Such nice people work here. I got an oil change and never got out of my car! My advisor walked me through each process and explained everything. Will be back!
I’ve been with a Oil changer in the past, and have had great experiences. On my most recent visit It was subpar compared to times past. Though I was able to have my oil changed rather quickly, I was not shown my engine air filter or told if it needed to be changed. My cabin filter was not inspected. The team member was uninformed on the pricing and other services they provided. I look forward to visiting them again as I always very efficient service, but I’m a bit surprised to have seen a large difference compared to my previous visits.
Don't come here if you have a 2016 Mazda CX-5. They can't change your oil.
I've had my car for close to 10 years and have had the oil change at a variety of places. Until today I've never been told that they can't change my oil because they don't have the right sized tool. It's honestly bizarre, my car isn't that rare or special.
Great service, very professional and they don’t do anything without letting me know how much it would cost and get my consent first. Highly recommend!!

I love Oil Changers. An oil change without getting out of my car? Yes please! I’ve been to many locations throughout the bay and always receive great service. The Redwood City location was the fastest oil change I’ve ever had, AND they washed my windshield, which was such a nice perk. Highly recommend their service.
The team was excellent and the service was great. They did a great job communicating and answered all my questions. They were also very transparent in showing me my air filter that was dirty. I was the one that asked them to check anyways. A lot of times, these types of place try to push services on you, but they simply did what I asked. They also topped off my coolant because they saw it was getting low. I appreciated the thorough job! Will be coming back for each service moving forward.
This is the friendliest, most helpful place. Several times these guys have gone above and beyond to help me. Kevin even walked across the street to jump my car once! Seriously, the best shop. Especially for a woman whose often skeptical about men being super nice
Dropped in because my oil light came on. Greeted with a smile and was asked the reason for service. Told the gentleman for oil change. He looked up my chart, and let me know that I was a bit early not yet due. Which was a nice to hear his honesty. He offered a top off and I was out the door. Left very happy and satisfied.

Charged me for an up-sell extra cleaning step even though I said “No” when asked. Partially my fault for not noticing before I paid the bill that it was higher than what I was quoted as the base price for an oil change, but I was distracted by the toddler in the car with me. I’m either frustrated that they did something to my car I didn’t want (making the process take extra time when I knew I was on a clock with the kiddo in the car) or charged me for something I didn’t receive. So it’s bad either way.

Went to get my engine oil changed for my 2020 Infiniti Q50. Absolutely great service. Minimal wait time and I was pulled into a service bay. Thankfully Cesar, an absolutely generous and inviting technician was able to help me out. He showed me the used oil that was in my engine and the results of the new oil. Major difference. Very trustworthy technician with no upselling at all. Cesar when the extra mile and even aired up my tires. Excellent service, will definitely be back for my next oil change! Highly recommended.
I recently had a very good experience at the Oil Changers at 2762 El Camino Real in Redwood City. Customer service was outstanding and Kevin the technician that worked on my car was both knowledgeable and nice. It was a quick process too. Well done.
Reliable and generally thorough service. I like the bay camera idea but I do wish they would empty my Silverado's oil catch can when I visit. Only takes two-three minutes and it provides a job I would expect from these otherwise great car maintenance providers.
Fast and efficient service. They found an issue with my coolant system that was missed at the dealership. It was taken care of quickly and at a reasonable cost. Everyone was friendly, and the whole process was pleasant.
I am getting my oil changed as I type and I just have to tell you that these guys are the BEST!!!! They are fast, efficient and super, super friendly!!! Everyone of the guys seemed great, but Joe and Caesar are the ones who are helping me, and they are exceptional!! This is the only place I will get my oil changed on from now on!!!
