People please stay away those crooks I paid them 1400$ they never ship the item,when I contact them week later they are not even ship the item I request money back they refuse give me refund. They been disrespectful-and Unprofessional!!! would never deal with them again

The worst experience. I ordered a transmission thru eBay and the transmission I ordered was a automatic transmission. Well early Monday morning I get a call from my mechanic telling me that was the wrong transmission. I do understand I bought the transmission thru eBay but this is the company that sent it. I'm a disabled Veteran with PTSD that has doctor appointment and groups I need to go to and trusted this company to get me the correct part. Instead of trying to work with me and get me the right transmission all they could say was you have to wait till we get the old transmission and then we will refubd you.
Horrible customer service. They are rude. Never will buy from them again. Don't waste your time and money there. Their products are damaged and when you return them (in the same day, mind you) they charge for restocking fees. This is stupid and a scam. They have a 30 day return policy but don't honor it

Horrible customer service. They said 30 days return policy then within 30 days I brought back the part and they charge me 30$ restocking fee. They are funny people they think they are working on the other side of the border. Good luck running a business like that in USA. Never again. I hope they go out of business soon!
Take heed of the one-star reviews & save yourself the headache. DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from these people. My car was broken into & I purchased the steering column from their ad on car parts .com. During the sale, I asked Chris MULTIPLE times if the keys were included, he reassured me they were. Column comes, no keys. I call, he goes “I said probably, I didn’t say yes.” So I tell him stop lying & run the tapes back. Shortly after, he’s asking how much I want refunded. I paid $200+ total & they gave me a $35 refund. Said if I didn’t like it, send the part back. Unapologetic & rude. So on top of that purchase, now I have to get a new key cut & coded to my car door. These people are trash!
Diego one of the representatives that answers the phone answer the call and then put you on hold without telling you anything stay on hold for about 30 minutes then you call then you call back and merge both calls together and finally answers and says it wasn’t him putting the card on hold but he is Diego terrible customer service
Picking up part took over half and hour. We called to ask if they can have it ready when we arrive. They said about 5 minutes. Wrong. Made us late for work. Good sales though. But pick up was bad. That's my 2 cents
Worst customer service ever. The guys as rude and they put me on hold for 21 minute. Their service is garbage as well as the parts. After all that they just hung up didn’t even have a chance to try and purchase anything. Spend your money elsewhere
Came here and I was totally ignore by the guy sitting by computer looking t the monitor, I waited thinking he was on the phone but nothing, I didn’t even had a hello or wait for a minute, NADA..!

Say far away from these guys worst place to do business with.. customer service is horrible and they will sell you knownlly bad products and act like it’s your fault. If you don’t live in California where you can come look at the product then don’t buy from them
Actually it's a good place to go and get the part .you will be saving a lot of money .the part it will be definitely use. it's good condition and they have warranty. we've been dealing with them a long time ago it's a good place to get your part after the wrecking yard places.
I had my piece a tail light for a jeep patriot bring from Los Angeles, and in just 2 days not even 2 days but by saturday at 8am I got the piece. Very friendly staff, fast service! the piece was perfect conditions, fit and worked well! I recommend this place!
not sure if the other tapatio auto on datsun st is owned by the same people but this is the actual location i got my part from
you can get oem original parts at better than bargain prices. a part that would've cost me 1049.00 at the dealership shipped out the door for 150. almost too good to be true. one bone to pick though, they're a little slow and don't communicate very well. I had to call several times to make sure the item was shipped. legit business though you can trust them.
I was going to give a 4 rating because it took a couple of calls before they shipped my order. However, the quality of the product, value, and customer service were exceptional! Not only did the wheel arrive well packed but Tapatio even included a return shipping label in case it was the wrong part.
The shiny, like brand new wheel was an exact match for my car. The wheel is no longer manufactured, so Tapatio saved my butt!
Martin, Felipe, and Santiago were receptive, responsive, and helpful to my inquiries.
