Absolutely disgusting service. This junk removal company never showed up after promising several times that they were “on the way.” They kept delaying my appointment for hours, wasting my entire day and completely ruining my tight schedule. No call, no apology, nothing.
This company is completely unprofessional, unreliable, and careless. If you value your time, your sanity, or basic respect, do NOT hire them. They clearly don’t care about their customers or keeping their word.
They deserve to be shut down for how they treat people. I regret ever calling them — total joke of a business.

The whole process went very smoothly. I think it would be very helpful if there was a way to get a more specific time for drop off and pick up. Since they dropped off at around 11-11:30 AM thought the pick up would have been around that time. But, the driver showed up around 8 so we scrambled trying to get the last batch in for him to take it. This is the second time we have used them and will do so again if needed and have told others how good they are.
Cheaper than other services, quick and friendly. I don’t even think I’m going to corporate prices anymore because I know they are stand up and straightforward.
I’ve used Junk King multiple times over the last 6 to 7 years and they’re always easy to schedule, reliable and fairly priced. Today’s crew did not disappoint and was super helpful, quick and professional!
The guys who came to do the hauling did an amazing job, and I really appreciate that the company works hard to recycle or reuse the bulk of what they pick up. However, the scheduling and professionalism in terms of arrival time was problematic. The first day (on our originally scheduled date) they arrived 90 minutes after the two-hour window that we had scheduled, and then they didn't have room in their truck to take everything that we had put out. They called the boss and rescheduled us for the following day at 5 pm. Once again, they arrived almost an hour late and once again did not have enough room in the truck (even though the previous day the workers had taken photos of all of the junk that needed to be hauled). Luckily, they ended up calling for another truck and two more men and they were able to just barely fit all of our junk on the truck. The men did a fantastic job hauling and were very nice, but the scheduling and communication from the office could be greatly improved. If you advertise that you will come out and give an estimate and if the customer agrees then you will haul the junk right then and there, you should be able to follow through on that promise

We hired Junk King to clear out a house for sale. There was debris piled up in the garage, railroad ties, old wood in the backyard, old appliances in the house. It filled two whole trucks! They came on time and took care of everything. They even swept out the garage! The sellers and I appreciate how quickly they came out and how thoroughly they cleaned everything.
We had an awesome experience with Junk King. I requested our dumpster on a Monday and it arrived Wednesday. The driver called about 30 minutes beforehand. We have a gravel extension off our driveway and it fit perfectly. I recommend putting down plywood or some sort of hard surface for it so that it doesn’t damage if you intend to set this on gravel or grass. The drop off took about 10 minutes. We then spent the next 3 days filling the entire dumpster! So liberating! The price was exactly what it said online, no surprises or surcharges. The driver returned to pick it up and even gave us a few extra minutes to throw in some last minute items. Then he loaded the dumpster back up and drove off, again about a 10-15 min process. So convenient and easy! Will 100% use them again. Drivers were professional and friendly. No damage to our driveway or property. Everything worked out great!

We needed a variety of things hauled away on short notice before an event. Junk King came in time and quickly cleared the area, charging less than originally quoted. We had remodeling debris, boxes, styrofoam, chopped wood, light fixtures, metal shelves, and garbage too big for our cans. Excellent and convenient service!
Insane- crew just left our home where they had to problem solve removing a 600lb refrigerator out a small doorway and down two flights of stairs.. after some choice grunting and groaning- the fridge was somehow resting comfortably in the truck.
