Edgardo and his team kindly squeezed us in at the end of the same day that we wrote to them. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. All I had to do was text photos of what I needed hauled, and he sent a quote and then booked a time--and they came right on time. Other places with many more reviews did not reply to my queries, but Edgardo replied promptly and helpfully--he was communicative and reliable. I will hire Bay Junk Redwood City next time we need anything to be cleaned out and hauled away.
Edgardo and Ricardo from Bay Junk were absolutely fantastic! They quickly and efficiently hauled out a full truckload of items for us, all while being careful and respectful of our property. On top of that, they went above and beyond with our special request—skillfully moving a full-sized sectional out of the house and relocating a heavy sofa recliner set into the office.
They worked with precision, strength, and a lot of thoughtfulness, making sure everything was handled safely. Beyond their skill, they were also friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole process stress-free.

Eduardo at Bay Junk was a HUGE help. He was easy to work with, and able to come out to take care of our junk and damaged furniture fast - we actually had to push the schedule back a bit, because he could take care of it before we could! The team even helped move a few things out of the way to get to the problem items. A+ work, we'll be contacting them again as soon as we need anything!
It was easy and quick to schedule. The workers were very careful with their surroundings, and I was happy with the service. This was my first time paying for large furniture removal, so I can't comment if the price was reasonable but I paid within the quote they initially provided.
