Beware Scheduled this company to pick up my vehicle . Backed out at literally 2 minutes before my supposed pick up for a tow. Very disappointed!

This is BEST towing experience I have had in years. I called twice via triple A. The second time I specifically requested college towing and Oscar the driver. Oscar is a true professional, expert of his craft, very kind and both times got to my location expeditiously. I also spoke with Kate who was so kind, professional , just outstanding. Thank you so very much Oscar and Kate. I do not want any other company to tow my car except College Towing of Grover Beach. Thank you Jewell.

Excellent service, first time ever using college towing through a triple A call and was assigned Jose.. He was extremely professional and helpful with getting my truck loaded up and delivered to my destination. He even offered advice on what to do in the future if I ever find myself in a similar situation. Thank you again

If you're lucky enough to have Oscar as your technician, you're in good hands. We've crossed paths 3 times now. He has seen me at my worst, most frustrated self (not proud). He always has a smile and a best wishes/good luck for me. Plus, man can he maneuver that flatbed. Kudos to Oscar!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BEWARE!! They asked me to drop my keys off to them because I was heading back to my home town 180 miles away. Once I arrived in my home town the denied to tow my truck because it had a camper shell. They took my cash and are saying they are not refunding me. I'm now seeking legal action.

Driver was called via my insurance to check battery and possibly a tow. Driver checked battery, says good but thought it was the starter. I ask him to tow my vehicle from pismo to slo. He said it's only a battery check and has another call, and leaves. My insurance calls another tow company and they transport my vehicle to slo. Auto repair says it was the battery! So much time and money lost due to college towing. Won't ever use them or reccomend.

My car spent an extra day in the yard and I only received $70. the day cost $150, the lady was professional and nice ?

College towing has definitely been the best towing place that I have had business with they were super friendly, understanding, and helpful. They let me park my car right next to the vehicle I was emptying out instead of having to carry everything way outside the gates. Even tho I went right at closing time they still allowed me to get all my things out of the car and they didn't rush me at all nor were they standing there bugging me well I emptied my car out! Over all this is the place I would choose if I ever had to choose a tow place to work with!

Unprofessional, Those females in the office before 8 am is rude as hell. They need to be let go of or gone out of business. They’ll steal your car and damage it beyond repair then tell you they can’t help you.

Needed my truck towed to repair shop.I needed a rollback tow truck because my truck was stuck in my barn.Kevin the driver arrived on time and loaded my vehicle with care and great skill.Very professional experience hope I don’t need this service however if I do would use them again.

College Towing was great! Our driver Kevin was very professional and caring. We had a particularly long tow home in traffic and rain. Kevin made a very stressful ride home easy.

Extremely rude. There I was I was on a country road in the middle of the night with a flat tire and needed a tow. The woman who answered acted like she had never been more bothered. When I was trying to figure out where I was she said why don’t you figure that out and then call me back we’re extremely busy and hung up. Talk about being left out in the cold. I call this bad karma. I hung up and called Central Coast Towing and they were kind and helpful.

Could not ask for better service and care than Raymond gave towing my grandson's Mercedes. It sits very low to the ground and not once on loading did anything but the tires touched the ground. Thank you Raymond and Thank you College towing for hiring such an exceptional employee.

I called for a lock out service, they were able to get to me in less than 15 min. It took em less than a minute to get my door open. I paid $65.

Should have had an option to give zero stars. Was assigned their service by progressive, they accepted the request and gave me an ETA. After making me wait for 20 minutes they decided that they couldnt assist me. Very Irresponsible.

Awesome service. Everyone was so nice and very helpful at the facility. The driver who towed the vehicle, Raymond was very professional courteous and efficient. It was a very positive experience.

So I really dont like leaving 5 stars on something that cost me so much money. But they were honest fair and worked with me. Id rather it have been this place then any other.

Gott my keys out in less than 15min after making my claim to my insurance company. Best service I ever received. 6 star is my Rating.

Aaron was friendly and quick! I mean "quick" he was there is about 8 minutes from the time I was off the phone and unlocked my car in about 2. Amazing that I was on my way to my meeting in 10 minutes. Much Appreciated!!!

Aaron came to the rescue when my sons front brakes went out. He arrived before the estimated time and towed the car to our favorite mechanic "Aaron's Advanced Automotive! " Thanks, Aaron, both of you!

This guy was so quick, he was there 10 min after i called. We were in a really annoying, tight parking lot, and he managed it really quick. Nice guy to ride with. Reasonable prices. 10/10 I'd call them again. Thanks guys!

I had my car Impounded, the driver couldn't drive stick so I had to push my car to the truck. Picked it up the next day. When I get in my car I notice a plastic wrapper on my hood, yes trash on my car. My clutch engagment was noticably lower, they had the car in 3rd trying to move it I'm sure of it. Just a greasball towing company in my honest opinion. There are other companies close by I wouldn't use these guys for half price.

My wife locked her keys in her car accidentally with a puppy in the car. A bit of a stressful situation, to say the least. College towing was super helpful, responded immediately, and within 10 minutes had her car unlocked. For the central coast I highly recommend using these guys.

If I could I would give a zero star. I was in an accident and they towed my car. The tow truck driver was great. The next day I called in, in very big pain from the accident but I needed to get my stuff. The guy was really rude and treated me like a horrible person. The following day I went to get my stuff. I could barely walk but I made it to their office. Than he made me walk all the way around to the other side of their location to my car which was fine. Someone else let me in to my car with my keys. I left with my stuff. Unfortunately my car was totalled. My insurance charged me $100 because they didn't get the keys. When I told them the tow company had my keys because they let me in to get my stuff they told me to call the tow company to get my keys. Which I did, and the guy was a total a hole again and yelled at me and told me they aren't responsible for my car keys. HELLO you had my car which you let me in to get my stuff out of. I hope I never have to use a tow company but if I do I will definitely stay away from COLLEGE

You'll wait 3 hours before anyone comes the help you out and if you try to call them to send someone they keep saying they will be there in 10 minutes or 20 every single time you call and ask they will give you a different answer for the ETA. They will find any excuse to make you less of a priority. Don't forget if you leave it over the weekend that will cost you! Good luck to anyone trying to get their car out

I was stranded just off the Dunes at Oceano Dunes and called AAA at 7 pm college Tow was crusing the parking lot and talked to me. He said he had to go get a diffrent truck to do the tow back to the Centeral Valley. 15 min Later I got a call and was told a truck had to be dispatched and would be 4 hours to get to my location. College tow left us stranded and another truck came in at 1:30 in the morning. Hands down the worst service I have ever had.

HORRIBLE!!!! College Towing busted my break line when dropping off my truck. They deliberately argued that the truck was leaking all my break fluid from the cylinder, when in fact my truck started leaking break fluid immediately after dropping off my car, and I could see a big hole in the line caused by a bolt next to the line that was grabbed when securing the truck on the flat bed. I will take them to small claims because of their dishonesty and not willing to accept their mistake. On top of that, the driver seemed in a bad mood from the moment he picked my truck, and he left immediately after dropping off my truck, didn't even thank me not handed me over my keys, and left my car almost at the middle of the street, we had to push it a little bit to fix it.
