CARS seriously went above and beyond! The system wasn’t working due to a system issue and they were really kind and professional about it! Good communication and a lot of effort to get me my registration

We get all of our vehicles registered here and have always received wonderful service. They helped us with registering a vehicle with a salvage title and incorrect paperwork, patiently explaining how to get the proper forms and what exactly was incorrect.

Will charge you every fee possible including 5% for using a credit card but of course he won’t mention the majority of the fees to you so you’ll assume it’s just the DMV costs

Hashim, was excellent and provided me with all the resources needed simply put the easiest tranfer of title and registration update in my 20+ years of owning vehicles. I would recommend this establishment over in DMV in the country.

I got there 15 minutes early and then waited another 15min after the place should have been open nobody showed up. I live in lemon Grove, but was forced to drive all the way to Hillcrest DMV. Because I know that they open at 9:00 am. A difference of 15 miles.

Amazing service!!! I came in for an out of state transfer and was in and out in 15 minutes. The staff was so kind and went above and beyond. So much better than dealing with the DMV!

Had a nightmare with a motorcycle that I bought; sellers and finance company were totally uncooperative and shady. Hashim is a consummate professional. After weeks of back and forth with those people, I took my paperwork to Hashim and he got me registered and titled in a few days. Awesome service

I am not from California. The whole DMV system here is wildly different from my home. I was super stressed and confused and lost. He made it so easy that I nearly broke down crying from how easy it was. I highly recommend going here because the whole process is super easy. I highly recommend this location, especially for military members. 100/10. I will use this location as long as I’m in this state.

Not only was owner/manager Hashim extremely helpful, informative, and courteous, but he even kept the live scans portion of his business open twenty minutes later to accommodate my needs. Excellent, friendly, local service.

Highly recommend for anyone that comes from out of State! I was in a complicated situation coming from Maryland, but he helped me through it and got my car registered! Very knowledgeable and helpful guy, 80 extra bucks that cutout alot of extra time and stress. Not having to deal directly with the DMV here in California; well worth it!

Owner wasn't there, but he eventually emerged from the apartment still chewing on food with no mask the whole time. Go enter your vehicle information on DMV website, and you'll know how much the state wants from you. Then subtract that from how much this place charged you. Asked for the printed itemized receipt on the screen. Don't settle for a generic electronic receipt that's going to be sent to your phone. Cost me $151 for 10 minutes of waiting for the owner to show up and 10 minutes to sign DMV paperwork.

Hashim the store manager made the whole experience a breeze! He was knowledgeable, courteous and took the time to answer my questions. I would give him and the services 10 stars if I could. DMV is a thing of the past for me!

Just moved back to California from out of state and my registration was a mess. Couldn't get ahold of anybody from the DMV where my car used to be registered, couldn't get an appointment here in California, and my tags were expired in another state. These guys fixed it for me - quick, honest, efficient, saved me lots of time and money, and the $79 fee they quoted me on the phone was absolutely correct - no runaround or hidden costs. Got my tags and new plates the same day I called them for an appointment. They even sent me to the right place to get my smog check squeezed in before the end of day and finalized my paperwork when I got back. My new title came in the mail less than two weeks later. Wish I'd gone here before I spent days of my life on hold trying to figure out how to get my car registered at the DMV after covid delays and restrictions went into effect. Absolutely recommended!

Absolutely satisfied with this place. Why is anyone still going to the DMV to do registration? 10 mins and you are done here. Honestly Iwalked in completely skeptical and they blew me away. I will be telling everyone I know about how wonderful this place is.

I called before going to make sure they were able to help me. I show up 15 minutes later and the sign said it was open but the door was locked. Called and the person said he was running errands, would be back in 10 minutes. I call again after 20 minutes of waiting and my call is "ended" after one ring.

Great service! Came in here to get an out of state transfer and some other misc questions about my other vehicle and was pleasantly helped. Some hiccups came up with the transfer and I was patiently helped until we were finally able to finish. Definitely will come back and recommend to others!

My plates were stolen so I called this location and Hashim helped me out right away, he got me a new registration, new plates and he even walked me through the process step by step and answered all my questions. The process took no longer than 8 min, he's just amazing!! if I could give him 6 stars i would.

Great customer service! really fast & knows his stuff. Had my car registered by the time i finished talking to him. Didnt even notice he was done till he told me. Super fast and double checks to make sure that its done right the first time around. I would highly recommend hashim. Definitely coming back next year and everytime i get a new car. Beats the DMV and all there long lines. Left happy and satisfied with his work. Saved me a lot of time and money. :)
