Fabulous staff supper friendly and welcoming. I have gone a couple times and every single time you can be sure to find yourself with an amazing encounter. They make the process supper easy and straight forward. Everyone is always ready and happy to assist you.
I was a little nervous going into the pawn shop to sell my Louis Vuitton purse and some broken gold jewelry. Jairo and Josh were so friendly and respectful. They offered me a decent amount for my purse, wallet and jewelry. If I decide to sell any other things I will definitely be returning to them in Redwood City.
Efficient, very clean store. Friendly knowledged employees always great you with a smile and the wait isn't that long, when they are busy.
You feel welcome there, not like some other places that make you feel like you are bothering them.

Big lady rude they say electronics yet after going all the way there. They just want apple products OH EXCUSE ME! The usual better than you customer service. Worst place do not take your gold especially your silver; Cynthia is the worst and bad attitude and borderline racists asking me if the gold is mine and never ask that question to other that walk in and give other 80percent and only 60 percent to me acting and treating me with such a condescending attitude and is ignorant about precious metals in every regard and took way too long; her co worker is even more incompetent do yourself a favor and do not pawn your silver or gold here they will rip you off and not offer you 80 percent of melt value at best 50 to 60 percent and with very bad attitude; the icing on the cake we do not take gold dust even though it is gold at least 14-18k pure gold but cynthia in my opinion should not be working there due to her incompetence wasted over an hour of time when asked if they take gold and then tried to low ball me for silver and get this they do not take silver bar only coins makes no sense
this place has no objection to taking stolen items. I told them what my banjo that had previously been stolen looked like and they told me I needed to file a police report. it wasn't in their shop yet. I just simply told them to be on the look out. why would I need to involve the police with something that I could describe. they said they didn't have it and I tried to describe it

Our family has been with them and Numis for years. Recently when we pawn out jewelry that we bought at their shops they always have guaranteed if we ever buy jewelry from them to pawn it is always 50% of what we bought it for….. NOPE they tell us they don’t have enough money or they don’t or can’t ????? If that’s your business motto you have to stand by it… most definitely will be contacting the BBB, as well as consumer affairs, and the San Mateo districts attorneys office that’s not cool… as well as a family member brought in a silver necklace bought at their sister store and the sales person told them it was worth 3$ in silver without even asking did you buy this from us shocked as a family who has done business with all their stores for years and sad….stay safe everyone
I have been coming here for a couple of years now and I usually receive good service, but today when I stopped by at 6:15pm to pickup a watch I left to have the battery replaced they said they were closed. Online it states they close at 6:30pm. It looked like new staff which might be the problem. The sign on their door doesn’t state a closing time which is pretty strange.
This pawn shop is the reason why pawn shops get a bad reputation. They lied to me about my items I brought it to get me to sell them at an insanely low price. Definitely glad I didn't bring any of my jewelry in, I'd be out thousands instead of hundreds! When I called to ask about it the store manager dodged my calls with for weeks and hung up on me the second I said my name in one call.
All around terrible experience, I would sell your items on Ebay and easily make 10 times as much money since that's what they do anyway.
This place was amazing. Jairo was very professional and honest and took the time to sort through all the items I brought in. They were fair with their pricing and extremely thorough. They were also nice enough to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to sell their goods!
Had a great visit with Buy, Sell, Loan. They were friendly, upfront and honest. They answered all my questions and a first time visitor and even told me I should save certain pieces for myself as it wouldn't be worth selling. They then cleaned that ring for me while having my other jewelry items looked at. Great first pawn shop experience and I would go back!
Can’t say enough great things about Jairo and Eva. Their professionalism and knowledge of fine jewelry is bar none the best I have ever encountered. I refuse to go anywhere else when I’m purchasing anything they regularly sell.
