Came down from Canada to move my son home and rented a uhaul trailer. There is no off the shelf hitch for my car but Louis nicely custom fit a closely matching hitch to my car. He knows his specialty. I had to put a deposit down for ordering in the parts by check (no credit card) but no issues. He works hard for his business.

Not only was Louis able to to it, (no one else had the part)he brought our car to us when the work was done, went over the use of the breaking system and told us we could call him if we had any trouble.
