After multiple stores and attempts to try and fit a quick disconnect from the r.v to the black stone grill that we purchased we were sent to this store by ACE hardware. As soon as we walked in he knew what we needed by just what was in our hands. Great customer service. Got in and out prices were similar to any other propane accessories. Friendly and would recommend trying them first.
Great place friendly people but small. When I hear RV World, I expected BIG. Staff helped us find what we were looking for so it was a great experience
This place was great. The person who helped.us was very knowledgeable. Briefly saw a screenshot and knew about the obscure part I was looking for. A thetford toilet valve rebuild kit. I've owned many RVs and have never even heard of this toilet. Also. Very well organized and had 2 things I was looking for. Won't say anything bad about the other 2 places I visited , less organized without the part in the tourist areas. But this place was awesome with good prices. Comparable to Amazon and even better onone.
I went into RV World thinking I had to buy a new toilet for about $300. I talked to Tim and explained the problem I was having with my toilet and he stated that I only needed to replace the pedal flush. He walked me down an aisle and explained the ones that I needed and it cost me $30. I went back and replaced it in about 30 minutes. Listening to Tim and purchasing what I needed saved me close to $600 for labor and installation of a new toilet. I will always return when I’m in Pismo.
We were traveling thru California when our toilet decided to retire itself. RV World was on our way south on 101. We stopped in and not only was it an exact match to ours (low profile, parchment with hand controls) the price was spot on! Very pleased with the service, selection, and price!

Parking for your rig nearby but don't try to get a motor home or trailer in the shopping center. It will be a tight fit for your tow vehicle with no trailer.

Very helpful and knowledgeable employees. They've got so many parts, hoses, fittings, lights, chairs, outdoor carpets... The list goes on. For such a small shop, they stock a good variety of items and parts.
Impressive variety of parts for such a small store. Prices are a little high but ultimately worth it if you can't find it elsewhere or don't have time to wait for it to be shipped. Staff was helpful. Store was not crowded.
Holy smokes! This place is a fantastic gem for RV needs. At first glance you figure there's no way an RV store, in a strip mall, at the central coast, is going to be anywhere to get parts. But you would be very, very mistaken.
They have just about anything you need to fix and repair your rig and their prices are incredible! Some stuff they have is cheaper than Amazon. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.

Really disappointed. I was excited to come get everything I needed for my toy hauler. The lady at the counter was rude and didn't know anything about anything. She said she'd get someone else, who never came. After picking out the few things I had to have, I gave up getting the rest of my items and will take my business elsewhere.
If you need something they'll have it or will order it for you. Most of the staff is extremely knowledgable. I use this location for getting items to repair my 3 RVs and to find new toys and gadgets to improve on what I want in my "outdoor" experiences. I have yet to be disappointed.
Had the door slide, Amber lens and 2 hole storage door latches I needed. It is best to bring old parts for them to match them up. Many parts look alike.
This is a great store! The selection of parts and supplies is better than most RV stores. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they have. Great parking and easy to find. If you have an RV and are in the area stop by you won't be disappointed!!!!!

The team here enjoy their work, excellent service...answered all questions initially by phone, and then in person. The parts fit perfect and appreciate their knowledge, will make them my first stop in my RV needs!
