease right away. Gave me a loaner. Kept my car for several days to make sure everything is okey. I was so happy and satisfied with the service and work they did..

Michael Nagy was my service representative, and very cordial, thorough and helpful. He even gave me his contact card, if I might have other questions in the future. The waiting space was, as always, pleasant with really good coffee. And, fewer fattening snacks! This was the first service so it was free as the next six month service will also be.

Got my new cars tire replacement done here. TJ Ha is a great guy to work with, nice handing of my car, very friendly and knowledgeable with tires. The entire process is very transparent with a tracking link. I can even see my car from the giant window in the waiting room.

Had an appointment to drop my car off for it's 20,000 mile service plus alignment. Kunal was the service advisor that helped me. He was friendly, good communication and made the process very easy. They always have loaner cars available that makes it much easier so I don't have to worry about having someone pick me up and drop me off. I'll be back next time service is due!

One of the best dealerships I’ve experienced across the Bay —and their consistently high Google rating truly speaks for itself. This is my third visit, and each time the service has been exceptional. I brought my car in for the routine 5,000-mile oil change, and the service team went above and beyond by thoroughly washing and cleaning the vehicle and even topping off the gas tank. I am impressed with my recent maintenance visit to the Santa Clara Lexus dealership. My service writer, Kunal Pabla, approached my vehicle and patiently listened to all of my questions and concerns and addressed each with care. He was also willing to speak with anyone within my family or friend circle who could help describe and offer input and context. It wasn’t needed, as he examined all aspects of the situation at hand and made sure I understood next steps. I remain pleasantly surprised with the efficiency in which the team worked, online and via text with easy to peruse documentation and pictures with clearly defined overviews of the proposed work order. Kunal obtained my permission with a signature before starting work, including costs. A loaner car was readily given for free to help me move along with my day. The work was cost effective and timely and was communicated to me the entire time. My car was returned clean and in better condition than when it was dropped off. I am thankful to have met Kunal and his able team to help the health of my car so it runs like a champ for many years to come. I love my 2015 Lexus IS 350 , which I bought from this dealership with the plastic unwrapped right before my eyes. I recently brought my Lexus in for service because I was hearing an annoying squawking noise coming from the brakes. From the moment I arrived, the experience felt smooth and professional, exactly what you hope for when servicing a luxury vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Samson Du, and he was fantastic throughout the entire process. He took the time to really listen to my concerns about the brake noise and made sure everything was thoroughly checked. He explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel overwhelmed or rushed. Not only did they take care of the brake issue, but during the inspection they also found a nail in one of my tires. I had no idea it was there, so I really appreciated how thorough they were. They patched it up during the same visit, which saved me from a bigger problem later on. Overall, the service was efficient, transparent, and genuinely customer focused. Samson kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience stress free. It is always reassuring to know your car is in good hands. I’m a little late getting this out there, but I had to make sure Marco Rodriguez got the credit he deserves. Marco is hands-down one of the best service advisers I’ve ever worked with. He didn't just go through the motions; he actually went above and beyond to make sure I was connected with the right people to get everything sorted. What I appreciated most was how he kept me in the loop—I never had to reach out for an update because he was already one step ahead. Marco really made me feel taken care of. If you’re heading into Lexus for service, definitely ask for him. Huge thanks again, Marco!

This is the first time dealing with a Lexus service department, many other companies but not Lexus. I was impressed with the professionalism of the service writers and yet they were also very personable. Everything was explained to detail and open for any questions I may have. Michael Nagy is an excellent person to work with. He was patient and very knowledgeable of what my vehicle needed.

It’s a decent servicing experience at Lexus Stevens Creek. Customer service by Alfonso is outstanding. But they can definitely improve in small gestures like 1. Just charging the electric car, if they gonna keep it the whole day or in my case 3 days. 2. If they claim that they are cleaning inside out then they could also clean cup holders or dashboard… Just something to make customer feel satisfied

I've received great service from Gerardo Portillo in Lexus Stevens Creek recently. There are few scratches under the front bumper on my car. He gave me some suggestions to repair the scratches with the highest quality in reasonable price. It meets the quality I'm looking for and the costs expected. This great experience makes me want to have the next service continue in Lexus Stevens Creek.

I have been going to Lexus for service for over 16 years. I have always had good experiences with the representatives. However, recently, I had an exceptional experience with Gerardo. I purchased the tire and wheel insurance. I had severe damage to one of my wheels. Gerardo was instrumental in navigating the process, forgetting three wheels repaired that required the use of separate vendors. He acted with a sense of urgency, followed up with the appropriate people, and pushed to get excellent outcomes. He went above and beyond and for that reason, I feel compelled to write this. I will continue to request Gerardo on a go forward basis for my Lexus servicing needs.

I had an excellent experience with Alex in the Lexus parts department. He was incredibly helpful and truly went above and beyond to help me out. His care for customer service really impressed me. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuinely willingness to help really stood out. I was struggling finding the right parts I needed, but Alex made sure I had the right parts and made the whole process easy and stress-free. This kind of service really makes a big difference in any organization, and I hope he gets more recognition for what a great experience he providers. My Lexus RX350's front splitter and fenders were cracked and needed replacement. Eric Yang served me; he was so considerate. He suggested I buy the parts from their official website and have them delivered to the store, as they would only charge for labor. I was very satisfied with the price and extremely satisfied with Eric Yang's service. He was professional and considerate of his customers, and I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

This was my first service with Stevens Creek Lexus in a number of years. Quality, cleanliness and excellent customer service has not changed in all that time. My service writer, Paymon Khajavi was extremely helpful in explaining all that needed to be done, when it would get done and getting me a loaner as my car was going to need to stay overnight to take care of a safety recall issue in addition to my first regular service with this car. My car was done relatively early the following day and everything was great. I highly recommend this service department as well as Paymon's strong attention to detail to great customer service.

I went in for my major service a few days ago and Paymon was so knowledgeable and proficient while helping me. He made sure that all the services needed for my car was done and he went out of his way to provide additional services my car needed. Whenever I am back at this location or need anything, I'll be sure to contact Paymon as he offers exceptional support and care while serving his clients. Since the service was going to take more than a day, he assisted us in getting a rental car until our car was ready and he made the whole process as smooth and quick as possible. I had a great experience with my 20,000-mile service at Lexus. Michael Nagy was very helpful throughout the process. The service took about two hours, and the dealership provided complimentary coffee, water, and a comfortable waiting area that included cubicles for working or studying. The entire facility was very clean, and all the staff were friendly and professional.

Called in the morning for an oil change appointment and was able to come in a few hours later. Was quickly checked in as a first time customer and given a loaner car in less than 30-45 mins! Came back and car was ready to be picked up and parked in the shade. Amazing service!
