These days the auto parts market is full of chains that sell cheap aftermarket junk. Not Napa! The quality of the parts here is excellent, and the staff is quite helpful. I highly recommend that you give them your business, rather than places like O'Reilly or Autozone.
My neighbor a Mexican guy and went inside this store to order something and did not feel good while making this purchase he said he felt like they were racist and made him feel bad so he ask me to return the item for him and when I was there they were giving me the run around and said the store had no cash to give back for the return made me give them a card to return payment to and that took 2 days I believe every other bad review I read I’m sure these 5 stars are family posting them that’s sad I like Napa and always have told people to go there but now I won’t fak this place if I have to drive further out of Redwood City I will just to avoid this spot
Helpful guys were awesome, limited oil brands but best prices in area, smaller place but has good inventory in general, sometimes they will get certain order which is very nice, ill definitely be back
Wouldn't let me borrow code reader, when I was going to buy parts there to fix it. I have never had an auto store not loan one before. I usually prefer Napa for my auto store, it is a shame.
Great place. If they don't have your part they can usually get it same day. Always helpful and willing to take the time to find a part even without a number and nothing more then a vague description. Highly recommend.
The sales people here are very knowledgeable. Even though I have an OReilys around the corner of my house, I drive here when I need to get advice on parts. Nowadays, everything is made in China, at least Napa offers the “better than average” China quality.
Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff who actually know cars and what they're talking about. Great quality parts too. I will always go here over the big brand name stores.

Good clean service usually have parts you need or can order in extremely knowledgeable about cars AutoZone and the other auto shops are terrible they don't know what they're talking about when you come here they definitely know what they're talking about my uncle's been going here since I was a kid great place definitely recommend this auto shop for anybody with auto needs thank you for taking the time to read this short review
This is probably one of the few awesome auto parts store around. I really only go here on the weekends and i talk to Tony all the time. He has helped me with over 5 of my projects, getting common stuff as well as harder to find stuff, usually same day. Highly recommend
Good people here...had to charge a 0.59 item since didn't have any cash on me. Felt bad but they didn't make a big deal out of it. Won't hesitate to purchase more auto parts from these folks in the future just to support them.
Napa Auto Parts is one of the few remaining true auto parts stores that have a complete selection of parts for cars, both classic and modern. Looking for a hard to find metric bolt or fastener? This is the place! The staff are very knowledgeable and can help you find what you are looking for.
I had to come on here and change my review from a 5 star to a 1 star. I love this place but for me I have family who is high risk and coming here they don't wear mask and don't follow the CDC guidelines and are creating risk just walking in their. I walked in found my parts and walked to the register and the guy walked up not wraring a mask and it made me very uncomfortable. I will now compromise and go to the other spots where they do follow CDC rules.
They did not have the spark plugs I needed in stock. I had to order them and come back the next day. To pick them up. This is a basic item that should be in stock period..
This place is great! They have a large selection of parts on hand and in stock. They also will mix auto paint to factory paint code in the quantity you need which is absolutely awesome!! Even can make aerosol cans of factory paint. I'll definitely be coming here for all my auto parts needs and paint needs! Also, SUPER friendly and helpful staff. If you need parts or paint, I cannot recommend enough this place!
I originally bought the product online and had a online receipt confirmation. I agreed to pick it up in store and pay; however the owner did not honor the online pricing and asked me to pay what "he" purchased the item for and did not care to honor the NAPA corporate price as promised and charged me extra.
This is not a professional way doing business and it is obviously violating NAPA standards and ethics. I encourage everyone NOT to give business to these types of store owners. Go to Autozone or O'Reilly where they are professionals and know how to do business.
Redwood City Napa and Burlingame Auto Supply are the best Parts Stores on the Peninsula. Many of their employees have decades of knowledge and if they don’t have the part on the shelf or if Napa doesn’t carry it, they know where to get it. Family owned and operated since the 70’s. One of the last true Parts Stores.
Fake 5-star reviews. As one person has stated, the owners have a FAKE smile while aiming your wallet.

Very helpful people there. Have picked up parts before, but this time I got a spray can of touch-up paint. Lots of good instructions on how to do it. Only available 8:30 to 4:00 for paint.
My worst ever experience in this business where the owners/partners are so rude with even their fake smiles.
Because I did not have a receipt for a belt they would not replace a defective unit. Then I provided them detailed info(credit card purchase) and henceforth my proof of purchase was clearly established but he still refused to honor a $30 replacement.
Save time and money and stay away from this place.
This is as good as a NAPA gets. NAPA has great product but usually very poor service (San Francisco locations). This NAPA has good service; sometimes you don't get the right person right away but you will if you hang in there.
Very good customer service. When other stores would give up and just say that a part is not available, these guys don't give up. In fact, they have always found the part or tool that I was looking for, or come up with a reasonable substitute and amazingly it has almost always been in stock.
Expensive compared to the other chain auto stores. I usually head here when I want higher quality parts or need better customer service, but recently it's been getting worse and worse. Today they even recommend that I go to o'reilies when I asked about purchasing or borrowing a tool... I suspect I'm done with this store.
Very helpful staff with good knowledge of auto parts. They helped me get the right shocks for my truck at an affordable price. I will go back there next time I need to fix something on my truck.
I have been buying parts from Napa for years. I have never received the wrong part and the parts that Napa sells are the best. I usually buy parts for basic tune-up/belts change /oil changes. I will never buy any oil filter other than the Napa/Wix product ( they are the best). There is rarely a wait and if there is, it is short. The counter staff is knowable and can suggest the appropriate part or alternative. If they don't have the part they will order it and often have it with in hours or next am. 5 stars for sure.
