Bought a new car battery 2 days ago and had them install it there. Today my car won't start. Will update this review upon Interstate making this right.
Update: The manager, Dina tested the battery in-store and showed that it was still working. She provided a new battery regardless which I appreciated. Went home and had my brother install the new battery and everything is working fine.
I took my car to the mechanic to ensure that everything was alright, and he believes the previous battery installation was not securely in place. I had paid $40 to have it installed at the store the first time around and once I saw that my brother was able to do it in 5 minutes, I realized I should have done it on my own to begin with.
H5(47) AGM the same model $50 -$70 more expensive than Costco, the phone person spend so long time told he cannot hear clearly. Super bad service. No patience and too expensive. Don’t go there.
I need a battery at the time. I went in. There was two young men, very courteous. They were attentive to my needs. They made sure they explained everything and they installed it for me.I only had to wait for about 20 minutes for them to install. In and out.
The battery is bad, the kids and manage both saying it isn't bad then asking for proof of purchase phone number of purchaser
Acting like they aren't responsible for fulfillment of a warranty for a nationwide company of batteries
3 times they are talking about a surface charge.
0 percent battery charge and they are still saying it needs to be fully charged before they can verify it's bad
3 different battery testers saying it's bad
You don't want to honor a warranty, speaking with this energy like, as if it comes out of your stores revenue or something..

This location only wants to sell you new batteries and leave you stranded with a bad battery on a Saturday 2 days away from any other locations being open
After I saw a Google review that this place will replace watch battery for you. I had it done at a reasonable rate of $8.99 + Tax. The guy was very friendly.
As a woman this place teaches you while replacing my battery. They took the time to clean my connectors, saved my car info (calls & music) with their battery saver. Love this place. I'm going definitely use them again. Thx you guys!

Excellent customer service, Hector recognized me from a few months ago coming back to recharge my battery and his manager approved a new battery replacement on the spot. Extremely grateful for customer service that goes above and beyond to help you solve your problems especially one that you have to deal with on a daily basis when commuting to work.
The short, plump, angry woman working your front counter…lost you a lot of business today. If that’s the first thing you have to deal with going in this store front…GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, I did.
5 star customer experience. Treated like a human, transparent pricing (quoted a final price on the phone before arriving), employees offered to test my battery to ensure it was bad before replacing, and replaced my battery same day.
When you buy a battery from here just make sure it’s a new up to date battery I bought one and notice they kept putting stickers over the old ones so it was sitting on the rack for a while over a year going on 2 be careful !!! if we pay full price I’m expecting a new one not older one that’s been sitting on the rack or even better buy from Costco they move faster there I’m sure you will get a NEW one

Dropped in for a Watch battery replacement that was accomplished in under 10 minutes for under $10 and they were the only ones open on Monday. Can’t beat that. Should have checked here for my recent car battery replacement.
Excellent service, made an appointment within 24 hours for delivery. I was called to be advised technician would be 5 mins late. Mr Behnam installed the battery and a trickle charger as well. Personable, reliable and honest. Highly Recommend!
Highly recommended. They make a sincere effort to provide a good solution and treat their customers with respect. John was knowledgeable and helpful, even when I needed to exchange the battery (my fault) 15 minutes before they closed for a holiday weekend.

Great spot for all of your battery and flashlight needs. This place has very reasonable pricing and a wide selection of batteries (from tiny button and car remote batteries to vehicle batteries). They’ve also got a large variety of flashlights and phone charging packs to choose from. Very friendly and helpful service, too!

My 6yr rated Interstate Battery wouldn't hold a charge after 4 years. They pro-rated my new purchase.
I opted to install it myself at home to save the $30 install fee, and would drop the old one off the next day. However, the battery had died again in the parking lot and would not jump! It was raining and I needed to pick up my kids. I borrowed some tools and started to replace the battery myself as quickly as I could (which wasn't very fast). John heard my predicament, came over and replaced the battery himself in a quarter the time I would have. I wasn't late to pick up the kids.

My battery died at the perfect place and the sales manager helped me and spent so much time installing my battery which was not in the best of places. Almost 2 hours later I didn't just need a battery, but also a starter as well and there was an automotive place 2 driveways down. Best customer service I've seen in a long time even though the entire day was a complete nightmare.. Coming here even though I wasn't expecting things to fall apart with my car made all the hassle and headache of my day disappear. Thank you Interstate All Battery and I believe it was the supervisor who assisted me and should I be in that part of town again in the future I will gladly return and again would recommend EVERYONE to go to the best customer service friendly place I've ever been to in years. It's been quite some time since I've been helped by such wonderful people and I'm pretty sure anyone else would enjoy the friendly staff as well. Thank you so much!
They quickly helped us determine which battery we needed, and had that battery in stock. Out the door with a new battery in about 5 minutes. They even carried it out to our car.
I have had 2 car batteries installed by the Redwood City location, and they are AWESOME! They always have my car battery in stock when other stores like Pep Boys tell me it'll take 3 weeks to order my battery. I do have a rare car, however Interstate always has my battery in stock, and they install it within 10 minutes. If any electrical issues arise after the installation the battery, they stand there and help me with that too until my car is functioning as good as new. Great staff! Great products! I highly recommend getting your next car battery here!

Great service and good value for batteries. Changed my car and watch batteries here. For my car they did a battery check for me and found out that one of the three liquid chambers have turned solid, hence the deceased battery performance. They loaned us tools to do the change so we can save the change fee. Very nice folks.
These guys are great! In the last few months they have put a battery in my electric bike and my car. They do everything here, watch batteries installed, cell phone batteries, literally batteries for everything. This is my go to battery store. (Really, the only one like this I have seen....)
