Employees are extremely helpful and would multitask just to have everything done and ready for you. Im an owner of 2 dealerships and have worked with many Copart locations but non have ever given me the experience I had at Copart San Diego
Just sharing so nobody is as frustrated as I was. When signing in online to be helped it might say 7 minute wait to be called. Very wrong, I was helped almost 45 later. With only 2 people at front desk...with several, several workers at their desk. Hopefully facility manager can pay more attention to customer service.
Forklift operators, don't stop to get the gate pass. They just blow their horn at the exit door, and don't even stop for paper work. Waited for more than 30 min on a slow Friday morning. Very poor service, ridiculous! After my complaint to main office, a manager came out in a forklift to assist, that was a better service.
