I’ve been going to WherlWorks for 20 years for the simple reason that I can trust them. Like today, when I came in to see if I needed a new tire after I drove over a large screw near the side of my tire. Turns out: no, it’s a half-hour repair, covered under the tire warranty. They even gave me the 2 1/2 inch screw to keep as a souvenir. Love this place!

Wheel Works Redwood City provide great service repairing a hole in the tread of my tire. I brought it in just before closing and they quickly diagnosed the leak and repaired it the next day. I been a loyal customer of Wheel works over the years.

In my opinion they’re the best service team that has been at that location for as long as I’ve been going there. I’ve also interacted with a few of their mechanics. This was an amazing and painless experience. I came in with a nail in my tire that needed a patch up and they were able to fit me in same day. I have never had tire trouble so this was the first time and honestly couldn’t have been more painless. Rue and Carlos were angels who fixed it no trouble. Couldn’t recommend more!

The team here is outstanding. I came in for a wiper fluid line repair and although it took longer than anticipated, they kept me in the loop the whole time and honored their first cost estimate even though it took the Technician more time. I Would definitely be coming back for all my vehicle needs!
Carlos Delgado was super helpful! I’ve came in 3 times with the same issue of my tail light. He’s helped me all these 3 times and very polite. Very reasonable and took very good care of myself and my car.
I bought a lifetime wheel alignment a couple years ago, getting a refreshed alignment was not issue and cost nothing. Sometimes I wonder if I'll get bad service when I buy something like that but the service was perfect. Wheels were of a ton, the results were explained fully and the corrections made properly.
I went to wheel Works in Redwood City on El Camino and Dulce. The counter associate helped me. She was so kind and so informative on the process for me getting my tire repaired. Brought in for TPMS diagnosis, alignment and tire rotation. Had to reschedule, and they did not catch that their TPMS service provider is not in on the day they rescheduled me for.
On the way home I noticed something on my windshield. Turns out they opened up the brake fluid container, left it open and the trim panel up on the cowling.
They are also recommending an oil and filter change (just had that done last week).
In December I went here to have tires replaced under warranty, and they told me they'd fix it without any out of pocket costs, then after the tires were installed they wouldn't give me the car without my paying >$300 for a new warranty.
I'm now on my third Wheelworks location, as many of my cars parts and services are warranted through them. Very inconvenient.
