The team here is outstanding. I came in for a wiper fluid line repair and although it took longer than anticipated, they kept me in the loop the whole time and honored their first cost estimate even though it took the Technician more time. I Would definitely be coming back for all my vehicle needs!

Carlos Delgado was super helpful! I’ve came in 3 times with the same issue of my tail light. He’s helped me all these 3 times and very polite. Very reasonable and took very good care of myself and my car.
I bought a lifetime wheel alignment a couple years ago, getting a refreshed alignment was not issue and cost nothing. Sometimes I wonder if I'll get bad service when I buy something like that but the service was perfect. Wheels were of a ton, the results were explained fully and the corrections made properly.
I went to wheel Works in Redwood City on El Camino and Dulce. The counter associate helped me. She was so kind and so informative on the process for me getting my tire repaired. I recommend everyone to come and ask for Dulce to advise you for anything needed On your vehicle. this was a great experience with expertise and great service

I had low tire pressure on the way to church and barely made it to the shop. Nick handled my tire change and showed me how bad the other tire was. He ordered the tire and got the second replaced today. Truly grateful for the help and peace of mind. Thank you so much Nick!!!

I had a great experience at Wheelworks! I stopped in for a tire change and they had it done in just about 10 minutes—super fast and efficient. Everyone was professional and welcoming, and I felt well taken care of.

Hire someone better at customer service and tell your mechanics that they still need to honor appointments, as well as for management get it together better, this is absolutely ridiculous

Not only did he fix my tire quickly and professionally, but he also went above and beyond with his customer service. I’ve had my ‘14 Subaru Forrester serviced by Wheel Works for nearly 10 years and have found the staff, particularly most recently, to be expert, friendly and understanding of the specifics of my needs and car. I didn’t realize how long I’d gone without doing an oil change. Luckily, I found this shop near me. Carlos picked up the phone when I called to ask about pricing and he was very helpful. He said, I call anytime I wanted to come back to do my service.
Upon check in, I was informed that 20 points inspection which includes topping off any fluids and adjusting tire pressure. I left my car there for an hour and it was finished when I got back. They did a clean job and didn’t leave oil stains in my car. I recommend coming in and asking for Carlos.

I would like to begin with two hands together for the outstanding service and dedicated time. All of my questions were answered and the services to my vehicle were finished in a timely manner I will definitely recommend this location to everyone. I recently went in a couple times for lots of maintenance and was very happy. The staff are knowledgeable and didn't upsell anything. Work time estimates were accurate on both visits. And the total cost for everything was very reasonable, much lower than I expected.
Brought in for TPMS diagnosis, alignment and tire rotation. Had to reschedule, and they did not catch that their TPMS service provider is not in on the day they rescheduled me for.
On the way home I noticed something on my windshield. Turns out they opened up the brake fluid container, left it open and the trim panel up on the cowling.
They are also recommending an oil and filter change (just had that done last week).
In December I went here to have tires replaced under warranty, and they told me they'd fix it without any out of pocket costs, then after the tires were installed they wouldn't give me the car without my paying >$300 for a new warranty.
I'm now on my third Wheelworks location, as many of my cars parts and services are warranted through them. Very inconvenient.
